Ferns N Petals (FNP)

This is my second order with them and I'm aghast that they find some way or the other to screw up the occasion. Last time inspite of the explicit instructions that the delivery cannot be after 5pm, as the person receiving was leaving town they delayed it by 3 hours and the delivery went waste. They even refused refund as well.

This time they accepted a 7-9 am slot today, took extra money for that and didn't even bother to inform that they cannot meet the commitment. Only when I called now at 0930 they are saying they cannot deliver.

I'm feeling stupid going to them again. They have not even initiated a refund.

Complete rip-off. We received a photo from the recipient showing a $15.99 Costco cake (whoever did the delivery did not even bother to take off the price tag) and a bunch of roses. This is after giving your company INR $8733.80/ AUD $164 for the order of a chocolate cake and roses to be delivered in Seattle, WA. Surely you could have spent a little more effort to organise a better cake after spending all that money. On Instacart I could have ordered this for $40 and gotten free delivery. You are robbing people, totally misrepresenting your offering and not presenting the gift tastefully either.

I placed an order (order# *******) on 17/05/2023 to deliver gift on 20/05/2023 and still waiting on today 27/05/2023 to receive the items. FNP customer care staff is telling delivery within 24 hours when ever I call them everyday. They provided DelhiVeri courier tracking number but their website is not showing proper information and their contact number is not working. FNP offered me 20% discount on next order that I refused because I am not going to order anymore with this people.

These people are fraud nd cheater, i placed an oreder for rakhi nd was abt to deliver on or before 28th aug, where it still not delivered nd no update, even no resolution from customer care. Pathetic service

Recommend not to use ferns and petals as pathetic service they will ruin your special occasions by not getting things delivered…just taking money and conveniently saying order of stock ….

I have been ordering through FnP since a very long time. Love how they can deliver the next day even if it's in a remote place.
A lot of other platforms are not available in my hometown and this has become my go to platform for sending wishes to my loved ones.

Ordered a cake for my cousins birthday in Sydney Australia, the selection, payment process were all smooth. Received updated on the order status in timely manner through SMS. Finally the product delivered was matching my expectations from the image. Would recommend. Keep it up team FNP.

I wanted to send Rakhi with flowers and chocolates.
This was my first visit to Ferns N Petals website, I was amazed to see how many options were there and each of them were beautiful. Finally, I chose a teddy basket with red and white roses and chocolates. There was no hassle in payment, it was smooth and the delivery was done within 12 hours of the confirmation which is outstanding service. Also, I received an email that they are proceeding with the order with all red roses as white ones are not available & they were unable to reach us. Updates at each step, perfectly arranged basket, timely delivery, great price options, just wow!

Order was delivered within an hour (Standard) which gives a great pleasure. Received continuous updates regarding my order and it was hassle free.

Worst service.my delivery slot was from 7- 10 am tomorrow and now it is changed to 8-12...so why did I pay 200 rs for morning slot?Either refund the full amount or deliver it by 10 am tomorrow.and you guys just called once and my phone was busy at that time. I tried to call back and line was always busy... pathetic service

This was really unexpected experience with you guys. I have paid for selecting a slot due to specific reasons and things got proceeded online post that i got a call from representative saying that "Sorry sir delivery is not possible in between 10 to 11 am as you selected. We'll be able to do in 11 to 12". In revert I simply said if it was not possible then why my slot got selected. I bloody paid for that selected time frame. In the end she said we try to deliver as much as possible. I have waited for status and notification for product delivery, at the end post 11:30 I opened up my mouth and called to the person for whom this small gesture got planned and I asked her to wait and receive the order. Now tell me why we opt these options... Just & Just to create surprises. I believe rather than trusting you guys we should have nice connections with our local shopkeepers. I have not thought of I'll get such sort experience.
