Hi,
I placed an order on fnp app and spoke to two different customer representatives and explained them the customisation that was required. They confirmed it with the vendor partner about the same but still ended up delivering wrong product.
Besides, I was really embarrassed to see that delivered product image too as it had nothing but just a piece of stale flowers.
Considering it was for my relative's wedding anniversary, I was so embarrassed that I had to literally send them another gift to overcome from this incident.
FNP sucks! Moreover, your vendor partners are absolute disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to book a product from fnp.
Xmas Rum & Raisin cake had no Rum & a small sprinkling of raisins on top. Half Kg for Rs 899 was too sweet cheap quality cake. When complained with image, they refused to refund or replace. Big cheats. Only offered a small chocolate box worth Rs 60 with apology card. Full marks for PR though.

Customer Service is not reliable, always wanting to closed the ticket without accommodating my concerns.
Delivery Service put the status of the order to wrong address without contacting the recipient and eventually they told me that the item is perishable, but they're customers service doesn't care at all don't know if just people, management or organization. I just wasted my time and money cause nothing happen.

I love Ferns N Petal. Have been a long time customer. Always went to them when we lived in Delhi. Now that I am abroad and use their service for flower delivery, my loyalty is shaken.
I am learning that their is quality control over the franchises - The Hyderabad franchise is good the Allahabad franchise is BAD.
Find a different flower delivery service in Allahabad because you will keep waiting to hear back from your family that the flowers arrived and how happy it made them but the FnP delivery boys will return without finding the address... not sure why they are delivery boys then!

I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money.
What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.

I ordered the ficus compacts plant in king queen pot for my brothers anniversary today our 23rd November.but they delivered some plant with a fibreglass planter. It is such a let down.please don't put up gifts on your site that you can't deliver.really disappointed by todays experience

Quality was good and delivery was on time the only thing lacked was the combination of roses was different from as per the order but yes roses will never ask us hello how many reds, whites, yellows, pinks we need to grow thus I am okay with the combination delivered... It was a great gift. Third time using the site. Flowers could be better though. That said customer service was excellent. I was aware where my parcel is at every step. My son sent me flowers for my birthday last Dec,5, on the 2nd day only started drying.We tried to put in water to save at least. I used to get flowers fm other company but it last for a week, that's why i was shocked why this one dried up so fast.He must have paid more than 100 dollars for this..

Poor customer service, like if we want to change the order or postpone the same, there is no way to contact them. If u raise a query through the app, u wont receive any replies. Same with the customer care num, no reply. This should be worked out. Still the quality and delivery systems are highly appreciable.

Ridiculous website and service. They cant deliver on the promised time in a sub-city like Dwarka, new delhi, where they call themselves as 'highly established' and they will not take responsibility and ownership of their mistake. Even after paying extra amount for 'instant delivery' the flower reached after 48hrs and that too stale flowers especially the roses. Customer service is also $#*! and will give you a highly frustrating experience.
The fondant was sticky. The guests were disappointed and my name spoilt because you didn't check the quality.I never thought that Ferns and Petals would be so ignorant
My order status was delivered but the recipient never received it. This was a very cricital delivery and unfortunately F&P messed up the delivery in Goa, India. This was a special occasion to mark a 96th birthday celebration so you can imagine how important this was. Additionally the customer service raised a ticket after an hour of phone calls and chats, reassured me it would be re-delivered right away, and then closed the ticket saying they confirmed it was delivered - yet it was not received. So looks like they didn't re-deliver? The customer service calls have a long wait time and even after getting through they put you on hold to confirm status and then ultimately either the call ends with no inputs or a response that the issue has been escalated. I have been a very loyal customer and initially was very pleased with their service and responses but this time it has been a huge let down. Never returning. Looks like this business has changed.
An update- this order was re-delivered late in the evening but after a lot of stressful followups over Chat ( which had longer wait times than the 2 mins they indicated) and Customer service ( Much longer wait times and inability to provide status on next steps that would be taken except that the matter is being investigated)
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the abysmal service provided by FnP regarding my recent order for Valentine's Day. I placed an order ten days in advance, consisting of a bouquet and chocolates, with the expectation of a timely and heartfelt delivery to my loved one. However, the entire experience has been nothing short of a complete failure.
Despite the significant lead time provided, only one parcel, the chocolates, was supposedly delivered. The bouquet, a crucial part of the Valentine's Day surprise, was not received by the intended recipient. Upon contacting your customer care team, I was informed that the bouquet was delivered to a random security guard, a claim denied by the guards themselves.

I can't believe that I paid an extra for San Valentine's Day, and nobody delivered the gift to my wife and/or answered the whatsapp on such a special day. She received a message that she was going to receive the gift on her phone at 11 am, and that was it. Nothing happened. Goodbye, surprise! And I paid this a lot of time ago to anticipate any problem. On 18 December 2023, received flowers from FNP which are about to wither(one of the pictures enclosed but many of the flower petals have withered). Called them and received text later that FNP would deliver again but it was all a lie. Nothing was received. This web-site appeared to be scamming customers by sending sub-standard flowers and gifts. Never ever order from this terrible platform. Worst service and you will regret it. Pathetic online gifting place.
Not able to understand single word from there customer service team. They always give reasons for not delivering the order and can change the delivery date according to there needs.
Do not waste your money.
Delivered product wasn't even close to what they showed on their website. Tried contacting customer support, they kept me in the mail loop for over 3-4 days but no resolution provided.
Products are local so get them locally and save your money.
These people dont deserve to be listed on the internet. Maximum they can do is say sorry after you will face the horrible experience. My anniversary got completed today is the next day and still cake and flowers not delivered yet. Trust me dont ever order from this website. I am totally dissappointed with their customer suppport also, very rude and only answer they will have is "sorry for loss". Like seriously? Who wants to give gift on the next day of the event? Even after charging me express hand delivery charges of Rs.999/- it wasnt delivered in the entire day.
Last year when i ordered, the cake delivered was of such a poor quality. It had to be thrown as none of the guest wanted to eat such poor quality cake.
