“FNP sent flowers which are about to wither”

On 18 December 2023, received flowers from FNP which are about to wither(one of the pictures enclosed but many of the flower petals have withered). Called them and received text later that FNP would deliver again but it was all a lie. Nothing was received. This web-site appeared to be scamming customers by sending sub-standard flowers and gifts. My order No with FNP: *******.
