Paid over $100 for a tiny bouquets. It was supposed to be roses and sunflowers. They substituted every flower and put in others saying they were of higher value. The flowers started visibly dying in less than 1 day. They are currently trying to give me $10 back for the terrible service. Do not use this company! They have terrible customer service and do not care about your satisfaction.

Can I give 0 stars?
I bought a bouquet arrangement for someone very special to me for his birthday. I bought it online through "Teleflora's Sapphire Skies Bouquet" website. But the flowers came from FlowerShopping.com
It was a total disaster! I bought a bouquet with blue and white flowers.
The bouquet received has 0 blue flowers! 2 roses and both are old/damage!
Also, I paid for 3 balloons and none was delivered!
I filed a complaint and I'm waiting for an answer.
I don't recommend it at all!

Sent Mom flowers on her BDAY. Never arrived. Insult to injury, I received an email stating delivery was made. Not cool. Still waiting for refund. Go with FTD...

I was away from home so i put my order ( *******) on Saturday before 11 am to deliver to my wife a bouquet of flowers the next day to celebrate our 18th Anniversary.

I started to call the customer service at about noon time to see the status of my order and they just say they were not able to contact the florist o people but they say they probable were out there doing the delivering and since they finish the deliveries at 8:00 pm they assure the flowers will be delivered.
I called a second time after 7:00 pm and same answer, not able to contact their people and not knowing anything. The flowers never were delivered... my wife spend the whole day waiting for this and she was very sad since we were not able to spend our Anniversary together and on top of the disappointment of not receiving her flowers.
On Monday morning, I called again and they gave me a very cold explanation or kind of apologies saying Oh "sorry we miss the delivering we can offer you a complimentary upgrade"... I ask what kind of complimentary upgrade? They said... oh that depends of the florist but they can add a couple of extra flowers... So this company expects a "couple of extra flowers" will compensate the disappointment of my wife for not receiving her flowers on time on our 18 years anniversary... I was still naive enough to ask them if i can change the order to make the delivering of a different bouquet for Valentines day and they say yes but I have to pay the full price because the season, so they can not offer me a complimentary service to compensate missing my previous order.
So I say, forget it i rather cancel my order that continue doing business with a company that does not understand the importance of people life celebration. A heartless, cold stone company... they should be in another type of business.

HORRIBLE

I ordered the deluxe arrangement for my daughter's birthday that is pictured on the left with orange lilies and pink roses, and some type of small green puff flower. There's pink/orange decorative tissue and ribbon. The picture on the right is what was delivered! There aren't even roses in the arrangement... they are red carnations. No orange lilies, just the pink and white that are WILTED! (This picture was taken within one hour of delivery). While I did get a call that they didn't have the "happy birthday" container and wanted permission to use the square glass vase (which I approved), there was NO mention of not being able to fulfill this arrangement as ordered! All I've been repeatedly told by customer service is that the local florist can make appropriate substitutions and they'll only give me a 15% discount. The arrangement that was sent is absolutely pathetic and embarrassing and doesn't remotely resemble the arrangement that I ordered! I will NEVER do business with this company again! The only bright side is that I have every confidence that Amex will be reversing these charges based upon my conversation with them.

I purchased a funeral arrangement that cost me $140+. Because the funeral was in another state, I couldn't attend. I asked flowershopping.com to arrange to have a photo of the completed arrangement to me, and they acknowledged my request; however, I never received the photo. Even my follow-up email went unacknowledged.

My advice: Don't do business with this company.

Terrible company!
Terrible company! Ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday, never showed up. Got an email stating they would be delivered the next day. AFTER BIRTHDAY!
Needless to say the flowers didn't show up the next day after customer service said they would!
Called customer service for the second time, wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor! But couldn't guarantee the flowers for delivery for tomorrow either! 3 days after the original date!
Save your self some time and money and do not order from this company!

False Advertisement

I ordered a baby flower gift, it's advertised as "flowers in a gift" the gift being the unique cube shaped vases with the letters B, A, B, Y on each side. They ended up delivering generic clear glass vases and used blue and red food colouring in the water instead, they then blamed me for not writing "no substitutions" in the special request box, even though it doesn't give any option to do so. Horrendous, scummy company.

Ordered a basket to be delivered Monday. They called Monday evening to ask if it could be delivered Tuesday. I said sure, as I was trying to be understanding. Tuesday afternoon they called me for the delivery address unit number to which I provided to them within 10 minutes. They failed to deliver the basket on Tuesday. I cancelled because the person was no longer at the address starting Wednesday. The flower shop still attempted delivery and still charged me. They said that they would refund me minus $15 if they went back and picked up the basket. I have called numerous time because I should be reimbursed fully! They advertise "same day delivery" and "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed." Well, that is simply not true! Thanks for wasting my time, money, and gift to my boyfriend. Karma will get you!

