I ordered an expensive pair of sneakers for my wife's birthday this year. I ordered them a few weeks before the date so I wasn't really worried about how quick they would arrive. I suddenly started getting notifications from UPS that my shipment was all screwed up - which has never happened to me before - I immediately contacted Foot Locker. I was satisfied on how the issue was resolved, UPS was giving me trouble but Foot Locker took ownership and fixed my issue within minutes. They could have easily told me to call UPS to figure it out or to just wait a few more days, but they helped me out in a time of need and I'm extremely grateful. I will continue buying from Foot Locker.
Bought a pair of air force 1 trainers, upsold a pair of 10 pound toe box protectors, couldn't even use them as they bunch up in the shoe and crease the toe box. Asked if I could return them at the counter as they are not fit for purpose and did the opposite of what they are supposed to, creasing my 120 pound trainers. Manager said no we can't return those. I asked if I could leave them with them to throw away and she told me to throw them in the bin outside. Disgusted with this ordeal.
This company stole my money over 100$ for an order that I made in November, and I haven't received UPS said that my package is lost and Foot Locker said they will not refund me and the agent was very rude to me. This company is dishonest and all they care about that they make sales and get money. I'll never recommend any of my students that I coach to order anything from this company.
I don't know who the owner is of Foot Locker, but he needs to be an UNDERCOVER BOSS... He need to see and hear how his customers are being treated. First of all, I've never received the shoes that I ordered because USPS lost them. My money has already been taken for the purchase of some shoes that I have never received. I placed the order on 3/15/2017 and paid for the shoes and shipping. Today is 4/6/2017 and I still have not received the refund in my account. I have called customer service almost 10 times inquiring about my shoes and my money. Instead of empathizing with me, I was treated like I did something wrong. The run around I was given just to try and get the issue resolved was Horrible. This is the Worst and I do mean Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life pertaining to merchandise I never received. WOW! Mr CEO please straighten this out! Please hire new management and new customer service.
I purchased a gift card for my grandson for Christmas. They arbitrarily cancelled my order. When I asked why, they told me they weren't allowed to tell because others may then be able to get around their credit verification system. They then asked me if I wanted to reorder. I said "Why would I?! If I didn't pass your "system" the first time, why would I the second?!" I told them they didn't pass my customer satisfaction criteria! BAD SERVICE! I'm a 63 yr old grandma with good credit! I didn't pass their credit verification for a $35! Purchase?! You'll never get my business again!
I bought the most amazing Timberlands over the winter, although they were a bit pricey at $220. They were definitely worth it, so comfortable relaxing and great. I bought it at the store so i dont know how good their delivery speed is but i guess it will be great. 5 stars for supreme quality.
Bought a pair of black ankle sneaker on their website last year( $79) and never have a chance to wear. This year i took it out and about to wear them and realize the strap of the shoe ripped :( omg, i should've check them carefully when i got them.
I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1s all white and they came in a week. The package was from UPS. It came in a plastic waterproof bag. When I opened the package the box WAS BEATEN up, I don't understand why they don't ship SHOES in a box instead of the shipping being cheap. Thankfully my shoes came in right but, there were some scratches - not bad but you could still see it. The package literally almost ripped in half - that's how bad it was. I am never ordering from Footlocker. I would rather order from Nike itself. I paid full price for everything and I end up getting my shoes in a plastic bag beaten up - disappointing!
Tried to purchase a pair of runnings shoes online using the coupon I found on promocode4share.com on Lady Foot Locker (owned by Foot Locker) website for $15 off $75 + free shipping. The website gave $15 off but not free shipping. Called customer service and was told it was my problem because they only offer $15 off $75 not free shipping. Asked where on thier website can i find this promotion and was told it was not there. Customer service and supervisor failed honor the free shipping stating it does not affect Lady Foot Locker because it was not their site that offers the promotion. Would this happen with Nordsrtom, JCrew and the like? Customer service is big business...
