This frame is well made, and the mat color is beautiful, but unfortunately it was the wrong size. I ordered 8x10s but received 5x7s. This was a last minute holiday order, so I made it work. Next time I'll order well ahead to allow time for returns, if needed. This frame is a good value, and I will order from FrameUSA again.

Don't be fooled by the price (which is so low compared to most other frame companies)-- the frame is high quality. It's light but not cheap-looking. I'm very happy.
Really great frames. The shipment was fast, and the frames are excellent. One arrived with a crack in the glass, and so I called customer service. They offered to send a replacement glass immediately. Will order from them again!

Frame samples are not corners! They are 5" strips, it clearly says that on the site, but i was just going based off the images. My fault but buyer beware!

I ordered four "Corporate Picture Frame in American Maple". Two of the frames had misaligned miter corners with 1/8" to 1/16" gaps. Not visible at a distance, but I was surprised that was overlooked.
My first poster-sized frame arrived damaged. FrameUsa sent another one out immediately after I alerted them of the problem.
