Frame USA

None of the frames are square. I expected high quality from a product made in the USA, but was sadly disappointed upon receipt of the frames I purchased.

The first attempt appeared to be accepted, but wasn't. When I called, I was told to order by email. That didn't work either. Ordering from Frame USA is a painful process.

Not great quality. Edges did not always line up. Measurements for the standard 9x12 were off by nearly 1/4 inch. Cheap foam core backing. Low quality.

Easy buying process and fantastic product! To be able to order such great products Made in the USA and have them delivered to my door at a price that beats the market is a win. Thank you!

Frames arrived in very large box with almost no packin inside. The package "rattled" when moved. Inside the smaller frame was free to bounce around and impact the larger one.

It could be easier to find exactly what I'm looking for (I think the search function could be improved) but I loved the products I received, the gold frames looked amazing and it was such a great price I would definitely buy again!

I always. Know I will receive frames that are perfect, no sloppy corners. I liked the cardboard buffers, the plastic is too thin to be much protection.

There was an error (by me) in ordering mats to go with the frames. Jason Clark@ customer service immediately sent replacements in the proper size. Fantastic service.

As soon as I unboxed the package, the poster frame had been broken into pieces. Very disappointing. There's no visible damage outside of the box but the quality is noticeably not great to begin with.

The frames are great quality, they look good.
Once in a while this an issue but they resolve it immediately. I order these frames at lease once or twice a month.

So glad to find a merchant with custom sizeable frames. I do needlework and the patterns do not always fit custom sized frames. And your prices are very reasonable as well!

Frame ordering was very easy, and frame arrived fairly quickly to exact specifications. Quality is great, and hanging my art was super easy with the hardware provided. Would definitely order again!

Very disappointed with the quality of the materials. Wood was ok. Joinery bad, mounting tabs cheap, very thin matting materials and plexiglass. The whole frame is very flimsy.

Really easy and nice website! Orders come well packed and fairly quick. The backer and glass do seem to sometimes get jostled loose but its an easy matter to fix.

Pleasant. I wish the frame sizes were a little clearer (I didn't see the size I wanted at first), but otherwise great.
Also, the plastic is slightly cloudy.

I would love to purchase some mats, but I cannot decipher your explanation of how they are sized. I understand X by X. I think you over-complicate it.

Had some trouble with website freezing and a double order being placed and no one responded to my attempt to cancel the accidental order, but the products were good and I did get what I ordered!
