They've always given me good service I usually buy my running shoes from them and have to try them on so I choose to go in store a lot unless I know for sure the fit will be good from previous experience with a certain model or brand. The workers near me are always helpful and really friendly.
I received the wrong shoes. I was not able to get logged in to the site after several attempts over several days. Each time I attempted to reset my password, the email would not come through. I did wait 45 days to contact them by phone. 45 days from the date they arrived and were in my possession. They refuse to exchange my shoes for a smaller size because they are basing it off of 45 days from when the order was placed and not when I received them. I spend alot of money at Footlocker. This is poor customer service. The shoes have never been worn. Upon opening the box we could see they were enormous and far too big for my daughter so there was no need to try them on. They were never worn.
Personally av never ordered online from foot-locker but av checked the website out and its cush easy enough to find what you want. And a massive selection of trainers, even old school trainers what you cant find anywhere. I do buy from the foot-locker store I get most of my trainers from there. Sometimes the stores can be a bad head, due to staffs lack of experience, they employ to many student who dont have a clue.
Footlocker has always been where I buy my flip flops, basketball shoes and running shoes. Sometimes I try them on in the store and then come and look for deals to buy them online. Footlock baby, you got my vote.
I bought a pair of shoes and just received 1in the box. I never seen this before. Hope they take care of my case. Couldn't speak to someone yet.

Garbage accommodation for their screw up on my package that I had to have by a specific deadline. Didn't even try to compensate for the lost time. And you all need to desperately fix the inconvenient server that runs your website. Had three consecutive problems, and on top of me never shopping with you guys again, I will definitely be sure to share this.
When i walked into foot locker with my kid and as soon as i walked in it smelled like straight up weed, I don't want my 3 year old daughter to be exposed to a strong substance that she could get brain damage or GET HIGH OFF OF! This is outrangouse i can't beleive these people would smoke such things in a child enviroment, its just horrible and duistcusting. You all should be a shamed of your selves. You are horrible people

Ordered an item back in mid-December and received a confirmation email and order number. Received no other updates and then told today that my order never went through (yet I received an order number and they charged my card). Lost out on the sneakers and had to spend two hours on the phone to find out my order didn't go through and all they could offer was a voucher for 25% off on Footlocker.com.
Not sure what else to say other I won't be using their site or visiting their stores in the future.
Items took a month to come, and when it finally arrived it was a COMPLETELY wrong order. Not even wrong size or wrong colour or something like that. Completely different. Different size, different model, heck, even different GENDER. When I wrote in to enquire about exchange, customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful, and eventually cut me off when I became agitated. Really strongly advise anyone from ordering from footlocker. Terrible experience. On the bright side, joke's on them because the wrong item they gave me actually costs almost twice as much as my original item, so i had no qualms choosing to keep it instead of exchanging, and hopefully just sell it off for a little profit. But really, never order from footlocker. Appalling service all round.
I purchased a pair of $100 Air Jordan's for my son and 2 months later the soles had holes worn all the way through, the laces broke off, and the soles were detaching. Foot Locker told me they would not stand behind the purchase. Very disappointing. The shoes are obviously not well made and should be returned to the manufacturer.
So when I first Ordered my Black Nike Air Max 97 I noticed Immediately how they look like they were fake but kept pushing it off because I paid $175 of the footlocker website but then about 3 months go by and I start To see the sides of the shoe lifting and by that time I had Only wore the shoes maybe 5/6 times max smh these are pictures of what they look like now and I got Them in late March 2023 and now I only wear them maybe 3/4 times a Week for work only and I work Medical field. I would never order off footlocker website ever again and I suggest No one else do because had I noticed that lifting after buying them from the store I would have taken them back right after but I didn't want to go through the whole refund process online Smh
I bought a pair of salomon shoes and filed a return the next day when i noticed the size was too small. Without receiving any communication, email or update on my refund status, I notice that no refund was issued.
When I got in touch with the customer care, instead of an apology or refund or store credit or explanation, i was told the refund was rejected.
I would recommend avoiding at all costs buying online from FootLocker because if there is sizing issue, you will lose the entire amount you paid.
I wrote In a 2 weeks ago asking for someone to start an investigation on why i got An email asking how did u like your shoes but no shoes came. Finally i get A phone call after i emailed And raised hell and they called and left a vm saying we have closed the investigation and would like to help you a few different ways call us at this number. Hey well needless to say i have Called this number since Tuesday and no one has returned my call. Im out of 85 bucks and still no shoes! This would have never happened at Finish Line
I place an order for a pair of shoes for my son's birthday, to my surprise when I received the package it only contained 1 shoe! How could the biggest shoe company in the world make such a sloppy mistake? My son was very hurt and disappointed and so was I! I don't know if the packaging department needs to be trained on eyesight or needs a break from their shift! But this was an inconvenience of pathetic proportions
Footlocker has the WORST customer service phone team. I've talked to 5 different customer service agents. They continue to get my order wrong. They continue to take a very long time to answer very simple questions that any other retailer can answer quickly, such as "which store has a certain shoe in a specific size" and other similar questions. They'd put me on hold for 5 minutes after each question.
I bought a pair of the puma x fenty fur slides in cool blue i got them super quick and everything was fine. I loved them so much i bought the mint green ones called bay they got here a little bit slower and when i get them what do i get? The blue ones that i already have! I called customer service and turns out the warehouse no longer has them so now waiting for the store to call me back to see if i will even get them. I cant even return them as my closet foot locker is an hour away! Ridiculous! Never buying online here again!
