Orbitz advertized a flight then said we couldn't get it. Offered a different one ( at same price but not as convenient) and they accidentally hung up on us. They had our phone number during the uncompleted transaction but never called back. We called them and were on hold for 20 minutes. In the meantime, we found the original flight/price on your website and booked it. Hung up on them while the music played.
Soeb was very polite and helpful. He promised to return my seat charges on my booking LCR3FZ after I accidently pushed a wrong selection on my booking with Spirit Airlines. The booking form at the seat selection section was confusing at best. There were only two choices:
Select your seats or Airline will select your seats. I should not have chosen either selection to not be charged the $83.88. Since the airline always selects and assigns my seats and I don't choose them myself, I did not realize there was a seat charge for making that selection. I'm sure a lot of other passengers make the same mistake. Thanks in advance for refunding the charge. Also, when I completed the booking I did not see the total cost of my purchase on the computer screen or I would have gone back and corrected my incorrect selection. Thanks Again. Who are you? Are you legit? I was booking thru Kayak and you popped up and took over my booking which scares me a lot. I am not sure I have a seat on the plane. What confirmation can you assure me that I have booked a airfare to Denver on Oct. 17th?

I booked airline tickets through Flyfar, and my airline w/ Spirit cancelled the flight due to COVID-19 virus. I called Spirit but because the card on file for the purchase was one for Flyfar not my own there is nothing they can do to refund me and advised I need to contact Flyfar. First off, nowhere in anything I have documented indicates that the airline tickets would not be purchased through my own card w/ Spirit. I find this extremely sketchy. Secondly, I have spent 4.5 hrs on hold now w/ Flyfar to request the refund. I have been disconnected three times so far, finally got through to a representative to then be put through the queue AGAIN and yet AGAIN call became disconnected after another 1.5 wait. When you attempt to click on the email link you get nowhere on their site. This is the worst company I have ever dealth with. Yes prices may be lower, but trust me DO NOT book through them! Period!
This is definitely a scammer, if you value your dollar, keep away from this booking agency.
I booked the ticket from Sydney to Cairns, but due to COVID-19, the flight company cancelled the flight, then flyfar refused to give me refund, after many calls and arguments, they said give me open ticket voucher. But after a few months, when i try to use this voucher, they keep hang out my calls when i call them again and again. Their customer service is horrible, very rude communication. They just embezzle my money at all. Keep away from them!

I needed to cancel my flight $100, no refund just flight credit 450 ok. I want to rebook a different flight with my flight credit $80, flight credit = $300 we have taken fees and airport taxes out of your credit. New flight was meant to be $500, new rule base flight does not apply to this flight you have to buy this special price cost $400 to book new flight. It cost the same amount of money as if to buy the fair in the first place. I should have kept the original fare and bought the second one without cancel as it would cost the same. A $500 fair has now cost me $900. How they can get away with it is not fair
Booked a flight to Toronto. Received confirmation, received another they couldn't book due to being late in the booking. Fair enough, says on sky scanner all good but they say cant book it... wheres my money? Still waiting a week, they say 3-5 business days. Quick to take my money over a flight not guaranteed? So wrong... a wait to refund.

I don't know why FlarFar would request reviews when it seems obvious that every single person who uses it is disappointed if not enraged by the nonrefundable fees that appear AFTER you've booked your ticket. Travel insurance, which I sometimes purchase if it's a reasonable price, is listed as $3 when in fact that's meant to be per day per passenger, a sum which doesn't appear until after you purchase. When you select seats, some selections appear to have addition fees, and some do not-- but you learn afterwards that ALL seats have fees attached to them. I called to complain and they refunded the seat (not the exorbitant sum I knowingly paid for insurance), but I would never in a million years book using this again. I book on budget airlines/travel services all the time, and none are as much of a scam as flyfar.
When I purchased their ticket, I bought the "Flexible policy", which they say "Each traveller is allowed 1 free change". And when I need to change the ticket, they say that they just free the "changing fee" - and I have to pay for the whole new ticket to the date I want to change. They are the scam company.
I called those people, it took 3+ hrs fo03r a rep to get to the phone. Then the gentleman placed me on hold for about 30 mns. My advise is DO NOT cancel your flight nor try to make changes. I lost my money. I tried explaining to the rep in regards to the covid-19, waste of time. Just stay away!
Our flights to Italy were cancelled due to Covid-19. Flyfar did NOT reimburse us for the full amount of the cost of our tickets and refused to reimburse us for the travel insurance we purchased even though it was the airlines that cancelled our flights and not us. They have not answered any emails or phone calls!

This company basically sell you a ticket with no flight and will not provide you assistance when you need.
They will just tell you the Airline has control over the ticket and that they cannot help you, sorry. The airline will be saying talk to the travel agent.
You will end up sleeping in the airport if you cannot afford hotel. They will not provide you any formol help.
I will not recommend this company if you have a better option.

They're currently processing my refund now. Since the airlines suspended my flights due to Covid19, they informed me that they processing my full refund but it will take up to 90 business days. Take sometimes but at least I'm getting full refund.
The representative was amazing. He was able to cancel my flight and get me another and to a complete reversal of my credit card charges... and he had to input data twice because of miscommunication. I was extremely happy with my service
They don't refund my money back after the airline refunded my money to them. They are not responding neither unrespectful.
