I was excited to book tickets for the Arsenal v Norwich game in October for an April game. From the start there was so much anxiety and frustration. We got an email saying that these tickets could not be given over email and had to be delivered to our destination. The problem there was that we were going to the UK and lived in the US. E-tickets were an option, but then they were not. So that was annoying. After receiving the tickets, basically we were given instructions on how to use the passes who belonged to other people, which was against the terms of Arsenal FC. You can be arrested for using resale tickets--and this company put my boyfriend and I at risk. This has given me terrible anxiety and frustration. I do not recommend this service. I deserve my money back for the piss poor seats we got after being promised really great seats. DO NOT USE!
I needed to purchase tickets for myself and three of my friends to attend two games in London and Barcelona. I did some searches on google and came across footballticketnet. Although the website did not have the best reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I gotta say that I was really really really impressed. They delivered the tickets right on time. They always picked up the phone and answered my emails whenever I had a problem. Yes they are a bit pricey but given the service they provide, it is worth it.

They called us a few days before the game and told us that they had a glitch on they website and that they needed to cancel our tickets.

Got 2 tickets for Juventus - AC Milan game at the Juventus stadium, everything went well, seats could have been a bit better but overall it was a very good experience. The same thing happen to me as the review of Alena E. We ordered three tickets 3! Months before the match. We planned and paid everything (hotel, flights). One week before the match..."Sorry our seller let us down...". As you can imagine a week before a derby like Atletico - Real there isn't a single ticket available anymore or at least not near the same price. The only available tickets were VIP tickets around 500-600 euros each.
They ruined our trip completely and the only thing they offered was to refund the money for the tickets in 21 working days!
The bottom line is - DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

I would like to warn you from sports ticket's website by the name footballticketnet.com.
This site that looks really nice and the prices looks fairly, but when you buy a ticket and will not know at moment of the reservation exactly where you are sitting u have a surprise waiting for you.
When you receive the tickets you will find that in the "ticket lottery"(thats how they call a situation where they do not really know where you are sitting) you will "win" the worst tickets you could win.
I bought the most expensive tickets that were sold on footballticketnet.com website and I probably will need to buy binoculars to see something
In short, lower your expectations if you decide to book tickets through the footballticketnet.com website or simply order at other Web.

This ruined my Portugal trip with my son and the company is not willing to come to any settlement agreement;

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I recently purchased tickets from footballticket.net for a football game in Germany, but I received the wrong tickets. Despite being promised away stand tickets, I ended up in the home stand with the home fans. This caused a lot of discomfort and we were even advised not to wear our team's colors or branding.
What makes matters worse is that I traveled all the way from the UK for this game, only to be let down by footballticket.net. I have been requesting a refund for the past two weeks and have engaged with their customer service and complaints department multiple times, but I have yet to see any resolution. It's frustrating to be told that they are speaking to the seller, yet no progress has been made.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the inability to provide a timely solution. It's disheartening, especially considering the positive reviews this company has received. I would not recommend footballticket.net to anyone.

There are many bad companies online, but this one - Football Ticket Net is NOT one of them. I think they have one of the most friendly customer service team I met combined with their solid ticket prices got me on board.

I should have taken notice of the reviews but didn't and got burnt. You will spend so much more than you can afford, they won't issue tickets and insist on delivering the to your address a couple of days before the game. Our game was 'postponed' and then we wanted our money back as we are travelling from Australia. They wouldn't refund and told us to chose another game where the tickets were even more expensive. We didn't want to do that so about 3 months later after numerous emails we finally got some of money back. Now we can't afford to buy them legitimately. They are con artists.
