Worst online shopping experience ever! I ordered the casket spray for my father-in-laws funeral. It was supposed to arrive on Friday for Saturday morning visitation before the funeral. The spray didn't arrive until after the service started on Saturday. When I asked for my money back they said "I'll have my supervisor call you back" about 5 times over the course of multiple phone calls. No one ever called back. What a tremendous disappointment and during such an emotional time no less.
After ordering two fruit baskets to two separate clients they called me and said they had to charge 14.00 more than the already overpriced invoice. I told them to cancel both orders. They told me one was already delivered so they could only reverse charges on one. They returned the full amount then charged more for the one they delivered than what wa on the invoice. Total ripoff.
Horrible service! Paid the Sunday fee, so it could get delivered to my mom's on her birthday since her birthday was on Sunday. Guess what? Flowers did not arrive on the day it should arrive. I called them the day after, and they told me they will deliver the flowers and will get it upgraded since it didn't get delivered on the day it should be delivered. The "upgraded" version of the flowers I paid $100 USD looks like the flowers you could get from the grocery stores worth $20-30. I also received an email indicating that I will not get any refunds (how about the Sunday fee?). Stay away from this company! Bad customer service too!
NEVER EVER BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE! It's a joke! My sister sent me flowers and while I appreciate the sentiment I was sad for her that she spent money on the arrangement. The green tape holding the sponge was visible on the white vase, the SPRAY PAINT they used on the flowers was on the white vase. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the website. It looked like at 7 year old kid put the it together. My sister was so embarrassed she told me to not put them on my desk at work. She called to get her money back but they would only offer 40%. I don't understand why they thought only giving back 40% of somebody's hard earned money is ok. She didn't have time to argue since she was at work so they wore her down. So a warning, DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THESE GUYS!
Horrible place to order, spare yourself the trouble, ordered flowers 3 days in advance expecting the flowers to be delivered on time... Called the company and they indicated that the flowers were delivered via email at 1,23 PM EST. Then 40 minutes later they indicated that they had an issue with the flowers and were investigating... the day of the delivery is almost done and the flowers have not arrived... Called the company again and they told me that I needed to pay for Rush Delivery... are you kidding me why would I place an order 3 days in advance if they can't deliver the day that the order is supposed to be delivered... Called again and now they are saying that they are on the way... this is so frustrating... never again.
I placed an online order Tuesday for a display to be delivered to my mother in law's funeral that Saturday for a 10am service. At 9:05am that morning flowershopping calls to say the local florist cannot deliver the flowers to the church and would I like them sent somewhere else at a later time! 55 minutes before the service! The only other option they gave me was a refund, but what really made me mad is that I was able to call local florists and get a replacement myself, something they should have offered to do if customer service was at all important to them! The inconvenience this company put on my family the day of our loved ones funeral is unacceptable and I will never order from or recommend this company!
Ugh. How I wish I had come here to vet this place before ordering. ABSOLUTE BAIT AND SWITCH. I chose this site over all of the others because it was the only one that offered the flowers I wanted in a ceramic vase (instead of a cheap, ugly basket). I paid $55 for a plant that would have been $6 at Home Depot, but with delivery on the other side of the country and that ceramic planter and all, I figured it was worth it. Obviously this company just farms these orders out to local shops and lets them deliver whatever they have. Their catch-all line "if items as pictured are not available, we will only substitute items of higher quality and value" is TOTAL BULLSH*T. My tiny, anemic plant arrived in--wait for it--the ugly, cheap basket (which they decided to festoon with hideous plastic butterflies. Needless to say this was NOT as the item was pictured or described.).
Customer service was a joke. They asked for a picture, I sent one, they "reviewed it" and then repeated their catch-all line to me. I told them that would be like you buying a pair of jeans that come with a belt (*if the belt isn't available, we will substitute with only an item of equal or higher value), and then the jeans arrive with a piece of yarn around the waist. In my marketing classes, we called this a "bait and switch."
If you want to overpay for flowers and then have some random company send the recipient whatever the hell they feel like sending, definitely order from flowershopping.com.

If you desire a beautiful floral arrangement to be delivered as promise, based on my first experience with this company, I would NEVER recommend doing business with FlowerShopping.com. I saw a beautiful picture of a flower basket with butterflies, and invested $100.00 for upgrades and delivery today. My aunt just had a life threatening experience, and is getting home from a week in the hospital- She loves flowers, and loves butterflies. Unfortunately, not only did they not delivery today, but they called, and asked me for more money, stating that they could not find an "In-Network Florist", and therefore, needed more money from me. I was in such shock, that LuCindy, ID 272LUCindy ext. 272 had no empathy for the error on their part; nor, for the flowers not being delivered?!? It felt as thought she literally tried to make the situation seem like it was my issue. She said "I have cancelled your order," and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with her manager- Of course, there is not manager or anyone above her. I called back several times to see if I could speak with someone reasonable, but she kept answering the phone. She kept speaking over me with a script that she must restate over and over to all of the unhappy people that she has to deal with, and proceeded to hang up on me three more times.
I called back and spoke to the sales reps, Lisa and Andrea, and they transferred me back to this same LuCindy person- What a nightmare. I do have an email requesting to speak with the owner. If I do not hear from him, I will be calling the BBB and the FTC, and filing formal complaints.
