I ordered about 7 items online and I did store pick up as I had a bad experience in the past for doing home delivery, therefore I have decided to do store pick up since then, thinking it will be convenient. But no, this time I never got my package. I ordered on 08/27/2018, after few days later I got a confirmation email that my items are ready for pick up in store on 09/07/2018. I went to the store to pick up on 09/12/2018, they told me they do not have it. I called forever21helpline, the representative from customer service told me that the item was delivered and it was scanned at the store by an employee, she also shared the employee ID number who received my package with the store manager over the phone. They just didn't even investigate about my package and told me to get a refund. I told them if the item was scanned, then how can it be lost just like that. Such a bad experience, I was excited and was looking forward for my shopping. They have wasted my time and energy, I drove to the store to pick up. They didn't even look around properly. By their actions and what forever21 customer service representative told me over the phone, one can only assume that there is something fishy and my package was not lost instead the store people might have kept it. They don't care about their customers. Such a waste, I will not suggest anyone to do business with them if you want that kind of service. It was very unprofessional..
Completely disappointed in the company forever21. Never going to get my business again. Order well over 100 dollars worth of clothes and accessories for my vacation coming up. Apparently the bill information was wrong so the cancel my order. The next day when I saw the email, i immediately called there CUSTOMER SERVICE (where they had extremely bad customer service) I have emphasis on the CUSTOMER because they didn't seem to care about the way I felt and argued with me about speaking with a manager. Anywho, I called forever21 and tried to re-submit my order. Then proceed to tell me that the clothes I ordered are no longer available. So just because my billing information was wrong they sent my order back out to the public so people could buy it without even giving me a day to correct my mistake. Now they are telling me I am $#*! out of luck and the cloth I want to purchase have been sold. I can't believe they don't hold the purchase for at least 3 day to give you a chance to get your order corrected. Just goes to show that big company only care about money and not their customers. Hopefully this will inspire others to NEVER shop that there store and maybe invest into a small business where they will take care you you 100%.
Atleast they don't hate fat people like Abercrombie... I'd by Forever 21 clothes over their anytime. I like these guys- find them similar to Mandees and Joyce Leslie.
I almost forgot about Forever21 until I saw a promotional email stating their sale items were up to 60% off, which seems to be the norm these days given that the popularity of this brand is going down.

I purchased $200 worth of workout attire, jewelry, and a few random clothing pieces. It was honestly not worth spending the money on since the quality wasn't the best. While Forever21 was great in my teens, I wouldn't really recommend it now that I'm in my mid-20s. There are far better online stores you can shop at that are reasonably priced.
Anyway, the only item out of the whole purchase that I wore out was this dress which I will include a picture of.
I would give 0 rating but that's not allowed. The GM was annoyed my returns where holding up her line, even though I pre-explained I had a lot of returns at the moment. I expressed frustration over not being able to return a couple items. She got annoyed with us and started cursing at me and refused to ring me up for the last three items that I was going to purchase for that day. She walked away and I push those items from the counter onto the floor and cursed back at her. She came from behind the counter and pushed a rack of clothes on top of me, Which made me fall to the floor. Her and two other employees grab me by my hair and drag me behind the register and proceeded to beat me. I have a 2 x 6" wound on my right leg, a head laceration approximately in the middle of my forehead, she exacerbated already current conditions such as fibromyalgia and severe arthritis. I had to be helped out into the lift and I'll end up to my apartment when the wife drop me off. I Ended with her a 2 employees beating and assaulting me in store. The GM name is Sebreonia Goodman and this was the store at 200 E Pratt at, Baltimore, Maryland *******, in the gallery mall inner harbor, below are bruises from the locked and hitting me.
As if the extremely low quality of clothing wasn't bad enough. DO NOT SIGN UP for their Comenity Bank Credit Card. Tried to close my account, nothing but lies on the other end. They keep charging even after the account is closed through a scam-like system called ACCOUNT ASSURE. One man authorized my payment without my consent at the Comenity Bank service line, talked to a supervisor not sure what happened with that.
Never work for Forever 21. It is the most ridiculous company to work for. They will change the weekly schedule AT LEAST 3 times per week, with or without your notice. They will make you work sick if you don't have both a dr note and a cover. They made me come in and work stock from 1am to 11 am with the flu. Go to school? Nope not anymore, that's pretty much out of the question here. They are not flexible with you. My co-workers applied with a set availability based on school and they still scheduled and made them come in. Another co worker needed time off during holiday season because grandma is dying, they would not give her a single day off. She quit. Amoung the other 20 of us. Not to mention they have 72 hours to give you your final paycheck... yeah, no. They said they were mailing it. I came in a month later, they still had it in the store. Also didn't give us our w2 on time. Way last due. Horrible company, unorganized and very disrespectful and careless. This is from my experience at Clackamas Town center. Take my advice. Even my assistant managers quit.
I had made an online purchase that had 4 items. Out of these 4 were 2 pairs of shoes that did not fit. I drove up to the store 20 miles from my house 3 times. Every single time I went up there, their card machines did not work. They were unable to refund my money, and the 30 day limit passed for online purchases because their card machines weren't working. I didn't want to send the shoes back by mail because you have to pay the return shipping. Why would you want to PAY to return something that is brand new, with tags, and has never been worn before?!? I contacted customer service, and they told me that there was nothing that they could do because the 30 days were up, which I would've met the 30 days if it wasn't their fault for the card machines to work. (By the way, this Forever 21 store is the one located at the Mall of Georgia, later I Googled them and came to find out their ratings were at a 2/5 stars. Now I understand why, i even tried to reach them on the phone and no one ever answered after waiting a good 5 minutes listening to the phone keep ringing) My business will be taken elsewhere since it seems like they're all in it for the money, and not even about the customer experience.
Ordered 2 shirts from them for my uniform for a new job I got two months ago. I paid for the 2-3 business day shipping to try to have it in time for my first set of shifts. 2 weeks later, have heard nothing, have received nothing so I email them (I ended up finding some shirts that worked for the uniform locally in the meantime). I emailed their support about why I haven't received my $60 worth of merchandise and they blame me for putting down the wrong address. I check the order tracking email they sent me initially and confirm that the address I had put down is my current address and is the address I wanted the shirts sent to. I emailed them back with confirmation the address I had put down was correct. They continue to say that the address I had put in was wrong and that it was therefore my fault that I didn't receive the package. Blaming a customer who has proven your attempt to cover your $#*! as invalid is a shifty business model. I've been a customer of Forever 21 for awhile buying everything from shirts, pants, and other accessories for myself and my younger siblings but I will never buy another item from them if this is how they handle mistakes online.
I was hesitating between 3 stars or 4 stars, but since I'm in a good mood I chose 4 (If I could I would have put 3.5 though). I ordered a couple of time from Forever 21 online and it's ok. I always received the right item, in the right size. Although it did happened once that a necklace came in the mail broken up in tiny pieces, I was confused a bit, luckily I was able to return it in store ( they didn't give me a refund, they put the amount of the broken necklace on a gift card - a whooping 6,50$). The only big problem I have with them is sizing. Am I the only one who feels like their proportions are off? Some items just fit completely wrong and look one to two size smaller than the size I ordered. However I think this is just their sizing so not a 'real' problem. (But still like, why do my thighs are getting asphyxiated by the legs of a pair of jeans but my waist is literally not touching any fabric because it's to big?) would not put forever 21 as my first online store choice but would not, not recommend it.

