The Sheertex company advertises tights, pantyhose, and other products resilient for life. In their ad, they show a person taking sizers to the tights and the material doesn't break. It is a lie!
I spend $64+ tax on those. Expensive, right? I thought it is a good investment since the product is going to last.
It did NOT! After 5 times there is a hole. I thought for sure they would replace it! They did NOT! Offered me a discount on the future purchase. Not necessary, because I am never going to buy from them again.
Be aware!

The product was nothing like the description. Sizes don't match the chart. They would not exchange the product. The support team what a joke! They were making excuses, trying to get more money, saying they can not find the ordered number and finally they find it but it was too late to exchange... Don't waste your time and money!

Ordered flowers yesterday for today delivery. When I was trying to track the order I was told it is probably getting ready (this is at noon). I was also told it would be probably delivered today, probably but no guarantees. On the website it states Same day delivery guaranteed! I found the process and the customer service very unprofessional and would not use services ever again. I did end up calling a local florist who was polite and helpful. That will be the way to order in the future for me.

The dress I ordered was nothing like advertised and it came in ripped damaged package. When I contacted them for refund they try to say I should take 30% and be happy. I insisted on returning the item and after many emails they sent pre printed label to send the item back. The shipping to China is very expensive. I contacted them several times they claimed that they did not received the package. The package came back 5 month later address unknown... After I contacted them again they offer 30% again which I have not see yet! Probably never! Worst experience I had buying on line. NOT recommended. Be aware of scam!