Had to cancel my order to send flowers to my long distance girlfriend on her birthday. I was first told they will have to deliver a day late, i'm angry at this point but say okay. THEN they said they needed an additional 22 dollars for delivery while it's already been 2 days late. Then they still did not deliver the day they said they would. I got another email saying they couldn't do it until after the weekend. The endless amount of mistakes made me have to cancel, they made me look like a scumbag because she never recieved the flowers in the end.

Pathetic customer service rep "Jennifer" was 0 Help. Would not offer ANYTHING in return and did not even read my email.

Hope these guys crash and burn they do not deserve to be in business. Trust me Save your time and money.

Bouquet a day late and 1/4 of the size with 0 flower matching pctures. Their offer? Refund $10. Awful company, stay away. And look at the pictures, see what you get compared what's on their website. Paid for premium, by the way.

Completely Unreliable

I placed an order 10 days in advance for a Christmas arrangement to be delivered on the Friday before Christmas. The company contacted me a few days later to let me know that they would have to DOUBLE the amount charged in order to deliver the order because of the location of the residence (in Honolulu). I okayed this. On the day it was supposed to have been delivered, they contacted me again to say that they couldn't deliver that day as promised, but that they would deliver it on the next business day. As this was still in time for Christmas, I agreed. On that new delivery date, I was again informed that they wouldn't be able to deliver that day but would on the next. I okayed this. I didn't hear anything else from the company until three days AFTER Christmas when I was told that they weren't able to deliver the order. When asked why, I was told that the florist had run out of flowers. Again, I asked that the arrangement be delivered as soon as possible. The last correspondence from them, many days later, was to inform me that they had cancelled the order. If you wish an arrangement to arrive at its destination and at the cost indicated on the website, DO NOT use this website.

I ordered flowers on the 19th to be delivered on the 23rd for a Dinner Party for the 25th they said I okay'd a December the 26th Delivery Date. WHY would I do that knowing the Dinner is the 25th? I wouldn't. So the flowers didn't arrive. A Dinner Party with no Centerpiece. They don't delivery on time and they lie when they don't get it there. Then when you call them they have no idea who the Florist is that was suppose to deliver them and they say that are going to charge me a service fee. Can you imagine that... the flowers never arrived

Placed order online 10 days in advance and was not notified of any problems. When order had not arrived by next day, I emailed to see what had happened. Turns out they didn't have a florist in the area and cancelled the order without telling me. So now it looks like I didn't send a gift and is too late to replace. Terribly disappointing!

I ordered a plant and fruit basket from their website. I read their substitution policy. What was delivered to my sister-in-law was a fruit basket, no plant. When I complained, I was told that the local florist abided by their substitution policy. I asked why there was no plant? If the specific plant quoted in their website wasn't available, then a different plant should have been included in the basket. In response, I was offered a 15% refund, which I grudgingly accepted. However, I have yet to see it.

I placed an order few weeks ago. The next day I placed an order they called me and said that they are not able to deliver on Sundays, despite on the website it says otherwise. So, I rescheduled and made them deliver on Saturday.
On the day of the delivery, they call me and say: "We cannot deliver today we have too many orders. And also, we are out of the flowers you want"
So, not only they are not able deliver the order that I specifically placed in advanced, they also don't have even a flowers I ordered.
Seriously?! What the service is this! People, just don't even bother!

No on can explain why there was no delivery as they cannot reach the flower shop... don't care, I paid FlowerShopping not the flower shop... worst customer service I have ever experienced! BUYER BEWARE... CALL A LOCAL FLORIST!

Look at the photos. I order a CENTERPIECE with candles, pine cones, holly, roses and got the mess attached. They tried to tell me it fit within their substitution policy which says same or better quality. No candles, No pinecones, No holly, No roses. No mums. 2 carnations and alstroemeria. This looks like i put it together myself from the grocery store. For $70 and they offered a 20% discount for my dissatisfaction. DO not use these people!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FLOWER ORDERS! If i could give negative stars I would. I placed an order then immediately cancelled due to the additional (ridiculous) charges. The person I spoke to CONFIRMED the order was cancelled. I proceeded to use a different vendor and received an email from flowershopping that my order was delivered. I was charged for the order and in calling customer service was told that same day delivery could not be cancelled. This was not mentioned to me when I called to cancel. If I was made aware of this, i would not have ordered from a different vendor. When I called customer service, they advised that the order could be picked up for a partial refund which is absolutely absurd, sorry your mother died but we're going to have to take that arrangement back. I was then offered a 10% refund, which would amount to $8 after I paid $115. I also saw a picture of the $115 arrangement. It was not even close to the picture online - it looked pathetic. I've been given the runaround from customer service ever since and upper management has still not contacted me.
