I had placed 2 orders from this website as of date from which one order was not delivered on time and the second order was delivered with bad quality of dried flowers and broken glass. Both the orders were for loved ones and thanks to Ferns and Petals they ruined my surprise for them. Even their complain system is bad. They close the complaints without taking any validation say sorry and state customer satisfaction is a priority to them but their actions do not say so. Each time every order has costed me a good amount but their service is so poor even after paying a certain sum. Sad that I had to give them a star, if rating was not mandatory they deserve no stars for their service! Do not waste your money! They say they regret the inconvenience caused but ask for proof because they think our job is to fool others like them.

This was not the first time I ordered through Ferns and Petals. Like every other time this time also they excelled in service. Moreover their prices are at par with the market (Amazon, Flipkart etc.). While ordering as it was taking time their customer rep called me to see if everything is fine and helped me with exceptional service yet again.
Do trust the pictures FNP they post on their website. The first time I ordered some plants and rakhi from them and they sent cheap quality products. On top of that, the customer service representative is telling me to take good care of the plant so it will grow healthier and refused to give me a refund back.

We ordered a cake on June 17 2021 for our sons birthday that is today June 17 paid in US $75.56 got confirmation but there was no delivery till 5.50 pm.
We felt very embarrassed as our son did not get his birthday cake.

Pathetic service
My order ******* was not delivered with the reason stating wrong address, it was the same address which i have used for earlier deliveries. They made mess of the plans which were committed, i tried to call them, they were unable. If they can't deliver then they should say upfront rather than cancelling because of silly reason.

I wish I've done more research and seen these reviews before I bought the birthday cake. It looks hideous and even a child could've done a better job decorating. The cake does not look like the photo at all and all placement are just random. Highly recommend no one buys from this place. I've attached photos of what I really bought and what got delivered instead. Disappointment guaranteed.

I have been a regular customer with ferns and petals for quite a long time now. I have ordered surprises for my family members on occasions of their birthdays, anniversaries and festivals. Products they deliver are fresh and good quality, mostly on time. Never had an issue with them. Even if you have any query, you can just email them and they respond back promptly. Good job keep up the good work.
I would request everyone to not buy this particular plant cause my one died in a week or two. The leaves just kept falling all at once and set a whole negative vibe to my room and I had to throw it out eventually

I have ordered the gift quite late thinking that it would get delivered by night, though I wanted it sometime in the evening. But to my surprise it came earlier then expected for me it was just on time.
The product was exactly the same what was shown on the website and the quality was also good.

My experience with this platform has been worst so far and to top it up, the customer care team seems unbothered on the call as well as on the chat to actually take care of the issues you are facing. I have provided every proof there is to let them know the kind of product that is being delivered to the customer is not as described on their website and still they remain clueless about what the problem is. There is no difference between the humans and bots who work in their customer care department. And as shown in the attached photos, they do not whatsoever do a quality check before the product is shipped. Another package of mine is still undelivered which mind you is already delayed and again, no help from the customer "care" team. They promise much more than they can deliver.

Thank you so much for the worst ever service provider "Ferns N Petals". I have ordered something on "Ferns N Petals" and they didn't even delivered on time and its for an occasional gift. After 9 days of ordering I didn't even get any revert from Ferns N Petals. Finally the irresponsible team said the product is not available after 9 days. I called again and asked me to connect me to any superior the team didn't even did that. So, guys please don't buy anything from "Ferns N Petals". Its waste of money for on time deliver. I have placed an order on 1/Sep/20 for personalized cushion and paid an amount of 358/-In fact this was my first order in FNP Site.The delivery time it showed was on 3/Sep/20 and still i have not received the product on the given destination.
I followed up with customer care service couple of times and i don't feel they are even polite and giving any answers to the questions that i am raising concerns. I am quite unhappy as they have never returned a call or shared any further details why the delay is. This was for a birthday occasion and still waiting for the product to get delivered. This is my personal experience where i can attach the status of the product as well.
