However, only one of each was delivered, despite the delivery receipt clearly listing two of each item. This incomplete delivery defeats the entire purpose of the gift, especially for Raksha Bandhan, where timing and sentiment matter most. I am a very disappointed customer with your organization, its services, Its customer support and Company Ethics and Principals. I ordered a Ficus Ginseng Bonsai, symbolizing strength and resilience, paired with the Sansevieria Black Dragon plant for 1749 Rs. + delivery (Product Link: https://www.fnp.com/gift/ficus-ginseng-bonsai). However, I received a Jade plant and a snake plant. After multiple follow-ups with the customer team, I received a response that the product was unavailable, so they had sent a cheap Rs 50 Jade plant instead. They are not giving any refund or replacement of the product. It's a shame that the fabric of an Indian Origin company is still the same - that of cheating their customers and not having any integrity. How a company handles their customer issues reflects their ethics and core values, which in this case seems to be deceptive and that of cheating their customers. If the team has any sense of responsibility and this was an honest mistake, please either refund my money to the original mode of payment or send a replacement Bonsai Plant that I had originally ordered with an apology note.

Ferns N Petals is absolutely horrible! I placed an order on the 13th for a Valentine's Day delivery on the 14th, but nothing was delivered. When I tried following up, no one answered the phone, and my texts were completely ignored. I received no updates, and then, on the morning of the 15th, I got a message saying the order was "on the way"! It's a complete joke. This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I highly recommend you avoid them and choose another service. These guys are a scam!

I used FnP back in 2016, and unfortunately, nothing has changed in 2025 — same terrible experience, same frustrating service.
I placed an order, but every time I tried to pay, the website showed "payment failed." I attempted four times, only to later check my email and see that my bank had deducted the amount all four times! When I reached out to their customer care via chat, they confirmed receiving my payment but their website still showed it as failed, repeatedly prompting me to retry. I asked about a refund for the extra three payments, but they outright denied receiving them and casually told me my bank "might" return the money in a few days. I trusted them.
After about an hour, their website suddenly updated the payment status to successful, and I received a confirmation email. But on the expected delivery day, I got another email from them saying, "Final intimation to make payment!" — even though the website showed everything as successful.
I tried reaching out through their chat support, but the chat link wasn't even working! Since I was on international roaming, I had no choice but to call them multiple times, only to be put on hold for 30 minutes, 15 minutes, and then disconnected each time! I wasted $50 just trying to contact them.
Finally, I emailed their customer service. No response.
They never delivered the order, never refunded the extra payments, and never replied to any follow-ups.
Absolute worst experience. Avoid at all costs!

The flowers were not delivered. No proof that the delivery was attempted. Customer serVice was horrible.They advised me after tempting to deliver that the address was not correct and no refund. No proof of attempted delivery. Such bad customer service. Never use them better to use IGP who I have used previously.

Ordered Rakhi + Haldirams Kaju Katli combo on 3rd Aug, 2024 for delivery to Brisbane on 13th Aug, 2024. Package was finally delivered on 20th Aug, 2024 after several hours of follow up on phone calls and chat box communication with the customer support at FNP. The worst part is FNP's assigned partner delivered a local brand "Amba" Kaju Katli Sweets which did not have an expiry date on the package and the sweets were turning stale and not fit for consumption. The customer support team had the audacity to state that they can offer an alternate brand based on availability. It is like we order apples and they deliver bananas because both are "fruits". Hence, FNP is unwilling to provide a full refund and instead offering a coupon code for a 20% discount on the next order if placed with them in the next 3 months. Worst customer support team at FNP and zero internal alignment in the FNP organization. Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. Placed an order today for a birthday with cake and flowers and a gift. Order was placed at 10 am with a promised delivery of 12 noon to 5 pm. At 4:15 pm, did a follow up and no response. After continuous follow up till 5:15 pm finally got a response that the order is delayed. The order was meant to be delivered to an office where everyone leaves by 6 pm. they then confirmed that the order will be delivered at 6:15 pm. later on follow up again, i have been told the flowers were not delivered to their warehouse and they cannot deliver the flowers offering me a discount of delivery fee. Company is a joke and i use to be a regular customer. Dont ever use FNP in uae as they are unreliable and uncoordinated and will spoil your special occation

Pros:
- Quality of the product is excellent, all my loved ones love it and that's what matters
- Price is very reasonable
Cons:
- Not sure why they have a "Delivery date" option. They will deliver when they want to deliver
- Customer service is complicated, they are all confused. They will close tickets without getting to a resolution WITH THE CUSTOMER. They will assume they have a resolution and close it. They are not rude or unwilling to help, I think they just don't know how to properly help.
- "Resolution" is usually unsatisfactory and delayed

They charged me 150 extra for the same-day delivery, and I filed a complaint the same day (after 15 minutes) and shared the details to the customer's execution with images of the cake with weight machine( in weight machine cake wait was 503 gm) The executive assured me that they would deliver the remaining 500 grams cake within the next 48 hours.

My order number #******* - placed on Feb 14. This order was a Valentine's gift supposed to be delivered on Valentine's day. The driver didn't attempt the delivery on Valentine's - we kept waiting all day. Fair enough - you guys were very busy on Valentine's - understood.
Next day the driver calls and says it is okay if he can deliver it by the evening of the 15th. Okay, fine - that also works. After waiting the whole day again, no delivery attempt was made while the driver already marked the order delivered. We tried calling the driver at least 10 times but he didn't care to answer.
It is the 18th today and I still have no idea whatever happened to that order. The website says a delivery attempt was made - which was not made mind you - but then what? What now? I haven't received the gift, Valentine's surprise was ruined, on top of that I wasted so much time and energy talking to your absolutely terrible support that keeps closing the support chat without giving any real update? I always get connected to this guy called Prashant and he always says somebody will get back to me and delivery will be attempted again but then nothing happens?
I do not need the gift anymore - it is 5 days late which is no joke. I need a full refund now because no matter what your website says no delivery attempt was made on the 14th as well as the 15th.
