I am devastated! I spent $100.00 for a premium order and got nothing even close to the picture! I wanted purple Rose's! I will never do this again!
Ordered yesterday early morning for same day delivery for granddaughters first dance recital. No delivery yet, no explanation given. "Estimated" delivery TOMORROW? Two days late. No concessions offered other than a refund of the same day delivery charge. Very disappointed. Will NEVER use them again.

However, the flowers were poor quality and died after 2 days.
Flowers were not as pictured on the site either. When I contacted customer support they basically told me to kick rocks.

Complete fail by this company! I went searching for an arrangement that included a stuffed animal because mom really doesn't like flowers and I wanted her to have a keepsake. The disclaimer of substituting flowers and container I was perfectly fine with. When the arrangement arrived they had substituted a 1 1/2 inch wooden bee on a stick for the stuffed animal. I called the florist and flowershopping.com and got no satisfaction. They felt what I got was of equal or higher value. So shopper beware, you may not get what you paid for!
They cancel my order 1.5 hour before delivery time! Stay away from this company! Apologies do not change the situation I have without flowers to my love one...
I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday. She got it on time, and the flowers were fresh. However, the vase was a SIMPLE GLASS VASE which you can buy in any grocery store, BUT it was supposed to be delivered in a SILVER REFLECTIONS vase; the green fillers were not even close to what is shown at the picture, the balloon was barely blown up. The bouquet looked nice, but far from what I ordered. When I sent them a message with my complaints, they answered me with a copy and paste message offering 10% off, later they offered me 20% off. However, when I called them, the guy on phone started out very well, then he put me on hold, and when he was back, he was extremely rude to me, didn't want to listen to me at all just kept interrupting and saying "Do you accept 20% or no? This is the maximum we can offer; do you accept 20% or no? Do you accept or no?" And as soon as I said OK, he just hung up. I paid for the bouquet over $100 CAD, but I can buy a very similar one almost two times cheaper in Metro or anywhere else. There are so many other sites where I can buy flowers online. This was the worst experience for me.
Update: The flowers looked fresh when they were delivered, but actually they were not. The bouquet of this type of flowers could stay at least 2 weeks or even 3 if it was fresh, however, today, in 3 days from delivery these flowers are ready to go to the garbage bin. None of the lilies had a chance to open, chrysanthemums got bent. I still didn't get the 20% off that were promised to be returned to my card. On the top of that, I can not leave my review on flowershopping.com.
I ordered flowers for a loved on in the hospital and wanted them delivered same day and paid the extra fee and ordered it before they time they said in order for it to be delivered same day and then they tell me they can't deliver it same day hours later. What kind of company does this and does stay true to their word. And then when I called the customer service people they were outrageously rude and wouldn't give me a full refund and still deliver the flowers. Only an upgrade like no what I wanted was the flowers I wanted to be delivered the same day that's what I paid for.
This is a terrible company. They claim that the flowers I was sent as a surprise were delivered to my home. That they knocked on both the front and side door and left them on the step when no one answered. I was home that day and expecting a package I had ordered, I checked the front and side doors multiple times and was only alerted once by my dog that someone was at the door when the package I was expecting was delivered. They either didn't deliver the flowers or made no attempt to notify the recipient. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! A floral delivery service that does NOT deliver!
My beloved sister died suddenly at a young age and I ordered a $300.00 casket spray bouquet from them. I received DEAD FLOWERS! This was even after I paid extra for the bouquet to be made on Sunday so the flowers would be fresh for a funeral first thing on Monday morning. They refused to refund my purchase even after I sent them a video and pictures documenting that the flowers were dead. I am going to report them to the consumer protection agency and I would ask that everyone does that as well. STAY AWAY! By the way I never write reviews. This is the third review I have ever written about a product after more than a decade of intense online shopping. Their customer service is unacceptable!
The worst. Simply the worst. Ordered flowers for delivery before 1 p.m. on a Friday and paid extra for a rush. I received a call saying they could not meet the deadline. I requested a Monday delivery, AND THEY STILL COULD NOT FULFILL THE ORDER. They didn't even offer any kind of compensation for their blatant incompetence. What is their job again?
I have ordered tulips to be delivered to my daughter on a Sun, date of her sorority acceptance ceremony. Flowershopping.com delivered the wrong flowers (roses, instead of tulips) in the following day (Mon, instead of Sun). I called customer service to ask for a full refund. As instructed, I also sent an e-mail. That was on Oct 20. It's Nov 25 and I still hadn't received a reply. I then called Flowershopping.com again and they informed that THEIR CONTRACT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO DELIVER THE WRONG FLOWERS, AT A DIFFERENT DATE. For this reason, they are not going to give me a full refund. Just the fact that a company mentions its contract as an excuse to camouflage a mistake is ABSURD. I FEEL THAT I'VE JUST BEEN SCAMMED!
Ordered same day delivery and it was delivered with in 3 hours of purchase! I received great service in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
I ordered an expensive flower for my sister's birthday in Ottawa Canada, they delivered the product on the very late afternoon with a few crap flowers and very cheap vase, not like the picture showing on website at all.
Then I write them email ask them what is going on, they simply replied that their vendor said they don't have the flowers showing on website anymore, so they used substitute... YES, but they used much more cheaper and much less flowers to substitute.
I would never ever shop flowers with this website again. Seems like they can not control their products' quality and no control to their vendors at all, too bad.
My husband and I ordered and expensive spray sympathy flower arrangement to be delivered to a church funeral service ONE day in advance. We were very disappointed with their website specifically stating on their home page "Guaranteed same day delivery in Lititz and surrounding areas..." when they called us to notify us our expensive flower arrangement did NOT show up at the funeral in Lititz, PA. It was our way of paying respect to our aunt who just passed away and her family and then to have the flowers miss the funeral service brought me to tears! It's not like a birthday/anniversary where you get another chance... this is a one and done event. The customer service reps were nice enough to offer us a full refund so now I will take my business to another reputable flower delivery company. PLEASE do not promise something YOU cannot deliver---just bad business. I wish I could've given you ZERO stars but this website didn't allow it.