Return an order of 8 pair of jeans; which were all too small. I paid $20.00 to get a shipping from USPS. After three weeks and no refund, I contact Forever 21. They inform me the items has not been returned to the warehouse yet that I need to make a claim with USPS. Which is ridiculous as online is clearly saying the package was delivered. I went to post office and they provided me with the person name and exact time the package was received by the warehouse. I call Forever 21 back with this new information and they say the warehouse has not scan the package yet and advise me to call back in a week. I call back, still no items. After 3 months of dealing with several very rude customer service reps, I finally get a nice rep (Gerlie) and she email the warehouse and find the items were there. She kindly email me and said my refund will issue in original form of payment. I check my account and Forever refund $8.38. They said I only return 1 item. Why would I pay $20.00 to track an $8.38 pair of jeans?
Even worse, the customer service rep (Monica) today act as if its no big deal and she will email the warehouse. I ask for a supervisor and she said no one is available. I ask for contact information to the warehouse and she said its confidential.
Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER order or purchase anything from Forever 21 again.
It took 12 days for my order to get to me. Slowest shipping I've ever had to deal with. I usually hate going to the stores but I guess I have no choice
Some things are way over priced. And customer service is always a problem. However, I still shop in and out quickly if I find something I really like or if I find what I'm looking for.
The are really good I think for that price point.

Was looking for some new summer dresses and Forever21 came to mind. Everything on the website looked great, so I filled out my order and everything seemed fine. Payment went through right away and received email notifications that my order had been shipped a few days later. Waited about a month for the order to arrive, then another email popped up to let me know that my order had been returned to the shipping center and that I would have to call in to reship the order or refund it. I thought that was a little annoying considering it did not give any reason for the order being returned but I decided to call in and try to reship it. The customer service representative I talked to was actually very nice and set up my order to be reshipped (which did end up costing my the shipping fee which was originally free since I had ordered more than $60). So again I play the waiting game and after another month of waiting an email appears and lets me know that my credit card is being charged for the original amount of my order again. After checking with my account I find that yes, it was charged the right amount originally, but then refunded twice for some unknown reason, then charged again. Needless to say the extra hassle was not appreciated and in the end I never received my order.
Definitely YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, that is why I can try to understand their return policy. What is totally unacceptable is that an assistant manager has no manners and is rude, on the top of that, a disrespectful employee shouting in sarcastic tone as you are leaving the store. That is what happened to me at the Forever 21 at Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg, yesterday November 17th around 4pm. I used to like the store, but after that I do not plan on coming back.
To Corporate: These kind of people representing your store, are really tarnishing the company's name.
DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH FOREVER 21. Never received my package and I can see that tons of people have also not received their package (or had missing/incorrect items) and have experienced horrible customer service dealing with not being able to contact anyone, no one answers on the phone, no one responds to emails. Since I cannot get a refund, nor store credit, nor a re-shipment of products through Forever 21 because NO ONE RESPONDS I have to CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY to get this purchase off my card.
My previous order was the worst you should track the order record #*******, it was placed on 6/16, shipped on 6/25. I wonder why it took so long for handling and shipping.
I am a person that never writes a review. I must say everything I have bought so far beyond by expectation. Perfect fit, great quality,. I will continue to by LOVE Forever21.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
