I've only used Forward2Me on a couple of occasions, but I can only say that my experience to date has been first class. On this occasion I had multiple packages to ship, I found it very easy to identify the cheapest shipping method and they were delivered fast and in perfect condition. I really can't ask for more than that.

This was my first time using a forwarding service from Japan and I can't fault the experience. It was easy to understand what to do, the Forward2Me website was easy to use, the price reasonable all things considered, and my item arrived in perfect condition, quicker than I expected. Will definitely use this service again.

From Japan the cost is to high!

I have always been very satisfied with the service provided by Foward2me in England. Whatever the service, it is fast, and offers reasonable shipping prices and a lot of choice of service providers between England and France. But for the first time I used their service in Japan... and there it was very disappointing! Only one shipping option and an exorbitant price. And I speak knowingly because I have been using Buyee.jp's services in Japan for years, so I know very well the shipping prices between Japan and France... In conclusion, I will continue to use Forward2me in England but never again in Japan and that does not encourage me to test their other international services.

Expensive

Tax free warehouse is misleading: duties and taxes are still payable after consolidation. DHL was the only option available at checkout for shipping which turned out to be more expensive comparable to items directly shipped from eBay uk using their global program. 40 £ paid to repackage my items: packaging materials in which my items arrived in were repurposed single ply flimsy cardboard.
On the positive note: items arrived in 3 days after placing the order.

Our Tax Free warehouse address is located in the Channel Islands- with limited infrastructure, which means the shipping prices can be a little more expensive than when shipping from the mainland UK warehouse and there is only DHL Express service currently available to customers from our Tax Free warehouse address in Guernsey.

If the goods are low value it may be more cost effective to ship goods to the UK mainland address and use our combine and repack service to ensure that you obtain the maximum value for shipping. However if the goods are higher value it is often more cost effective to save on the retailer sales tax within the purchase price and pay the slightly higher rate for shipping from our Guernsey address with DHL Express. Combine and repack may also be an option to ensure that you receive the best possible price for shipping. Using our services enables customers to purchase goods from multiple retailers and ship them together in one shipment. Please note, Tax Free does not refer to the possible duties and taxes owing for items inbound or outbound from the Guernsey address.

You are scaming me
May 12, 2023

Waiting since february for my package. And now i got a mail that i should pay a fee because u store it (against my will) i will report your page as fraud. I cant send it from your page to me because the error message on the JP adress.

Already told your service 1000 times what the problem is.

In conclusion, i bought sth shipped it to you and now forward is not shipping it to me and keeping my stuff, this is $#*!ing fraud. Solve it now or i will report this. Im so done with you

Fast and Reliable

I used Forward2Me to purchase a golf bag not available in the United States. They were very quick with processing the item when they received it, and sent it out to me the next day. It was a little expensive, but the service was high quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy something you are unable to get in your home country.

Great service but for one mistake

Excellent customer support and got my delivery in a reasonable time frame. I was regularly notified on repacking. Importing is an expensive affair, so, it was good to have a service like forward2me handling it. They did make a mistake of mentioning me as a company instead of an individual which caused me some trouble with the customs. No other issues other than that.

Many international carriers are not permitted to clear certain commodities through local customs on behalf of receivers in certain countries. The French customs service are correct to inform that carriers (typically) do pay duties and taxes on behalf of the recipients to clear the shipment from customs and then charge this back to the receiver prior to delivery. However, since Brexit the import rules and regulations in France have changed. Any personal imports of alcohol from UK must be cleared by a certified third party broker sourced by the receiver. DHL are not permitted to clear alcohol in France on behalf of the receivers for personal imports and this means DHL cannot pay the duties and taxes for alcohol shipments on behalf of the receivers. Customers are made aware of these types of import restrictions per destination country especially if shipping items such as alcohol, medication and food items through our service. You were made aware of the import restrictions and requirements for shipping alcohol to France prior to shipping and accepted the risks. The return of your shipment was due to DHL not being authorised to clear the alcohol from customs in France as we had advised.

Excellent Service

F2M recommended my package should be repacked because the original box was not very strong. I hesitated but confirmed. When the package was arrived I was so pleased. Their new external packing was very strong and secure. Inside the original packing was indeed very weak and not suitable for international shipping. This is caring for their customer and I say thank you.

I used forward2me twice and will use them in the future as well. The service is great - one can see the status and all available actions on the website. Repacking and shipment can be arranged easily online via the personal profile. In case of any special requests the communication with the customer services is is also very professional. My items arrived very well packed and in perfect condition.
