I ordered these shoes for my sister who is in a nursing home suffering from dementia. She wears a size 13 narrow shoe and they are hard to find. She has always bought the New Balance brand but that company no longer makes a size 13 narrow. She needs the velcro closure as it is difficult for her to tie with shoe laces. She put the shoes on and said she loved them and that they fit perfectly. I will be ordering another pair when this pair wears out.

I desperately tried every night for 4 days, to push my diabetic feet into the loveliest pair of shoes but they simply will not fit. For once, I found the perfect summer sandals but my imperfect feet betrayed me. As every wise diabetic knows, blisters on diabetic feet can lead to big problems. I already wear Vionic shoes, ie. The ones like Bella with the toe post, and the softest furry feeling slippers, too. But this style of sandals is based on three narrow crossover pieces: one of white leather, the other two of silver 'crystals'. It makes for a fabulous look but the three 'bridges' pressed against my small toe and big toe. And there was no way of loosening them up. So now I must be a 'big girl' and send back these lovely shoes. But how do I go about getting a return label? There was no paper work in the box. And I do not see a return policy. And while the box and shoes were in great shape, the outside torn plastic bag is near total destruction.

I have purchased before and always good quality products and service. This time was about to finalise payment when I noticed a freight charge of $1010. 00 for one pair of shoes and one pair of slippers to Australia. I questioned this and was told via their ‘Chat' thing, that this had been set to stop sending items overseas! As I have ordered and had goods sent from US in past few months with no problems, I sent an email to ask for clarification.
Then they just refused to answer me! Totally rude and not a good look for this company.
I shall NOT be buying from them ever again, and will not recommend them to anyone I know from now on.

I noticed they only show great reviews so this one will probably never show up. But in case it does: You must understand, before buying their shoes, that you cannot get a refund unless you have only looked at the shoes. You can't try them on, or wear them. You can't find out if they fit or are comfortable. I guess you have to be psychic and know if they are right for you, just by looking at them. I don't have that ability, so I tried them on. They don't work for my feet, but too bad! No refund or exchange impossible, they said. It is an unfortunate way to do business, and really quite funny in a way. Don't forget that they want you to buy their shoes, and be happy - but Do Not try them on.
We have 125 apts. Here and this package is delivered on time in the building. But was placed on a table for anyone to pick up. Was not put in the LUXOR for only me to retrieve or at my apartment door. Some drivers will put in LUXOR and some not... Either they are toooo busy or not instructed correctly. Now looking for another supplier that handles your product. As I will soon need another pair.
I love your vionic sandals and have ordered many pair. However, I ordered a pair of vionic sneakers and they do not fit right. They said that they were wide width, and the toe box is not wide as I thought it would be. They do not fit right and I want to return them. I need to know how to return a product.
I bought a pair of the Spira walkers, wore them walking ONCE, the tongue was digging into my ankles and was very uncomfortable. I called customer service to return them and explained what had happened. No mention was made that they resell the returned shoes. They received the shoes back on 11/5 and I did not receive any notification as of 11/10 so I called them to get a status update. I was told that they denied the return because the shoes were 'worn' and they couldn't resell them. So, I'm out $128 for shoes I can't wear!
I would not recommend doing business with this company since you are stuck if the shoes don't fit right. You would have to wear them around the house on carpet for a while so they would be in PERFECT condition or you won't get your money back. The supervisor told me I could 'break them in more'. I'm going back to Gravity Defyer - shoes I've worn for 8 years and did NOT have to break in! And, their customer service is MUCH easier to deal with!
This is the 4th pair Mt. Emey 9215 Women's Orthopedic Boot. Each time I ordered I had problems with the
Zipping. I wear a brace the shoe that has my brace the zipper broke or I couldn't zip it. I had to have the zipper replaced with a metal zipper
Good experience except you should use a direct shipping company fed x does not to deliver too where I live and if they do just drop it and leave most of the time with no Notification
The power step was not the one on the picture advertised. The one I wanted deep heel and two inch arch pain powerstep power control. The ones I got both were thin profile. Not good for my feet.
Shoes were ordered January 11th 2025 it's now January 25th and tracking information says the Shoes are still in the US? I live in Canada I hope they eventually arrive. There isn't a way for me to follow up when the Shoes will arrive? Tracking says it's waiting for UPS...I just hope I receive them 🙏 eventually... I'll post if I do receive the Shoes for other Canadian's benefits so they can decide if they want to order.
I wear a size 11 foot that is hard to fit. I purchased four pairs of shoes and had to return all four pairs of shoes. I'm giving them three stars for making it easy for me to return the items. They're only getting three stars because I just can't seem to find any shoes it'll fit my feet. It is very disturbing to think that shoe companies out there just don't seem to care. All the shoes I tried on were too big and not in the length but in the width. And they're all basically the same. Granted is not the company's fault but they're the ones who keep Selling shoes that don't give you variety.

My husband loved the soles of his high top Mt. Emey boots, but the high top was chafing his ankles. He wanted the same boot without the high top. We found the shoe on Amazon, but not with the size and width he needed. When we Googled the shoe we found the Orthotic Shop. Ordering was easy because we could use our Amazon account info to pay. Hubby loves the shoes and will order the other available colors.
