I recently bought a ticket for the Bernabau- Real Madrid V Celtic. The ticket was €95 which wasn't too bad a price considering the actual price.
I received my ticket on the day of the game via eticket download however I was stressed out and worried the ticket wouldn't arrive.
I had many email and live chat regarding the ticket and delivery details.
Ideally the ticket should arrive with a couple of days to spare however it worked out well in the end up and if necessary I would use this agency again if need be.

Tip for consumers:
Buy ticket early as possible as the closer to the event the more expensive the ticket becomes .

I purchased 5 lower longside (near the pitch/playing field) tickets to an English premier league...
