Einmal und nie wieder, ich kann diese Plattform nicht empfehlen.
Ich habe gebeten das die Sitzplätze nebeneinander oder mindestens in der nähe gebucht werden weil nur ich die Portugiesisch spreche, falls ich übersetzten müsste aber sehr weit gefehlt nicht nur das es nicht in der nähe war sondern einen Platz war auch noch auf der anderen Seite des Stadium... sehr enttäuscht für über einen Gesamtbetrag von über € 1.000...

I bought tickets for the Liverpool vs Bournemouth game on the 19th of Aug. 2023, and I deliberately chose to pay a higher price for a ticket in the Kop stand because of it's significance for Liverpool fans. My ticket only arrived at the early hours of the matchday, and only after I emailed them with my booking details to enquire about the late delivery, as I was worried about travelling without a ticket. The ticket I purchased had "Kop Grandstand" written on it, but the ticket I received only had a barcode and entry point details. At that point I had no reason to suspect it was a different stand. When I got to the ground I discovered I was given a seat in a low (not great view) seat in a different stand. It took away from the enjoyment of the day, as you expect, as I was really looking forward to being on the historic Kop. When I complained to the company they gave me this BS story it was an "upgrade" from the seller, which anyone with half a brain knows is BS. Not bothering to inform me or give me the choice of such an "upgrade" tells you all you need to know. I could have bought that ticket for much less if I wanted to. Clearly, the company resells the more wanted seats for higher prices closer to the matchday and allocates cheaper seats to the original buyers. That's if those seats exist in the first place. These scammers make a lot of money this way because they can sell one ticket to many people. Also, from my dealing with their so-called customer service afterwards, it is clear this is a scam. Even if we believe their "upgrade" claim for a second, surely no seller has the right to make such a change without the consent of the buyer. Also, if the seller is a normal fan, how does he have access to other tickets and the ability to issue tickets so easily? I know anyone working in this field is not going to be an angel, but I expected better after seeing the Trustpilot score. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that a good number of the 5 star reviews are fake. My advice is to buy from more reputable sites, or just go for the cheapest tickets available, because there is no way of protecting yourself if you buy the more expensive tickets.

They offer no refunds whatsoever even if the game is changed and you are not physically in the country appalling customer service no phone no email this is basically a scam site

Terrible experience. I paid 416 Euros for 5 tickets to the Real Madrid vs Almeria game on May 1,2023. They do not show it anywhere that they don't refund. They scam you without telling you anything about it. I bought the tickets and they started bugging me about address in Spain. I was visiting Spain just for that match on that day but they kept bugging me. I told them again and again that I have no address in Spain and that I will pick up from their office in Madrid once I'm there if the tickets are not electronic. They still kept bugging me. All of a sudden 3 weeks before the game, they informed that the game dates were changed. I requested a refund since we weren't going to be there until May 1,2023. They then emailed me saying that they do not process refunds. Then they accused me off why I did not click on the little terms and condition box to figure out. Usually, when you have such big conditions such as non refundable, it should written next to every ticket but they don't do that until you purchase the tickets and then they don't refund you the money. They scam you to think that these are normal tickets until you purchase it. Please DON'T use this site. I have lost my money and I don't want anybody else to go through the same.

Pease don't buy tickets here. They are unprofessional. Me and my family had horrible experience!

Regardless of the fact that you probably won't have any financial damages from this rude behavior (at least not big ones), my law office will do everything to let the other users know how you treat your clients!

We will really do everything in our power to appear in all forms of your sales communication to clients. We will simply present them this shameful communication by you side. People are not stupid, it really won't be difficult for them to understand that you are a very unreliable partner and look for someone else who provides the same service in a better and more normal way.

I purchased a ticket to the Play-off final on Saturday. As a Coventry fan I selected a ticket that was in Upper Stand. I clicked the west stand and taken through to payment. Paid. Got sent confirmation and there was no row or block number. I called to confirm and said "it could be in either end read the T&C" an lo and behold it's a Luton ticket. Absolute scam of a company would not refund me, kept saying I had misrepresented myself and I am now currently raising a chargeback. This company is not legit! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered these tickets March 21 and only 20 hours before the game I was called with the message that the tickets can not be delivered. They hide that the seller has not delivered his tickets. But they themselves are responsible. How can you sell something you don't have. Had regular chat contact and those people put your mind at ease. I am also told that I will receive an extra refund. But that is first confirmed and later retracted. I now receive a credit for my next order. But I never want to have anything to do with this organization again. They are just cheaters, liars. So don't fall for it and never order anything. You only buy air and unnecessary stress. I will blacken them everywhere I can.

