When I was booking online came with wrong with the system, I couldnt finished my booking online and the money wasnt in my account, at same time I called the customer service, they finished the booking on the phone, as soon I received the ticket, I realised that my name was wrong, Amdressa instead Andressa. So I contacted again the customer service and they told me to send my passport and then they will change. I already talked with Emirates airlines and they told me that for the travel agent contact directly them for change the name without any cost or cancellation of the flight. Now the flyfar told me that is them policies to not change the names (even when was their mistakes), I payed $2484 and they will refund me with $79 and Ill have to buy other ticket. This is fair?
