Thank you so much for the worst ever service provider "Ferns N Petals". I have ordered something on "Ferns N Petals" and they didn't even delivered on time and its for an occasional gift. After 9 days of ordering I didn't even get any revert from Ferns N Petals. Finally the irresponsible team said the product is not available after 9 days. I called again and asked me to connect me to any superior the team didn't even did that. So, guys please don't buy anything from "Ferns N Petals". Its waste of money for on time deliver. I strongly recommend to go ahead with some other platform which is much better than this "Ferns N Petals". I'm attaching pictures for the proof.
I have placed an order on 1/Sep/20 for personalized cushion and paid an amount of 358/-In fact this was my first order in FNP Site.The delivery time it showed was on 3/Sep/20 and still i have not received the product on the given destination.
I followed up with customer care service couple of times and i don't feel they are even polite and giving any answers to the questions that i am raising concerns. I am quite unhappy as they have never returned a call or shared any further details why the delay is. This was for a birthday occasion and still waiting for the product to get delivered. This is my personal experience where i can attach the status of the product as well.

I ordered flowers 10 days before for valentines day delivery.
They said cannot deliver, my partner was all day at home, address has no problems at all.
Ruined some ones happiness.
Never recommend this people again.

I have been using fnp since more than a year by now and i'm really happy with their services. I really need not think if i forget to buy some gifts online before hand, coz FNP does the same day order and gifting thing and the gifts are soo cute and adorable and impressive! They charged me around $80 for a chocolate box and a customised birthday card. The birthday card was delivered empty without my message and they refused to resolve the problem. They said I didn't write a message!
This is one of the worst experiences I've had. Their customer service team is even worse.

Was so happy found F&P online as they can deliver in Qatar to surprise my sister, unfortunately when my sister receive the flower and cake i got so disappointed they deliver totally different from what i ordered and looks so cheap. No one even contact me and let me know till i msg them. Not recommended at all.

Don't trust this guys on special days with same day delivery. Will take money and they will cancel without any reason. Our purpose won't be met.

I have been always delighted with the service delivered by FnP. The service is always reliable, ensures delivery on time, provides excellent value for money, it's easy to order stuff, pay and follow up/ track as a very detailed ack is delivered instantaneously.
I have been delighted by FnP over many years now, and have never ever had a reason to complain, follow up on any delays or failures, any aberration in the item delivered from that which I ordered. Brings love and joy to the doorstep of loved ones wherever they may be even very far away!
It's a bit surprising though that while a large inventory of choices from which to order can be made for delivery at far sway places within the country, the item buying options for delivery in Switzerland are at a considerable variance from that in India. Perhaps country regulations are restrictive. It'll be good if these inventory/ items are increased / negotiated by FnP, to the extent possible for Switzerland.

The product delivered was not as per advertised. Even after reporting this issue the support team had coolly mentioned that they cannot guarantee that same product shall be delivered. This shows the way they handle customer complaints. I will never ever recommend this site to anybody in near future.

FnP has terrible customer services. They deliver much less than shown in pics, always late. They will close your purchase as delivered without actually sending flowers.
Here is a comparison of the cake I ordered vs what I got from FNP. For the price I paid, the cake looked very sloppy. The fondant work on it was not uniform at all, the 'day' in birthday was just squeezed in to fit somehow. This was supposed to be meant for a special birthday celebration, and it came across as a complete disappointment. When contacted, all customer service would offer me is 20% discount on a future order. Why would I order again from a place that has disappointed me in the first place?

Delivery on time. Products as ordered as delivered … and quality is ensured …And done in most parts of India even in tier 2 -3 cities and places which is remarkable for a vast country like india where logistics is a great challenge. I send gift for my sis. But when they received it's in very bad condition. Last time everything was good that's why i wanna to send again by your site. But i feel very disappointed. Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