I wished I would had read the reviews prior to the one I am writing now- I may have decided to go elsewhere. From my personal experience, I feel as though this company could care less about the consumer or service. With this glowing lack of service, I honestly wonderful how they have kept the doors open.
I ordered the arrangement and paid extra for Sunday delivery. They give you time slots to choose from which apparently never apply. My arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, however funerals and weddings take precedence and it was an extra 10 bucks for Sunday delivery! They never arrived. You can't call anyone however, I received an email saying they were going to credit me for the delivery fee and give me an upgrade. They arrived at 7:00pm on Monday and they looked exactly like the picture. For the money I spent, I could've ordered directly from a local florist or gotten something from Amazon at half the price! I won't order from them again. Seriously this was over $100.00! Let's see if I get the "credit ".
Order was set up 5 days prior to deliver flowers as a birthday present. They did not deliver as scheduled. I was informed the day after the scheduled delivery that they do not deliver to the desired location. Why did they accept my order and why wasn't I informed that they would not deliver to the preferred location before that. I would never recommend their services.
An embarrassment to send their supposed fruit basket. Very expensive and disappointing. Move on to another company.
I ordered flowers for my grandma in the hospital last Saturday and wanted them same day. Got a "confirmation" email that afternoon they had been delivered, but the front desk and my grandma's room had ZERO flowers. I immediately contacted the site and told them the issue. I got a call Monday saying someone named "Mary" signed for them. A hospital coordinator told me that there is no one by that name that would be able to sign for them (there's a protocol). So, I've been going back and forth all week with this company because if they will provide proof of signature on delivery and the name of the florist they are willing to purchase flowers for my grandmother. This company REFUSES to do that, then they say it's the hospital being uncooperative. Just so much LOL. Anyways, whatever guy they had call me just now, out of their Irvine call center, deserves to be fired for how he shouted me down and talked over me every time I tried to give him information. He was finding my logical reasons for wanting to see the proof of signature such an issue and mansplained "our drivers have geolocation on their phones proving the delivery." LOL LOL. Listen, you can see I'm at the mall and have my phone but that doesn't mean I'm shopping at J. Crew. This company is a poo show. Straight up.
I ordered a yellow rose and white spray for a funeral to be delivered on Saturday before the visitation. They showed up Monday 10 mins before the funeral and they were cheap flowers and not what I ordered. You also charged me $10 more than I have the receipt and quoted price.
The ficus I purchased was even BETTER than I expected! It arrived on time. The card was handwritten and said exactly what I typed. I will definitely trust FlowerShopping.com with my future plant/flower purchases.
Ordered flowers on the 29th to be delivered on the 30th for my aunts birthday never got delivered. Called back they promised me she would get them that Saturday she still hasn't got them and it's Tuesday. Call them back and the lady at customer service was completely rude I will never go through this company again
I order flowers two days in advance for my wife birthday. I had it shipped to her place of employment and notice that it had a rush delivery before 12pm for an extra charge. At the time I didn't think it was necessary, I didn't care if it got there in morning. I figured it would get still get there by noon or 1pm. Boy was I was wrong, I spent $75 dollars so she can enjoy it on her birthday. I called customer service and all they could tell me is we cant give you a eta, it will get there by end of business day. Really!. They need a better system for delivery and customer service.
On August 21,2019 on the company's website was chosen bouquet for a newborn baby in blue and white colores. However, brought a bouquet instead of white roses (!) there were three yellow (!) gerberas. In addition, the bouquet was at least three (!) times less than on the website. Very disappointed and upset with this service. I do not recommend it to anyone.
I ordered flowers delivered for my girlfriend at my work at a rush delivery before 12pm. 12 pm rolls by and no delivery. I called and they won't be able to deliver until the end of the business day. Unfortunately my girlfriend got the day off last minute but went to work to visit and say goodbye before moving back to the city. I was hoping to surprise her at her work with flowers. Nope Flower shopping messed up my order and now I got it rerouted to her home instead. No point in having rush delivery if you can't actually rush it. Horrible service.
I don't even know where to begin. They delivered the flowers at 9:00 PM at night, which by then I had already contacted the recipient and ruined the surprise. Also, surprise, all pricing is in american dollars.
The flowers finally arrived, and I had paid for the deluxe version. They barely gave me the base bouquet! It was all filler flowers with a few daisy's stuffed in there. When I contacted customer support they said "our policy says we will swap flowers based on availability of greater or equal value." Okay great so I paid over $100.00 for a bouquet of ferns. Then they offered 20% back because I wasn't "satisfied"... OBVIOUSLY.
What a huge waste of money, and incredible disappointing surprise for my mothers 60th birthday.
They left the flowers on a front step while my friend was away for the weekend! Even though I have them her cell number, they never called her. When I found out, I called Flowershopping.com and they finally daid they would redeliver, but no balloons. Even though the balloons were deflatted and melted sitting out in 99 degree temps for four days! Then, the flowers they left were nothing like the picture AND the vase was different. I would never use these people again!
PLUS they say same day... big deal be ause they charge you $3.95 for same day! Rip off!
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.

Answer: Not for me. What's worse is they didn't tell me they would fail to deliver when promised until it was too late and my special occasion was ruined. Use this place at your own risk.