Last Friday night November 5, I walked into the Footlocker store on Hollywood and Highland. As I'm walking into the store an associate meets me at the door and says: "ora-le" Now I understand Spanish and that's not a proper word of greeting to use. First of all, the greetings should be done in English regardless of what the person's nationality is. "Ora-le" is the translation of "What's up"? At least if the greeting is to be done in Spanish, it should be: "Buena noches, Sr" or in English: "good evening." Some training in proper manners is needed for some of the store associates.
I purchased 2 pairs of VANS shoes on July 16,2019. I tried to track them online but was unable to. The delivery company stated by Footlocker was UPS. July 22,2019 the shoes showed as delivered. I checked and found no delivery notice in the mail or at my mail box. Contacting footlocker, I was notified that it was actually delivered through Canada Post. Footlocker said that I had to contact Canada Post to file a claim and then I had to call back Footlocker that the claim was made. I was told to await until August 22 for the investigation to complete. I purchased these as a present, therefore I couldn't wait and went to the local storefront and luckily found the pair there. I took pictures of my receipt and sent an email to footlocker hoping it would help with the investigation. Today, August 22nd, I got an email stating that the issue was "solved". I didn't get the shoes or a refund yet. I've learned my lesson. If you can go to the local store and don't purchase online.
My order was canceled two days after placing my order. This is very inconvenient and prevented me from purchasing the product elsewhere while waiting for this order. A 48 hour turn around time to cancel my order is ridiculous.
Customer service representatives contacted me today saying my order would still be delivered and the warehouse was still processing my order but rest assured your order will arrive in the 3-5 business day window this was at 1:02pm via email. Then I received an email saying my order was canceled less than 30mins later.
This is very inconvenient and inconsiderate of your customers. I talked to a customer service representative and he said that there is no compensation for this inconvenience.
In these circumstances that are out of my control and put me in a bad situation, this should be remedied with a compensation of a 20% discount or something of that nature.
Foot locker is inconsiderate of their customers.
We bought a pair of Jordan shoes on the 27th of December, 2016. On the the website it promised that it would get here in 5-7 business days. 6 days later we checked on the progress of the shoe and it said that it was preparing to ship out. However, today on January 4,2017, we checked in and found that our order had been canceled without any prior notice either via email or otherwise. When we called their customer service to ask about this incident, they replied that they were not available anymore and that was that. They did not apologize for this and there were no compensations. Furthermore, they were very rude when responding to our polite requests that they please find a way to ship us that particular pair of shoes. We were very excited when we bought the shoe and this was a huge let down for us, since we had been expecting this for a long time.
Bought a NB pair of shoes, reference 327. Only wore them 5 times, after washing them, the color faded totally. I reached out to FOOTLOCKER looking to replace them in another color or get a store credit, at least, but none of the above happened. Even worst, they asked me to reach out directly to NEW BALANCE, ignoring i made the purchase through them and not giving customer value at all.
I WENT IN THIS STORE TO GET PANDA DUNKS, I SAW THEM IN THE DISPLAY AND THOUGHT THEY HAD IT, I COULDN'T FIND IT IN THE WOMENS AREA BUT I DID FIND IT IN THE MENS. I ASKED A WORKER IF THEY HAD WOMENS SIZE AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CARRY WOMENS SIZE. COMPANIES SHOULD HAVE SIZES FOR BOTH, ESPECIALLY ONE THAT IS THIS POPULAR.
My brother gets shoes ans nike returns or exchange them easily but footlocker is worst experience i wore shoes around my house they said we are sorry cannot do refund i cannot believe it

Every one has accents and most of them hang up on you if there is a discrepancy or if they don't understand your english.
I recently went into store to purchase af1's size 13 they didn't have any in stock but said they could get them delivered from interstate so I paid and gave my details and was told they should take about a week. I rang 2weeks later and have been informed they are not available any longer and I have to come in store to get a refund, did not tell me and wouldn't have told me unless I rang to check on order, extremely bad business practice if you ask me, feels almost like theft, since they weren't planning on telling me they couldn't fill my order.
