I thought for 116.00 they would send a nice arraignment, could have bought the same. For 27.00 dollars at qfc, or local shop. Fought them for a refund, but they would not budge, finally got 20% back, maybe. Buyer beware, once you purchase you are on the Hook, they do not do refunds. On the phone for five days. Karma is a $#*!, will never use them again.
Do not order from this company. They pretend to be a local florist in order to trick you into buying from them instead of the local business. It's just a call center, not a real flower shop.
Don't use them unless if you don't want your flowers delivered! I ordered the flowers 2 days before my gf's bday, a guy called me 5 PM on the scheduled delivery day saying they can't make the delivery due to the local flowers shop were full. 5PM! They have no plan and no idea how to do delivery AT ALL. They were asking me if it's ok to deliver the next day, how ridiculous! IT's not an AMAZON order, dude.

I ordered flowers on Sunday for someone near and dear to me who lost someone they loved. I selected delivery by date and paid extra for a non-flexible date... so much for that.
Monday, no delivery. They upgraded my bouquet and said they'd call back as soon as they knew if it could be delivered early the next morning. (This would have given me an opportunity to go with someone else and ensure my flowers still arrived on time) They did not call back.
I called back on Tuesday and they were unable to reach the florist. Apparently there are three florists in the area and two refuse to deliver because the address is out of the way and in the mountains... except it's not. It's central to all three. Good maps indicated all within a quick drive and one of the three florists was only a 3 minute drive away.
Then after trying to reach the florist repeatedly by phone and email, they decided to take it upon themselves to send an email titled cancellation to "get their attention." Guess what? That one reached the florist. After three days of efforts, the order was cancelled on me and I was being told no florist in the area would accommodate my order.
Funny, because a within minutes of this news I was able to secure a florist with the promise that the flowers would be sent out as soon as the driver returned. (Thank you Chi Flowers!)
Long story short, if you're looking for flowers, AVOID this company and just call around. It was worth the long distance from Canada to deal with someone much more competent and willing. Someone with wonderful customer service and a personal touch.
I ordered flowers to be delivered as an anniversary gift. I gave all the details that were requested about how to contact the recipient if there was an issue with delivery.
No delivery was made on the day requested. No attempt to contact me, or the recipient was made. I tried to contact customer support, but was unable to do so as they close that line before close of business.
The flowers were eventually delivered on the wrong day. FlowerShopping has refused to give me a refund, and has not apologized.
They are the WORST - terrible customer service, did not deliver on the day they were supposed to - despite charging me EXTRA for Sunday delivery and then telling me at the end of the day on Sunday that they never said they could deliver on Sunday... so how do you charge someone for something you CANNOT DO?
Did not deliver flowers for my moms 70th birthday and no reason why delivery was not completed. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and did not care.
Flowers suppose to be delivered Monday. It's Tuesday and I still haven't received a confirmation. Call to find out what's going on and the guy said to call back tomorrow and didn't have any idea if they were delivered or not.
This is an internet florist that only takes your money and then sends it on to a real florist. They are ripping off florist that are actual brick and mortar as well as you the customer! They try to advertise flowers at a discount and then screw everyone involved in the process. Always call a florist located in the city you wish your flowers to be delivered to and ask them to send you a picture of what is going out to the person you are sending it to. Don't use this or any other internet florist unless you really want to be disappointed in what you send.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers in Canada from a "local florist" but hadn't read the fine print that the total was in US dollars. I assumed it would be clear upon checkout as it always has been the case in with other US companies whom i have been very impressed with.
Therefore upon checking my visa i realized the cost was way above what i would have paid had i ordered from a different company.
Customer service couldn't help as I had not read the fine print.
I found this very disappointing. I believe the conversion should be made or the total should have US marked beside amount. Not cool in a busy society and in the service of sending a gift to someone.
Paid extra for same day delivery. Told late in day delivery would next day on Sat. On Sat morning I called and told it was on truck for delivery. They called later and said couldn't find florist and couldn't deliver until Mon. They advertised as the local city #1 florist but turns out they're not local

