Called customer service waited on line for over one and a half hours and three times customer service? Agents hung up on us when we stated that we are inquiring about our refund that we are intitled as our flight was canceled due to COVID-19 and the fly far did get their refund from the airline but refusing to return our money back to us. fraud please do not deal with this company
