I received the materials to send back for the custom insoles. It was a simple process. My only issue was that the directions were too dark and unreadable. So, I was not able to follow them. Please create a new document for this purpose.
Shoes were ordered January 11th 2025 it's now January 25th and tracking information says the Shoes are still in the US? I live in Canada I hope they eventually arrive. There isn't a way for me to follow up when the Shoes will arrive? Tracking says it's waiting for UPS...I just hope I receive them 🙏 eventually... I'll post if I do receive the Shoes for other Canadian's benefits so they can decide if they want to order.
I have ordered multiple times from Orthotic Shop. Each time was simple and delivered exactly what I needed. Now that's the only place I shop for my feet needs. I recommend this site for your needs as well.
You want ******* words, it seems. If your review were more reasonable, I would be more inclined to go along with it. I like my shoes, and am happy to say so, the delivery was fine. Is there anything more to say? Why do these stupid reviews have to go on and on and on, rate on the scale of 1-100 your experience with tying your left shoelace. It's ridiculous. I doubt that I am at 100 words yet. I already received this request, and am sick of it before I start. Please stop bugging people with these so called reviews, ask if we aphave any complaints or any particular joys, then be done with it.

I bought the clog slippers for my sister and myself. I had both knees replaced recently and I had such foot pain my orthopedic surgeon recommended arch support so I ordered the slippers. We both love them and they have helped immensely.
Everything went perfectly from ordering the shoes (slippers) to receiving them and wearing them. They are comfortable, good looking and soft inside. I got my sister and myself some. We are so happy.

I wear a size 11 foot that is hard to fit. I purchased four pairs of shoes and had to return all four pairs of shoes. I'm giving them three stars for making it easy for me to return the items. They're only getting three stars because I just can't seem to find any shoes it'll fit my feet. It is very disturbing to think that shoe companies out there just don't seem to care. All the shoes I tried on were too big and not in the length but in the width. And they're all basically the same. Granted is not the company's fault but they're the ones who keep Selling shoes that don't give you variety.
I have tried numerous different Brands, styles and those from here have been the BEST fitting, looking and feeling shoes EVER! So PLEASE try a pair of these shoes!

Fast service on quality products. Return policy good for exchanges but a fee on some products for return for a refund. Comfortable Spenco men's sandals.
