I accidentally chose my seats which ended on a charge of 90 dollars extra for my flight. I was annoyed by this but it was my mistake. I called to fix this thinking i would spend a long time on the pohne explaning this and what not. To my surprise, the lady i talked to was super nice and they fixed the issue very quickly! I figured the answer would be "you have to cancel the flight and re-book it" but in a matter of minutes it was all fixed!

I bought a ticket from Flyfar for a flight on AeroviasDAP from Ushuaia, Argentina, to Punta Arenas, Chile. I was told I can select a seat and pre-pay for luggage at lower cost than I would be charged in the airport. What a SCAM!
This airline is a tiny airline. Plane was a dual-prop airplane. There were no assigned seats nor do they charge for luggage!
I twice wrote Flyfar and requested a refund of the extra, fraudulant, charges I paid them but have not gotten a response!

Do not book with FlyFar. My daughter went to check in for her return flight, her tickets were canceled (flight does not appear to be.) When she called FlyFar, they said she needed to pay a cancellation fee and they would refund her money. She did not cancel her flight, it appears they never paid for it. They hung up on her when she wouldn't agree to pay the cancellation fee and would not start the refund process. Scam.
Upon reviewing my statement i see that i would be charged $42 for the seat i requested. Never told this. Just thought it to be normal process when mkg a reservtn. I will not pay to have a certain seat on a plane. I did not like the misleading way this was done. Will not use you again if this how you operate your business & i will tell others how you did it. Old saying... bad news travels faster than good news on a business. Hope to see this resolved & not be charged.
If however i do get charged i will dispute with my cc co. If this doesnt resolve i promise i will spread the bad news about how i was mislead all over social media.

Booked a flight for a friend as a surprise and didn't realise that the transaction didn't go through until WAY later. Called FlyFar in a panic and was placed helped by agent SAM (x2645) who was kind enough to readjust stuff so that my friend would fly from a closer airport and get a direct flight instead of the original one-stop layover trip.
I am soooo thankful for his patience and suggestions.
When I was booking online came with wrong with the system, I couldnt finished my booking online and the money wasnt in my account, at same time I called the customer service, they finished the booking on the phone, as soon I received the ticket, I realised that my name was wrong, Amdressa instead Andressa. So I contacted again the customer service and they told me to send my passport and then they will change. I already talked with Emirates airlines and they told me that for the travel agent contact directly them for change the name without any cost or cancellation of the flight. Now the flyfar told me that is them policies to not change the names (even when was their mistakes), I payed $2484 and they will refund me with $79 and Ill have to buy other ticket. This is fair?
Accidentally chose to sit next to my travel partner and didnt realize there was a large hidden fee associated with this choice until after I booked the flight. After I called the agent said that I couldn't change this option and get a refund for the extra fee. Instead I was threatened with a cancellation fee if I wanted to cancel the flight and rebook without the added fees. Would gladly update this review if an agent was able to help remove this hidden fee and travel option.
I have just completed the booking and the experience has been really good so far. Will post further reviews, once my trip is accomplished free from any trouble.

I reviewed the several site for my flight search, FlyFar provided the best deal and easy booking. Confirmation was sent immediately with e-tickets not too much after.
I found fast process and competitive rates, although I visited through Kayak. Got e-ticket within few minutes. Also liked asking of need help column, like wheel chair etc..
Really nothing. I was able to book. Get on the flight and enjoyed my vacation and came back. I'm not computer savvy but it was easy. I would use this app again. Sorry others had a hard time.

Do not book with them because if there is a problem, you won't have any support.

They charged me $55 seat selection fee but I didn't select any seats.
This charge was not included nor apparent when I submitted my charge card payment.

I booked roundtrip tickets from NYC to SF and FlyFar offers the lowest prices. During checkout, FlyFar DOES NOT specify that it is a Canadian company and there will be foreign transaction fees for any international flight outside of Canada. It was only after my flight was booked and confirmed that I was informed that the price on the confirmation page is only based on the CAD to US exchange rate of that specific day. Also to make things worse, my tickets are non-refundable.
At the end, the money that I thought I have saved went to foreign transaction fees for EACH FLIGHT on my credit card. I am very disappointed with FlyFar and I DO NOT recommend using their website to book flights.
They did a great job did every thing on line and had tickets in less than 10 minutes i will use them again and recommend Fly Far to anyone. Who needs oto fly.
Although this is my first time flying internationally, I had no issues getting all of my flight documents or seat selections. This site made it quick and painless to get my trip planned.

I had a reservation with Cheapair Flights and the rep totally messed up my reservation, which he did not put in round trip, so on return back to the US I was not booked on in a flight and to go home I would have do pay another $400 which I already paid for. SO FLYFAR saved my day.
