Forward2Me was not able to combine 3 shipments into one package, is also very slow in the transmission process in the view, so I am very dissatisfied
I've had some horrible experience with shop and ship or other parcel forwarding service, but sometimes there is no direct shipping option from UK retailers internationally. Good thing I found forward2me! Website was clear and information straightforward. On the same day they received my parcel from the retailer they sent me a notification and thereafter their agent Aimee assisted me to have my parcel repacked safely and shipped out to my country. She answered all my questions promptly, and had my parcel out of their warehouse by the 2nd day! Wow that's an impressive service. So MANY THANKS to Aimee and the entire team at forward2me for doing an excellent job
The website said i had to get my parcel repacked and i paid a fee for it but when it came, it was in the same packaging as the company that I bought the product from. I find this misleading esp since i was told there was over 900 parcels that need to be repacked and I had to wait. In the end, I paid for fedex to send me the items. I won't be using this forwarding service again.

There are packages that we receive and mark as 'Repacking Required' either because we have identified the current packaging for the goods as poor and insufficient and feel the contents would be at risk of being damaged and to make sure the contents is more safely packed for international shipping or because we feel there would be a sufficient amount of excess space to save you by repacking. The repack advisory on a package is not mandatory, you do not have to proceed with the repack for your packages and you can accept the risk of shipping packages as received. If you wish to dismiss a repacking advisory for a package, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.
Please note, by requesting dismissal of a repacking advisory for your package (s), you agree that forward2me would no longer accept liability for any damages caused to the goods once shipped.

Had 8 items repackaged too save money on shipping to the USA. It saved me a lot of money and arrived in great condition and time. If want too save money then let multiple purchases build up so you can add together. The 30 Days allowed for holding of items before Shipping helps with this
I didn't know Forward2me usually doesn't ship to UK mainland. Was caught by surprise a bit. It was not very clear to me by just browsing their website. Otherwise all good as usual.

Our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey is not part of the United Kingdom or a member of the European Union. It has a special status negotiated by treaty that means that Guernsey is within the EU for most of the purposes of the free movement of goods but outside the EU for other purposes. In practice, Guernsey uses UK postcodes and many UK retailer’s deliver to the island on the same terms as mainland UK.
However, we will advise customers to avoid shipping from Guernsey to mainland UK, unless the item is being returned to sender, because the goods would still be subject to import duties or import taxes or both upon entry into mainland UK depending on the type of item and its declared value. Hence the reason why we do not offer customer's the option to choose mainland UK as a shipping destination from Tax Free warehouse through their account themselves.

I rarely review things, but I wanted to review my experience here because I was skeptical. Could see potential for a scam very easily. But apparently not. My order (wallpaper) arrived at their warehouse, and it was packed, shipped, and arrived to me stateside within less than a week. The handling fee seemed quite reasonable compared to other companies I considered.
I am very pleased with my overall experience including combining shipments and ease and quickness of communications
I bought a sticky item that included a cleaning tissue to clean the surface with before sticking the item and this cleaning tissue is categorised as hazardous item and it prevented the item from being shipped so I asked to discard the tissue and was done in no time
Excellent experience so far, fast and reliable. They didn't lost a package and I like the flexibility to hold package for 30 days and combine. Tried myus.com in the past in UK and it was awful.
One of my parcels went astray during repacking - which of course was disappointing. However, I was compensated very speedily for the amount I spent on it and also given a generous discount on the DHL costs. Forward2Me managed to turn a mistake around in a very customer focused way.
Forward2Me helped me import some goods classified as "dangerous" from the UK to my country, Romania. Customer service has been very useful and efficient to me, guiding me throughout the process.
I will come back again!
Had a bundle of 10 or so packages repacked and shipped out to a pretty remote part of the world in about 10 days. Couldn't be happier with the service, the repackaging and the speed. Excellent service!

Ordered two small wifi adapters from UK. Since I knew approximate measures is made a pre calculation that showed that it should cost around 10 pounds. Final price was 22 for shipping and 2 pounds extra for in my opinion unnecessary repacking. Could have ordered cheaper with seller's original shipping. On the plus side the shipping time was short.

Both services are available for 1 package with a weight of less than 2kg, overall dimensions of less than 90cm and a maximum value of between £50- £100 depending on which budget service you choose. The Forward2me Lite and Lite X options are not available for shipping if you choose to proceed with combine and repack.
As a one-off gesture of goodwill we have refunded you the difference between FedEx Connect Plus and our £9.99 forward2me Lite option.
Please understand that we have lost money on the shipment and so can not do the same on your next shipment.