I ordered an arrangement that was square with a wide ribbon and a rose on top because it looked like a present. When it was delivered it looked a pumpkin with a weed on top and thin glittery ribbon. Beyond disappointing I will never use them again. See the photos attached. Would you pay $80 for that vs. what was ordered?
They florist in the Ypsilanti, MI area that flowershopping.com works with failed to fulfill the order on the day it was due. They did not even bother to make contact when they knew they could not fulfill the order. This was for a deceased relative's widow on the day of the visitation. It's from relatives unable to make it, and as far as she knew - we made zero gestures on the day of remembering her loved one. If I knew they would fail on their part, I would have attempted to use a different florist who could actually fulfill the request. Shame on this MI florist.
Ordered flowers yesterday for today delivery. When I was trying to track the order I was told it is probably getting ready (this is at noon). I was also told it would be probably delivered today, probably but no guarantees. On the website it states Same day delivery guaranteed! I found the process and the customer service very unprofessional and would not use services ever again. I did end up calling a local florist who was polite and helpful. That will be the way to order in the future for me.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Paid for same day deliver, paid for delivery before 4 pm. They called stating they could deliver flowers by the next day. Why would I be paying for same day delivery on my mothers birthday for the next day? Absolutely incompetent customer service workers, horrendous attitude, completly unhelpful and they also had the audacity to try and charge me an EXTRA 14 dollars because they wanted to find another vendor or some bs. Never ever order from them. Complete scam. Complete joke artists. Steer clear.
I ordered flowers and chocolate to encourage my mom after a big disappointment that morning. I paid extra for same day and before 4 delivery. Nothing was delivered and no one let me know. When I called to ask about it, they said "Sorry about that. Can we deliver tomorrow?" Tomorrow defeated the purpose of encouraging her in the middle of a sad situation--not to mention they didn't bother to let me know something happened. I would not use this service, unless you don't care when the flowers/gift arrive.
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.
