Frame USA

I ordered 7 - 5 x 7 - closeout black frames - they all had the same item number. However 5 were the same and there were two which were not the same as each other or the other 5. They were all 5x7 and black but the outside dimensions and appearance were not the same. I needed a matching set. One glass was broken on arrival.

I needed a large custom-size frame but couldn't spend a ton of money. The frame I got from frame USA was exactly what I was looking for and reasonably priced. Getting a matte with the frame was an added bonus!

Love the frame options as far as sizes, colors and easy to assemble.

I ordered 2 frames- one of which was the "Colori large frame in Blue". I needed both fairly soon. Instead of Frame USA contacting me directly about NOT having the second frame, I found myself needing to order another frame from another framing company with a 2 day delivery charge. I should have received an e-mail from FRAME USA immediately that it was out of stock. I was later informed by e-mail by a Auto Receipt Authorize.net that a refund was to be credited to my charge card... which meant I would not be getting the Presidential frame I NEEDED. Poor business practice! I never had trouble before!

All of the frames that I purchased were very well made in the USA, I frame was damaged in transit and Frame USA replaced with no trouble to me. Larger frames come with plastic rather than glass. All of the frames are top quality.

Iblove the frames I ordered. I ordered 4 custom sized frames and my prints fit perfectly in all of them. I chose the Affordable frames because of the price amd I'm very happy with them. They have a nice modern look to them andbi love that they come with glass, not plexiglass. Most affordable frames don't come with glass but these do. I will definitely order again.

I've purchased different sizes and colors of the Verona Narrow Picture Frame for diamond paintings I have done, and it is a great quality affordable frame! It looks so nice and frames are always packaged extremely well. Although, that is the only style frame I have purchased, Frame USA has a very nice selection of frames! I highly recommend Frame USA!

Frame USA is the best. I've used them for years, and it's always been an excellent experience. Additionally, they contribute to charities through the years, so they are wonderful community members.

The experience was great. The frame was what I needed. The diploma looks great in the frame.

I just needed to hang a 31x11 poster, and everywhere else wanted me to pay 4x the cost of the signed poster for their museum grade bulletproof acrylic! Thank you for having a reasonable price for a simple poster, and for having a quick delivery too!

Sometimes the website is a bit difficult to navigate. We had some questions for mounting the frame and customer service was extremely helpful. Will order frames in the future

I like some of the frames from frameUSA. I wish the quality of the barn wood frames were better. I am often stuck because I need custom sizing. The quality of the wood and assembly of the barn wood frames aren't very good. (At least the basic frames. I imagine that the Signature Barn Wood is better). The Farmhouse Frames are pretty darn good and look amazing with my rustic style artwork. And I do recommend them. The customer service department is very good too and have promptly handled any of my concerns.

It's exactly what I wanted. It looks like real wood (it's manufactured wood). I'm happy with the quality for the price. The wire hanging instructions were helpful.

I had looked at probably 10 different websites to find frames in the same design for all of the sizes I needed and had no luck. Finally I was directed to Frame USA and they had every size in stock that I needed!

Great options and fun to design, but it would be nice if the site remembered what was entered previously for mat selections for easily comparing different colors, corners, etc.
