Terrible customer service and a complete scam of a company. Not only did they not deliver the flowers I ordered, they charged me for them and refused to refund me until I got the credit card company involved. Do NOT purchase from them - you will be disappointed.
I loved the idea of getting over night delivery for my in-laws who just lost a loved one. I saw the reviews and was excited to order. The prices seemed decent until I saw my credit card statement and quickly realized this was American dollars HUGE difference and would have liked to know prior to this purchase as it would have made a difference for my budget. When I contacted their costumer service about the lack of advertising regarding American dollars and how in no way shape or form I would have payed over $300 for flowers all I got was information regarding where it states American $ which I still by the way can't see cause it's microscopic. If you truly not worried about your prices why not proudly state US $ next to the product price. No apology no humanity from costumer service, never again would I order from them. To me how you treat your costumers says a lot about the people running the company and I do not want any part of it. Canadian companies treat their costumers way better, should learn from them.
I placed an order online, I was very to find same-day delivery. I paid the additional fee for that service. The website clearly stated that if I placed an order before a specific time that it would be delivered before a specific time. Long story short when I got home the flowers had not been delivered. This making them 2 hrs past paid for delivery time. OK, that's fine mistakes happen I checked my personal E-Mail at this time as I was now allowed to check as I was no longer on someone else's time. I had been notified of the late delivery. But was no mention of a credit or refund to my card. I telephoned the contact number I was greeted nice enough but when I asked about a why after I had put in 5 different methods to communicate they picked only one to inform me. I was met with an argument about delivery time not being a GUARANTEE for delivery time and it was stated on the website. When I pointed out the false claim. I was told that the money would be refunded and have a good day then QLICK the rep hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a manager about the rude Rep. I was told that they did not have managers. I asked well what was the policy for hanging up on a customer, no response. I then asked if they had an emergency plan that involved a manager's presence. The Rep said "no" I ended the call calmly. I spoke to the Delivery Driver he was so much more helpful he took my info and his manager called me back ASAP before I could even bring in the delivery. I was dealt with in a professional manner and additional patronage will be given to the florist directly for now on. I WILL NEVER, NEVER recommend FlowerShoping.com to anyone.
Ordered same-day delivery, and the website took it. They emailed me later and just said they could not deliver, with no explanation. When I called I got a rude customer service rep that gave me a lame excuse about the computer crashing. There was still time to make the delivery but he offered no help and hung on me. Stay Away from this place. I called a local company and got much better service and they will deliver this evening.
Do not use this site! I ordered a beautiful flower basket for my best friends 60th birthday and paid $80.00 for a basket that was ugly! Not one flower! No wrapping! And Customer service never responded to my email! The green stuff they put into the basket could have been pulled FROM MY OWN BACK YARD! VERY VERY UNHAPPY AND EMBARRASSING!
Never order from this company. They are just brokers who have no control over the florists they use. GO DIRECT to the florist themselves.
I placed two orders with Flowershopping.com. One for Mothers Day and one for my daughters graduation. Mothers day came with a disclaimer that it could be delivered a day early or a day late. I was fine with that. The flowers were never delivered. When I contacted Flowershopping.com they attempted to reach the florist and were unable. I cancelled that order. I then asked for them to contact the florist for the graduation order. Again, they could not reach that florist as well. So I cancelled that order.
I immediately received a refund for the graduation order. But now, over two weeks later, I have yet to receive a refund for the non-delivered and cancelled Mothers Day order. I have reached out 3 times and each time it is a different story. The only similarity in experience during those three calls was the fact that the representatives do not have a clue as to how their business runs or how credit cards are processed. They are also very snarky and rude.
Going forward I will ALWAYS call a local florist as opposed to using a flower broker like Flowershopping.com. It is not hard to look up a few florists in the town you are delivering to and deal direct with the store. They do not even deserve 1 star.
Total Bait-and-switch. Stay away! Poor quality product! You have been warned:

I didn't realize this was in US funds, as I'm in Canada and there was only one sentence at the very bottom that I couldn't see that said that. I've emailed customer service multiple times, only to be ignored, and when I called one woman hung up on me and the other said there was nothing she could do. They were incredibly patronizing and I would not recommend them to anyone. The layout of the website is messy and confusing, and I was given absolutely no help. It is way too expensive for what you get, save yourself the trouble and find another place.
