Ferns N Petals (FNP)

I ordered 2 photo cushions for my Mom but the quality of both the products was pathetic. I raised a complaint within 24-48 hours but FnP didn't even care. I shared pics and videos of there products but they just closed the issue. They charge premium, deliver poor products and treat customers like idiots. I don't think I'll buy again from them.

I always make it a point to keep all the flowers that my husband gives me. Mind you; the roses were not that dry yet since it was just days long. Upon opening to dry them, I saw some caterpillars (10+) in every rose. There was even a big one! We raised our concern to them through email, but it was just useless. Never order from them because if you have concerning issues, they will never address them properly.

I just got to know about this app few days ago but I didn't know whether it gives same day delivery or not. But after using it only once I had a great experience, they did everything just as expected. The product was value for money and quality was just as shown (below images)as well as the service is really good as they consider ur needs and perform accordingly. The best part for me was that they accept same day delivery with all your personalisation requests and don't compromise with the emotions too. I use their services at least a couple times a year to deliver flowers or gifts back home in India and I am always amazed! In the world full of uncertainty, I can rely on something without an iota of doubt!

I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered on 26 May to my mother in India. Order number *******.

They told me they attempted to deliver but that my mother refused the delivery and requested another date. My mother received no calls or messages, nor did they attend her home.

I asked them to check the number they were calling and the number they had given the deliver team was wrong! How could they have spoken to her?

I gave them correct numbers again and asked them to redeliver. They said they would. They did nothing. I have so far called them 18 times in 5 days. Spent more than 10 hours on hold, spoken to several of their representatives. Still no response. I asked for a refund. No response.

Officially the worst customer service I have ever experienced bar none. I will never purchase from this company again. I would recommend you find another supplier if you want your items to actually be delivered.

The quality of flowers is great 4/5 times; I think they struggle a bit when it gets really hot, which is understandable. The order process, communication and delivery is always smooth, and without hiccups. I have never been disappointed; I have been using them for three-four years now. Whichever bakery they use for Delhi and GTA is top-notch -- I always get rave reviews from family and relatives. Super impressed that they have maintained their standard through the years. I hope they continue to do so. Keep it up!

I ordered flowers for my boyfriend to celebrate national boyfriend day and they just made me speechless with such great experience. The quality of the product, the delivery, communication process and the fact that they actually delivered what they promised made me happiest. There was a glitch in payment page but the customer care executive was such sweet and helpful person who helped me through it. 10/10. Would highly recommend

It is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and the worst services rendered. Flowers were wilted, old and the arrangement definitely not worth the money paid.
On contacting customer service, no one bothers to do any service recovery. A total waste of time and money.
Please refrain from being misguided through the fancy pictures that one gets to see in their website. Reality is exactly opposite

I am from Singapore. Since it my niece's birthday coming up in Chennai India, we decided to get her a surprise.
So my wife came across your website and we decided to place an order online for a birthday cake.
I was impressed by the convenient online accessibility and notifications from Ferns N Petals about our order.
The important test of service was the delivery schedule and product upon arrival. Excellent time keeping and product was as per the online photo.

I love ordering from Ferns N Petals. I ordered twice on different occasions so far. On both orders delivery was smooth, delivery boys were cooperative, i was updated at every step through mail and msg, didn't need to track my order. You get exactly what you order. Cakes quality is amazingly delicious. Flowers look exactly the same as shown in the pictures on the site. All in all 100% trust Ferns N Petals. I will continue ordering from it whenever needed.

Flower arrangement we received was completely different from what was shown on fnp website ( pictures attached). I am highly disappointed and feeling cheated. I went for an expensive option on their website. I f I knew I will receive a plain flower bouquet then I would have ordered something cheaper or had ordered from some other website. Total waste of time and money.

Updates: i just received an email from the customer service that they would like to send a complimentary cadbury box to my parents. How can a cadbury chocolate box can resolve this issue? I want fnp to send the right flower arrangements or refund my money.
Also, to my surprise after my review along with the pictures posted, they overnight got so many positive feedbacks. Did they ask people/ friends/relatives to leave the positive feedback on this page?

Do not waste your money and time here. They will make some excuse but will charge you full amount for no service/delivery. You can't even talk to them because their phone number is not a working number.

Really liked the service and product quality. Very nice packaging, very professional approach and on time delivery. Best part I liked that in every step you will get notifications which is outstanding. You all must try once.
