Thank you! We love the chairs! They look nice and sleek and love how they recline but don't look like recliners

Bought two pieces that were supposed to be in stock. One of them was 4 months delayed, when they finally delivered they left it outside my door, even though I paid for white glove delivery. Never again will buy from France and Son.

Great company, I liked my order, it's a good experience.

I ordered the last week of November. It took until January 9 to get my coffee table due to Covid 19.
But the table arrived intact the driver from Bestway professional had several deliveries drove all the way from New York state to Chicago. This table one of kind was worth the wait and is now sold out and listed a lot more than what I paid https://franceandson.com/products/buhari-coffee-table

I would never recommend this business. They say they would do something by certain time but never happens. They will try to sweet talk and make think they have good customer service but if they don't keep their word what good is it.
If you don't follow up you will never know the status of your order or your request.
I ask them to hold on to some parts and deliver it when whole order is complete. Received confirmation they will however they still deliver in parts.
They said they will answer your request within 2 days but received a call 4 days later asking about the request. Why put out information if your not going to follow though.

A friend told me about the site, i ordered after doing a lot of research and reading all the reviews. Honestly, all sites have some bad stuff and some good stuff. But everything worked out in the end and i am very satisfied that I got the product I want, when promised and at the best price

Customer service was very responsive and helped me purchase my nightstands. The product itself has a strong chemical smell and several days after receiving it, we still haven't been able to move it into the hose because of the offgassing.

The sofa I received from France & Son is in all ways beautiful as promised. Also, delivery was prompt. However, the extra delivery charge I paid was misleading and did not improve the delivery experience in any way.

I bought the Terrazo Stone Bathtub which cost almost $2000. It was crated nicely, however when removed from the crate a piece fell out. You can clearly see that it was repaired previously and shipped. Please see picture. Sent an email to Carl over a week ago and not attention was given to it. This was ordered for a private home.

The white glove delivery was excellent. The deliverer was friendly and efficient. He came exactly when he said he would.

I love France&Son, have bought numerous product from them and found their product line to be exactly what I'm looking for