I bought tickets to a Fulham-Leeds match last month from this site. I got to the match with 2 friends and couldn't get into the match. I was pulled out of line and told the tickets were a scam. They had been originally bought as under 18 tickets and modified for resale. I was not the only one at the match with fake tickets. There were probably 200 people just at the gate I where I was entering the match with fake tickets.
The Fulham Club ticket office was as helpful as they could be to set me up to get a refund on my bank card.
I had a Whatsapp chat with a customer service rep at Footbaltickets that was useless. I did get an email from them asking for details later in the day, but they have not been in contact since then.
Avoid this site at all cost.

Stay away from this company. My family and I experienced a nightmare. They had guaranteed that we would sit together, but none of the 5 of us sat together. EVERYONE sat separately. The worst part was that the children are aged 9,13 and 15 years. The 9-year-old girl was scared, uncomfortable and crying. We tried to mix the places but without success. I paid expensive money and the whole experience was ruined. I'm not normally picky, but when they do that and there are children involved, it's not ok. It should be illegal. Our game got rescheduled and footballticketnet offered us to change game. I provided all details regarding the other game we want to attend but we are still waiting for a confirmation. I have sent several reminders and weeks have passed without a confirmation. Since we are traveling from a far we would have to change our flight tickets depending on what game we will attend.

I don't recommend footballticketnet and suggest you buy your tickets elsewhere.

I recently had a disappointing experience with FootballTicketNet. I purchased tickets for the Bayern Munchen - Union Berlin game, expecting to be in the standing area behind the goal. However, when I received the tickets, they were in the top rows of the stadium, which are a far inferior viewing experience. To make matters worse, my group was also separated and not seated next to each other.

When I contacted FootballTicketNet to inquire about getting the correct tickets, they repeatedly insisted that the tickets we received were comparable or even better. If you have ever been to a football game before, you would know that standing tickets behind the goal provide a unique and exciting viewing experience that cannot be replicated in the top rows of the stadium.

Overall, I was disappointed with FootballTicketNet's response to the situation. They did not seem willing to address the issue and find a satisfactory resolution. As a result, I would caution others who are considering using their service to be careful and double-check that they are getting the tickets they paid for. Especially for the €25 of service costs that you pay per ticket.

Please stay away. My gf bought Leeds tickets for £780 and they were FAKE. Company are refusing to pay the money back based on unregulated t's & c's. I even had to make an 8 hour round trip just to be refused entry. Leeds United have confirmed they're a fraudulent company and the police are also involved via them and us. They also do not have any offices stated on the website. The company is in Asia and they of course never have the tickets themselves. This is basically a criminal outfit. I won't stop until they're taken down and my gf receives her money. It's just disgusting.

Comprei três ingressos para ir com a minha família para ver PSG e Lylli e me arrependi profundamente. Me negaram porque disseram que seriam juntos. Paguei 1000 EUR pelos três. Os ingressos foram disponibilizados apenas uma hora antes do jogo e os assentos eram separados. Conclusão: não consegui assistir ao jogo pq nosso filho e menor e não poderíamos deixá-lo sozinho. Avoid at all costs! - I can't believe so many positive reviews for this apparent SCAM site are genuine. I have recently purchased tickets from several sites, and whilst I have had mixed experiences, this site was by far the worst. I bought tickets for a football match, received confirmation by email and again in a phone call on the day of the match, and even an assurance in an online chat saying they would be sent soon. Then, when it was impossible to find similar tickets anywhere, I had a further phone call telling me the price was wrong and I would need to pay an additional £100 each as there was a 'technical error' with the price. When I refused, they cancelled my order and pointed to their Terms and Conditions (barely possible to find hidden in link at the very bottom of the screen) that say, while a customer's order is final and non-refundable, they can cancel whenever they like. I have raised this illegal practice with Trading Standards authority and expect them to be closed down shortly. In the meantime do yourselves a favour and AVOID these!

Yesterday I came with two of my children to Spain, Valencia to look Valencia-Betis. I baught from Football-ticket-net 95 euros ticket plus provision 72euros and they sent me 42euros ticket with number at the stadium that do not exist. They write it was platinum number 1 tickets and it was rhe worst seats on the stadium. So my three days trip with children, payed hotel, airplane. Everything is disaster.

I recently bought a ticket for the Bernabau- Real Madrid V Celtic. The ticket was €95 which wasn't too bad a price considering the actual price.
I received my ticket on the day of the game via eticket download however I was stressed out and worried the ticket wouldn't arrive.
I had many email and live chat regarding the ticket and delivery details.
Ideally the ticket should arrive with a couple of days to spare however it worked out well in the end up and if necessary I would use this agency again if need be.
