I bought a pair of Air Jorden from footlocker on December 24th at 4pm and gave my son as Christmas gift. Unfortunately, my son did not want the pair of shoes for Christmas so I went on December 26th to return it at 2pm. The cashier (young girl may be 17) immediately told me it has been worn! This really made me mad and she ran to the back with the shoes and came back that manager also confirmed they were worn. In reality, my son did not even tried them on since he did not want a pair of shoes for Christmas. The cashier was very rude and the manager was no better than her. They said I can only exchange if I would like to. I have no time going back and forth with this so I asked for their corporate number which the manager rudely said it is on the receipt and I can try all I want. He was right because when I called, I was on hold for 30 minutes and when I finally got someone on the phone, he said this is a wrong department which only deals with online orders! He transferred me to another department and the wait was long there too. So I gave up and finally hung up. Such a bad company to shop. Shoes were perfectly clean but they kept telling me they are worn and dirty. I can not believe that someone can make you believe that the shoes are dirty when you can not find any dirt and the truth was it was in the same condition how I bought it because my son never even looked at the shoes. It was tough to return a brand new unworn shoes within 48 hours of purchase and yes supporting previous comments from others, the staff is really unprofessional and irresponsible young workers who do not have any attention towards the customers. They are not helpful and they ignore customers who are looking for some help. I will never buy anything from footlocker. Stay away.
Bought shoes and had them shipped over. Good buy less expensive then buying them in Dublin.
I won the Jordan flint 13s after putting the entry in,April 22 2023, then when I received the shoe in the mail it was the wrong size.Smh then I finessed a 25% coupon out of them without linkin it to my order,(later able to get the 20 dollar gift card,I asked for and pressed the line)that they didn't tell me expires in 60 days, and damn near 98 percent of the shoes that people buy which are majority Nikes or anything cool, are unable for the coupon to be used.I wanted to Jordan's really bad, I don't even buy Jordan's often but I really wanted these and was stoked that I was going to get them then they were the wrong size.Sucks, and dnt get anything but a weak azz coupon that I'm probably not gona use because foot locker barely has a good variety of shoes and I'm not rushing to buy shoes in 60 day,I dnt want any shoe but the one I was buying,the Jordan.You can't even use the coupon on any Nikes or Jordan's, except for a few weak pair of Nikes, probably have defects, and one was the Nike air max90 which was rated 3 stars by consumers, and the other show that allowed it was a sale shoe that wasn't even my size.So uh yea messed up order and no real reimburstment.
Products came fast and was described perfectly as was pictured. Will be using them again!

Hello All Please Read, Don't get bad, rude, distasteful, service like me. It started and the actual store like 1 previous review. I tried to buy my shoes at my local footlocker (witch they had) but they told me they could not honor the online price or free shipping. I went home order my shoe not to mention these was my birthday & Christmas present. So I place the order and waited. After about a week I called because I never got a tracking number or nothing. I finally get them a few days later. Wow to my amazement, the shoes was worn clearly worn. I immediately called the 800 number. They told me they can send me out a new pair once I send back the one's I had in my possession. Once they received I told them to send out the new one's. I was told that I had to reorder from online because they didn't have anymore in the warehouse, that once I order again online they was going to ship from one of their stores. It was just a trap I will explain. Well in order for me to reorder the shoes online I was told they had to put the money on a e-gift card. Today is Feb 7th 2016 I was on phone with them Feb 6st 2016 well today the 7th I go online to reorder my shoes and WOW out of stock I have called the CS 3 times and I after speaking with the CS rep trying to get a refund they tell me it's nothing they can do because they issued me a E-gift card I told them to cancel the e-gift card because their is nothing else I want from footlocker Just give me my money back and every time I got to that point they will hang up the phone. I still been trying to get my money back nowhere. I actually have the phone calls recorded. So if anyone would like to here them message me. SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO DO BUSINESS WITH FOOTLOCKER
