I use Forward2me for my shopping from abroad and I am very happy with the services provided as a very reasonable cost. Nica from customer services helped me very professionally when I had this one time error and received a big bill of storage, he was very kind and asked my reasons for this and I explained that I was under the impression that there were already shipped and he kindly waived off the storage fee. I used their service to buy an item from a store who didn't ship to Italy, but unfortunately the parcel has been lost!
They are really kind ( Nica is really awesome!) and ready to resolve your problems! Thanks to them I received my money back! Really really satisfied.

They lost one of my packages and would only deal with that by asking me to collect a tremendous amount of data on the various packages that I had sent to them. This was all data that they should have themselves. In fact, the most important data for this issue was data that they only have but I did not. The customer service representative was incredibly unhelpful and basically hung up the phone on me
