Made an order on 5th July. Still not arrived. Been trying to contact Footlocker since 12th July with no joy. No refund. Only buy from Footlocker if you don't want your order or your money back. Complete joke
Three weeks since I placed my online order. Used the online chat link. Had to go thru grueling confirmation of every detail of my identity just to be disconnected and restart several times.
Then spoke with someone who told me that the item was on the way. Nope. Then called again days later when I was told UPS didnt pick up deliveries for a week. Customer service folks are very practiced at citing an insincere expression of regret.
Unfortunately, a portion of my purchase was via gift card from my brother in-law. Therefore, footlocker's offer to cancel my order would result in a new gift card, forcing me to still do business with them and place a new order.
If you have the option to buy elsewhere, DO IT. Save yourself the aggrevation and wasted time.
I have had two refunds this year that takes months...yes months to recieve. But the worse part is they never inform you, you have to do all the chasing yourself.
For example: it is mid October and I am still waiting for a refund for a returned pair of sneakers from March!
If Footlocker read this, and by looking at the enormous amount of negative reviews here the obviously have given up, please do not reply with a "we are sorry for your experience" or "please contact us so we can rectify the issues". Too late Fottlocker...too late..
Package was never delivered or stolen. When it said delivered I immediately checked my porch and surrounding neighbors etc. They were cleats for my son to go back to school. Expensive ones at that! I've been told it'll take 4 days to investigate. I can't get a refund can't get redelivery. He will have nothing to take to football. His car was recently stolen with everything in it and NOW THIS PACKAGE. What will an investigation find, they'll say it was delivered. I'll say it wasn't just like at Xmas when things mysteriously disappeared. We have the worst delivery drivers ever. I never have this problem at my moms home. Will start delivering everything there. Foot Locker needs to do better for its customers. I have no reason to lie about a damn package.
I bought a pair of shoes online, and as they didn't fit I returned them. The company acknowledged receipt of the returned item on 15th August as I discovered by going through the couriers involved.
Having waited for some acknowledgement I visited their site and engaged with their "chatbot". It was useless and could have been designed by a toddler! It was no help at all.
I then wrote to the company on about a dozen different occasions. Finally on 18th September I received my refund. This was more than three times longer than the company's promise of a refund within 10 days!
I will not do business with them again!
Recently purchased a pair of acg boots online and was shipped the wrong par. Because footlocker uses the stores inventory as well as the warehouse my boots were shipped from a store because the warehouse was out of stock. I called and was told that I had to return them in store because footlocker.com doesn't allow returns from stores even though they accepted the sale online. What a game. And now I'm waiting for a return slip that should have arrived 45 min ago via email. Terrible business practices.
I ordered a pair of Jordan's on a Saturday and was expecting my shipment that following week. I got an email that following Thursday stating they couldn't verify my U. S bank card! So I asked why wasn't I notified sooner. The rep stated that's the process. I am highly upset that my son will not have his shoes. I am a frequent shopper at footlocker, Im never ordering from here ever again.
Ordered a Christmas gift. Tracking number is not a true UPS tracking number. The item is clearly lost, they can see by the tracking they have the item never arrived. They want to do USPS investigation which makes no sense. They refuse to refund me until they do a 30 day investigation. The "tracking number" they gave shows the items never made it.
I'll NEVER purchase anything from them again. I'm out $60 and the item
Just called customer service to ask about my gift cards that are only available at the store. They cannot be used online. The representative hung up on me! So very rude! She kept interrupting me and literally hung up on me!
Website always lagging, disconnecting my account, never save the $#*!ing adress, paypal options doesn't work, can't add credit card or payment method for i don't know what $#*!ing reasons, there's never the size of shoes or clothes beside small or medium, its harder to get a pair of shoes than a $#*!ing new xbox lmao, first time taking my time to write a review, shows how much of a $#*! company they are.
They canceled my order saying that there was an issue with the payment process but they took the payment. How is their issue? If you have the payment now I have to wait five business days to get my money back because they want to cancel talking about. Somethings going on with the payment how?
Foot Locker has to be the worst with online reservation wins. I've won the ship to me option on 4 occasions this year and each time they claim I've won but when it's time for me to get the shoes they say their credit card authorization reader wouldn't process my card. It's the same card I've been using for years and now it's a problem and they won't do anything about it.
Tried canceling an order through Customer Service but they can't do that so I asked if they can change the shipping address and said they can't do that. What can you do? What's the point of having a customer service department if you can't do these basic things that other companies' customer service department perform on a regular basis.
Also, this problem wouldn't have happened if they said they haven't falsely advertised guaranteed shipping before a certain date. Not to mention the sneakers they ship out are often with bad defects.
Never shopping here again and I advise others to stay away as well.
Terrible, unfourantly i have a few packages stolen from me during this holiday season... the other companies, handled very professional... footlocker, very rude, said i shoulve called sooner, and they CAN NOT. Refund me. Never again will i order from them
This is beyond ridicules. Every drop system Foot Locker just gets eaten up by bots. Foot locker is known for this issue and yet continues to let it happen. They have not made any attempt to fix the problem at all. Went for the Yugioh drop only to see a continues buffering page. And when I go on their twitter, apparently it's a known thing with Foot Locker. If there is no attempt to fix this bot issue, than Foot Locker really does not care about their customers. 1 star
I just bought air force 1s from footlocker. Brand new, and wanted to return them because they looked worn and creased from the back. When I went to the store, they didn't refund them because they "looked worn" and nobody would buy them. Absolute joke, buy your shoes from Nike or JD sports. (For the location in vaughan mills)
I ordered a pair of shoes from footlocker online.the order was processed and my credit card was charged. The shoe I received was not what was ordered and less expensive. I asked why they did this and she said because they did not have the size I ordered I asked wasn't the order denied and I was emailed telling me this. Instead they sent a less expensive shoe. I have all screen shots of this text transaction. I finally said I would dispute it on my credit card and was threatened if I did I would be banned from buying from footlocker and their sister companies. I am so mad. Very unprofessional company I will never deal with this company again.
I bought some adidas tennis shoes, they arrived but when I opened the box I immediately noticed that something was happening since the entire box was damaged and when I checked the tennis shoes I noticed that they were used, since they had dirt spots. I tried to contact us and his response was:
1. You can return them, but we don't have more in that size.
2. We can offer you 10% compensation.
I accepted that they gave me more than 25% because I really wanted these sneakers but when confirming they told me that they are not available in Canada, that they could send me a $10 gifcard for a used product.
In the end I decided to return them, so be careful if someone is looking for the Adidas Forum Wite and Brown model in 6 for woman, because they are selling them used.

I ordered an expensive pair of sneakers for my wife's birthday this year. I ordered them a few weeks before the date so I wasn't really worried about how quick they would arrive. I suddenly started getting notifications from UPS that my shipment was all screwed up - which has never happened to me before - I immediately contacted Foot Locker. I was satisfied on how the issue was resolved, UPS was giving me trouble but Foot Locker took ownership and fixed my issue within minutes. They could have easily told me to call UPS to figure it out or to just wait a few more days, but they helped me out in a time of need and I'm extremely grateful. I will continue buying from Foot Locker.
