I purchased a ticket to the Play-off final on Saturday. As a Coventry fan I selected a ticket that was in Upper Stand. I clicked the west stand and taken through to payment. Paid. Got sent confirmation and there was no row or block number. I called to confirm and said "it could be in either end read the T&C" an lo and behold it's a Luton ticket. Absolute scam of a company would not refund me, kept saying I had misrepresented myself and I am now currently raising a chargeback. This company is not legit! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
Tip for consumers:
The Terms and Conditions do not comply with the laws of England and Wales; they violate the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. They will refuse any refund outright and just send you screenshots of the T&Cs (which are invalid).