Ordered "Rose Rapture", ordered the "Premium" option which is supposed to be even bigger and better than what's pictured on the website (an addition $40). $250 worth or roses for my 20th wedding anniversary, attaching what's advertised and what was delivered. You be the judge
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM! They steal your money and they don't deliver the flowers. I have ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered on Saturday, mind you I requested guaranteed delivery for Saturday. It was flowers for a birthday celebration and I kept contacting the company and all they said was the flower shop that's suppose to make your flower is closed. I called them again on Monday for a refund since the flowers weren't delivered and it's 3 days past expected delivery date. Instead of giving me the refund the customer service rep says you might not get the full refund if they already made your flowers.ARE YOR KIDDING ME! It's 3 days past delivery and I spent over $100. I have contacted my bank and Iam disputing this charge with my bank and I WILL TAKE FURTHER LEGAL ACTION. This is ridiculous! I have never dealt with a flower company so unprofessional! Yet again they are SCAM! DONT I REPEAT DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Read all of their reviews and you will see how horrible they are!
I ordered flowers for an inportant Saturday delivery, and despite their automated service and site that states if there is a problem, I would be notified, I received no notification and the flowers were not delivered. I called customer service Sunday morning and they confirrmed that no flowers were delivered, and that they would be delivered on Monday (2 days too late). I asked for a refund (and I will be surprised if they handle it correctly) and told thr agent nicely that I was disappointed in their company and service... to which she replied..."you're welcome". Really? Really?
Ordered same-day delivery flowers for Father's Day (16th). It's now the 18th and my father still has not received the flowers. I received an email yesterday (17th) stating that there would be no problem with the delivery. I requested a full refund and cancellation of the order. They said that this was not possible because I didn't call to say that the flowers were not delivered on the 17th. Are you kidding me? I wish I could give a 0 rating for this business. A complete scam and absolutely horrendous customer service. Steer clear away from buying flowers through this business.
I placed an orders for our anniversary, not only they rescheduled the delivery from the day that they were going to deliver on the next day but they called me on the next day to let me know that they will have to reschedule it again.
Please stay away from this company. I see good reviews, but I am not sure who and how even they would get good reviews.

Yes. This company is a scam. I've filed a complaint to the BBS. Any positive review on this platform, I am certain is not valid and made up from inside support. The complaints are about this company's product are generally similar across the board: Here is what the BBS states:
Consumer complaints allege advertising issues. Complaints allege business provides misrepresentation of floral arrangements being purchased. Consumers allege business does not disclose they only accept US dollars to international consumers. Consumers allege business is only offering partial refund."
Go to the BBS website and you will find accurate reviews. In my case, I experienced most of these issues. I ordered a magnificent bouquet as it was advertised and I paid over one hundred dollars for it. What I got delivered was a small, scanty and messy arrangement that looked nothing like the picture. You will notice that the pictures on FlowerShopping are gorgeous and bountiful. What you receive, however, is quite different and disappointing. I had to later (and quickly) put together my own arrangement to then later give as a gift. I tried to tell FlowerShopping of this problem. At first, they did not acknowledge it, then when they saw the picture, they offered a small refund. I paid enough money to have at least expected a beautiful arrangement, not a tin cup with a few dandelion-like flowers and 3 browned roses.
This company is deceitful, dishonest and unprofessional. I will never buy from them again. A lot of money gone down the drain.
I have to say I have used this company before with no issue... on this occasion i had a problem! I received a call from the company advising they had service issues and had to outsource another company to do the deliveries. This outsource company was charging $18.00 extra! Guess where I am going with this... that's right folks you guessed it... i get told i have to pay... then I'm told they will split the cost 10.00 for them 8.00 for me... huh? Like really Susan! This sounds like a you problem and not a me problem! I already paid 58.00 and now you want more money because your service van is broken? When I argued how this was not logical business sense I was then advised that I don't sound "cooperative"... wow. Ummm... ok... I didn't think i sounded uncooperative I would have chosen the were baffled... as I was baffled why this was now costing me more money bc your company has broken equipment?
Nonetheless I paid. Waiting on a manager!
Ordered arrangement with carnations and tulips and got some roses and pale green weedy looking stuff. They've offered 10% 15% credit but never offered to replace the arrangement.
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.

Answer: Not for me. What's worse is they didn't tell me they would fail to deliver when promised until it was too late and my special occasion was ruined. Use this place at your own risk.
