Prices are a little bit higher than face value (but let's see you get tickets directly from Barcelona's, Arsenal's or the other major European football teams websites for the big matches).

Their customer service is the best in the business (always answer on the phone and helpful with every questions).

And the delivery of the tickets is always no time including good seats (one time I also got a free upgrade!).

There are many secondary ticket websites online – a lot of brokers or suppliers – But Football Ticket Net is really the best.

I purchased Tottenham vs. West Brom tickets in July (game in Nov.) and paid £683 for what were supposed to be Level 1, Lower tickets. They delivered rear Level 2 seats (not together) behind the goal. They tried to tell me it was an upgrade which it clearly was not. I went to Tottenham's web site and could purchase the same seats for an equal game for £207. When I first called support they told me that they had sent me the wrong tickets. On subsequent calls they simply tired to convince me that they were better seats. I had the concierge at our hotel check with a legitimate ticket broker on game day and we could have gotten much better seats for less than we paid. Their support number in UK does not work so you need to call them in Spain, but avoid them at all costs!

I ordered from Football Ticket Net several times including a month ago when we went to see FC Barcelona at the Camp Nou.

As always, their service was great. We got the e-tickets 2 days before the match, downloaded them with no problem and entered to the stadium with no worries.

The seats were as described and the price? Fair enough in my opinion. I will use them again&again.

If you're looking for a reliable site to buy secondary market football tickets – you found the one! I'm going to a lot football games and I have tried to buy tickets from other companies, but I had never got that's kind of service before! I had to do so many changes in my last trip and they help me and were very patient and professional. They even save me some money by offering me to choose other section of seats with a better location!

They said we will get an e-mail two days before the game and we did.
They said the tickets will be delivered a day before no later then 23:00, and although we think it should have been a little more accurate, tickets were delivered on time to our door.
Incredible seats, and yes, we did pay an extra fee since they are as the web site says secondary market dealers. We needed 5 tickets and wanted to seat together, we got exactly what we asked for.

Ordered these tickets March 21 and only 20 hours before the game I was called with the message that the tickets can not be delivered. They hide that the seller has not delivered his tickets. But they themselves are responsible. How can you sell something you don't have. Had regular chat contact and those people put your mind at ease. I am also told that I will receive an extra refund. But that is first confirmed and later retracted. I now receive a credit for my next order. But I never want to have anything to do with this organization again. They are just cheaters, liars. So don't fall for it and never order anything. You only buy air and unnecessary stress. I will blacken them everywhere I can.

Footballticketnet delivered my tickets the morning of the game. A lady called me the night before, very professional and willing to get me in contact with my supplier. The supplier met me at a location an hour before the time prescribed, which gave us more time to enjoy Sevilla before the match. I would definitely use this site for future matches.

First time at a soccer match in Europe and for sure not my last. At first I didn't know what to expect, because we never bought tickets to a game via a broker site, but it all turn just great!

I ordered tickets on this website for a Chelsea vs Man United match, I received a confirmation email, the money was debited from my account and subsequently a change of date notice, all of which was fine. However several days later I received a phone call from "John" who told me there was a technical problem with the website on the day that I made the order and the price of the tickets I had bought had been increased by £300 each. They would not honour the transaction that was made. I am beyond disappointed with this company and believe this must be against consumer protection laws.

I admit, at first I was not sure about buying tickets from a third party website, but after I saw that buying directly from the club isn't an option (their tickets to that match were sold out) I choose Football Ticket Net which were the best options of all the other sites we choose.

All the others who wrote here bad reviews about this company complaining on prices – need, in my opinion, to understand that in this businesses the price per ticket for high demand matches will be above face value 99%.

I knew that – but it was important for me to know that I will get the tickets in time to my hotel (got them 2 days prior to the match), will have good seats (as promised) and they customer service team was really great.

I want to recommend Football Ticket Net. As a long time Arsenal fan. I have always dreamed of watching the gunners live in action.

Problem is – in order to watch them at the Emirates Stadium in London, you need to be a member or have a member card in order to get in.

This is where the secondary market websites come into place and I can assure you, from all of them – Football Ticket Net is the best option.

The tickets arrived to our hotel on time, returned on time and the seats were even better than we thought with a reasonable price compare to other sites we saw.

I flew into London for New Year's Eve and my tickets were waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived!

Although I had some issues getting this tickets that was my fault as I had the incorrect name on the hotel delivery point. Your team was extremely helpful resolving the issue so I received the tickets in plenty of time. All very good thanks -- even got the result we wanted!

May I say thank you for the outstanding communication and service I received when buying tickets for the recent Real Madrid v Valencia game. This was something my son and I had wanted to do for a long time and (apart from the match result) it lived up to all our expectations. The tickets were waiting for us at our hotel, the seats were exactly as we ordered and the view from them was spectacular. I would have no hesitation in using Football Ticket Net again.

Do not use this company!

They have no customer service skills and there is a strong chance that you will not get your tickets and if you do not they could not care less. Once you have purchased they dont respond to any of your emails and if you ever do get in touch with them they are extremely rude.

I have had a personal very bad experience with them and can demonstrate in detail why for anyone who needs it. I would say most positive reviews on here are fake.

Be aware they have numerous other sites with different names and can easily hide away with your money and cover their tracks.

Please buy from one of the many honest ticket sites who will actually deliver on their promises and go out of their way to get you to the match so that you can have an enjoyable experience. Its not like these are that cheap anyway and are also ambiguous on where seats are in the stadium.
