NEVER SHOP ONLINE THERE. I shopped at forever 21 online and ordered 4 small dresses. I got my items in 3 days, and was happy. I tried the dresses on, and relaized they didnt fit. Youd figure theres not that big of a difference between SMALL and XSMALL but i guess so at forever21. Anyway i went to a store to take them back. The cashier told me i can only get store credit, no refunds. I was pissed about that, but i liked forever 21 so i just left it alone. I went to forever21.com when i got home and it said I CAN SHIP ITEMS BACK AND GET A REFUND. The cashier lady told me those were the only options i had. Still not finished. I ordered more items online $80 worth and shipped them to a address, which i made a typo accidentally. I wanted to change that so i called forever 21 and they said no. They have terrible customer service and they rip you off. NEVER gonna buy there again

A lot of selection of clothes for a great price. Lines here are always long. But that is all the forever21 stores in general. Tons of cool clothes here.
I ordered a package and it never arrived. I was waiting and waiting and finally I received an email saying it was sent back to their shipping department. So once back from holidays I called the 1 -888 number and they wanted to charge me again to ship it out again. When I ordered it, it said standard shipping 5 - 10 days, nowhere on the check out it said it was coming by Purolator otherwise I would have given a physical address not my mailing address in the country. Then I start asking questions like why did Purolator not contact me when the package could not be delivered? Her response, you did not supply us with a phone number. I paid by paypal that was my checkout and all of my information is there. This has been the ultimate worst experience ever. I have ordered a ton of things online, even a stroller that made it to me in 3 days yet a $7 shirt can't make it to me. By the time it would actually get to me it would have been over $25 dollars for something that is not even worth the $7 I was paying so I told them to return my money for an item that I never received. Sad thing, they still get to keep the $10 for shipping.
The shoes in this store have a great material and durability, also the promotions are insane and when I use a promo code the price falls considerably every pair of shoes I have are simply awesome

I orederd three item. I received only 2 item. I already paid money for 3 item. I tried to contact customer service they don't response call at all. I mailed them 100 times regarding the issues they reply nothing but just an auto generated message. Guys don't order anything online its not worthy. Customer service sucks. Don't buy but if u want to buy do not pay money in advance becoz these fraud people will take money and thn they will not give you the item.

I would rate it lower if I could believe me. The website leaves out certain aspects of return policies with use of discount codes. I spent $550 dollars on their website, and unfortunately the only thing that fit was the necklaces. I had never shopped their before, and although I followed the size chart everything was HUGE on me. I called to get a return code so I could get the correct sizes, and they informed me they would not let me exchange because I used a 20 percent off discount code. The way the code was applied was they took 50 cents to a dollar off each item, which made everything a "sale item", which meant I couldnt exchange or return anything. I begged the lady and told her I was stuck with ALL of it because nothing fit and that I was a first time shopper who spent alot of money. I even pointed out that NOWHERE does it say that if I use a discount code, I wont be able to exchange things that dont fit for the correct size. I have never and will never spend another dime there again. I have two big boxes of clothes that im stuck with now.

I placed an order on the July 6th that said it would be delivered by the 13th. I was so excited, and then the day came and went with no package. When I went to track it, it said it had departed from California, but there was no longer a scheduled delivery date but instead said "pending". It has now been 2 weeks with no new delivery date. Costumer service was nice, but said to wait 2 days and if I still did not receive it to call and submit a claim. I feel like its all a big waste of time and I am just not going to get my package. Last time I ordered from forever 21 was about a year ago and I got my order in a week. I don't know what changes they have made but I will never order anything from them online again.
ALSO, on the tracking page of the Forever 21 website there is an option to put your phone number in to get text updates. DO NOT DO IT. Literally the day I did that, I started receiving random, spam texts all day long that still continue.

The customer service is a joke. They have minimal information to answer your questions with, and every time you call back the story is different. NOT pleased at all, and will not be using their site again.
I placed an order, only to find three hours later that it had been cancelled by them. The email claimed that I had been contacted and given five days to respond, but since I had not, they had gone ahead and cancelled the order. I received the cancellation email three hours after placing the order. When I called, I was told the accounting department had cancelled it due to a 'discrepancy', but they could not tell me exactly what had happened. Also, I'd used the same credit card an hour later at a different retailer, and the order had gone through perfectly fine. They told me a 'hold' had been placed on the funds, and that it would be released by them either by the end of the day within 24-48 hours.
Two days later my money still hadn't been returned to me, and when I called again, this time I was told that it was my bank who had to release the hold, and not them, and that it would be done within 24 business hours, or, rather, three eight hour business days. I finally called my bank to get a straight answer, and was told that it wasn't any of the above, but rather after five business days, if Forever 21 hadn't claimed the funds, the bank would dispute it, and my money would finally be returned to me.
Overall, a terrible experience. I will not be ordering from them again. Their customer service is a joke, and they can't seem to get their story straight, nor do they seem to care.

Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
