Had an issue with the courier where I had used an old warehouse address and when communicated back to forward2me they followed along the whole process until the package was correctly delivered to my inbox and also helped for it to get shipped almost immediately upon payment. I am very satisfied with the assistance. Recommend
I used forward2me for the first time recently. Initially i was concerned that my parcel seemed to have delivery problems by the courier delivering to the forward2me warehouse in Brandenburg Germany.
I had no need to worry. After contacting customer services Chris an Aimee stepped in. Very quickly my package was located and i was kept updated on the progress throughout.

I couldn't give up on the product being sold out in neighboring countries including Japan, so I bought it at a shop in the UK and planned to send it to Japan easily via forward2me, but I made a mistake in the operation and had to return the product. I have issued a disposal order. When I hurriedly sent an email to support, Nica, who was in charge, listened carefully to my requests one by one without panicking. He even did the final check. I would like to promote it in the future, but in Japan, free shipping is commonplace and there is a culture of being reluctant to pay 5 euros, so I was very surprised that the shipping fee was half the price of the item I purchased. However, with such a responsive and courteous service, it is natural for people who cannot speak English to pay for peace of mind. I think that the price according to satisfaction is justifiable, so if you want to use it in the future, please rest assured that it is a reasonable price. Nica Customer Service **************

Well, I had three orders with them, one separate and two consolidated items. It felt like I was in charge of a logistics company, but like without the consequences of mismatching order delivery dates to their warehouse since they give 30 days of free storage. (P.S. Don't use UPS its not worth the trouble)
I would really recommend using forward2me. I used the service to forward packages from Uk warehouse to my home country (Saudi Arabia). It was good. I also like their support to resolve any issue.

Found this service. Wasn't sure at first how it was going to work, but it did! I came across this service by accident. So glad this service exists. It allowed for me to be able to get something shipped to me that is very special, and I had been wanting for a few years. Item was shipped fast with tracking. Item arrived without issue and in perfect condition. Also, I had a few questions throughout the process, they were fast to answer and very responsive. Merchants in the UK were not always willing to ship overseas so I needed an agent in country to receive and forward merchandise for me. Forward2me was exactly what I needed and the staff - especially Aimee - were so helpful in guiding me through my first freight forwarding experience. I had an issue using the German warehouse for the first time. It appeared that ID documents and proof of address must be uploaded, before shipments, even repacking can be done. Since there is (too) little information given on the package inbox, I tried and tried to request repacking and only a pop-up telling me documents need to be uploaded before this can be done - without saying what kind of documents, could have been invoices for some of the packages as well… Finally Honey guided me and the approval of my documents was done within an hour or so. Great thanks once again to the Forward2Me support team and this time in particular to Honey!

It arrives quickly and I always get a message when my mail arrives safely in the warehouse.
I've only used Forward2Me on a couple of occasions, but I can only say that my experience to date has been first class. On this occasion I had multiple packages to ship, I found it very easy to identify the cheapest shipping method and they were delivered fast and in perfect condition. I really can't ask for more than that.
Answer: Definitely legit. I used it several times from the USA and lately once from the UK
