I received the wrong shoes. I was not able to get logged in to the site after several attempts over several days. Each time I attempted to reset my password, the email would not come through. I did wait 45 days to contact them by phone. 45 days from the date they arrived and were in my possession. They refuse to exchange my shoes for a smaller size because they are basing it off of 45 days from when the order was placed and not when I received them. I spend alot of money at Footlocker. This is poor customer service. The shoes have never been worn. Upon opening the box we could see they were enormous and far too big for my daughter so there was no need to try them on. They were never worn.