If you are Canadian, please know that YOU WILL BE CHARGED. 46 cent exchange rate! UNREAL! My Mother in Law was pleased with her flowers, that were delivered 2 days early!
I recently ordered a same day delivery for my daughter who recently completed college.Her graduation ceremony was cancelled due to covid29, so I wanted to make sure she received something nice on what should have been her special day. By 6pm that evening she had not received it so I called customer service to which I was told it was out for delivery and should be there by a little after 8 at the latest. And that if there any problems I would receive a phone call or an email letting me know. I did not receive either, nor did she receive her gift. By 10pm nothing had happened so I emailed the customer service group explaining what had happened. I received a phone call early the following morning with an apology and an excuse that there was a technical issue the night before and I was assured The flowers and balloons would be delivered today along with the bouquet being upgraded. Seven hours later still no flowers so I call the customer service line again this time to receive a very rude and dismissive representative on the other end. She could have cared less about the poor service or reason I ordered from them. She informed me that they had sent me an email notifying me that they had cancelled my order an hour before because they could not find a local florist to take the order. So now this is the third different story I have been told. When I told her that she was very unapologetic and explained to me about the problem with Covid. Then she wasn't sure how long it would take to refund my money. And again she didn't really care. I will find a local florist myself and will never recommend this company for anything in the future.
I'm very disappointed with this company and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. I had flowers delivered that were wilted and dying and instead of taking any sort of responsibility, I was just told that was the best available. For the price I paid? Unacceptable and unforgivable.
This is the WORST company I have dealt with in years. I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend who lost her Mother. They delivered the flowers (didn't look as nice as what I saw online), but they attached a HUGE "Happy Mother's Day" balloon to the flowers! I was mortified and called multiple times to try to get them to rectify the situation without success. I asked to speak to a manager... there are none I was told. I asked for a refund... that couldn't happen either. I will never use them again and I have told everyone I know about this company and my experience. These are not the times that companies can afford to lose business.
I would avoid this one like the plague. They gladly took our order over the phone assuring my wife that this order would be no problem. So imagine our surprise when we get an email at 11pm Friday night saying due to covid they will be unable to fulfill the order and are issuing credit. We tried calling all the Florist in Mom's town and they do not have any free delivery slots left to deliver flowers tomorrow. Amazing, the local florist are delivering but this outfit who probably dropped the ball wants to blame covid as the reason they could not fulfill the order. Lesson learned, avoid outfits who take your money then arrange with local outfits to fulfill them. Call the local florist.
So I ordered the Rosy Day Bouquet - Deluxe. The regular version was supposed to be 15" W x 14 1/2" H. As you can see in the pictures, the one that was delivered was 11"W x 11 1/2" H. NOT EVEN CLOSE. After multiple emails they wanted to refund me the difference between the deluxe and regular. When I pointed out that this is simply not fair since I didn't even get one that measured up the regular one, they stopped communicating with me. I asked for a full refund or even better, the Deluxe Bouquet I ordered.
They had the nerve to say that since it's already been delivered they can't do that. HOW would I possibly know beforehand that the bouquet they would send me would not match their description?
VERY DECEITFUL COMPANY. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN.
Attached photos. The upright one is what I ordered, the one with dark pink miniature roses is what I got. I specifically did not order pink because my daughter does not like pink. That the one we got looks like They just threw some roses and babies breath in a vase. Very Disappointing. I also got an email that it was delivered when it was not and it didn't come till the next day. (For some reason I couldn't get the picture orientated correctly.)
This organization is a misleading. I called flowers were ordered and delivered they confirmed my price on the phone with me and at no time did they say this would be in US funds. Sure it is written in extra small on their website, I missed this as they quickly pointed out to their customer. When I explained how deceived I felt they said there is nothing they could do. Order that I was told would cost 76.67 cost $110.00. I would have never paid that price for such a small arrangement. They should be honest when reviewing the cost with customers THIS IS IN US FUNDS. I would have cancelled immediately!
I sent a "Deluxe" Blooming Garden Basket ($80) to my friend to cheer her up. It was a basket of green plants filled with THREE different types of flowers (description: One wicker basket with handle arrives brimming with blooming African violet, azalea, miniature rose and hypoestes plants and a small green ivy plant.) When the arrangement arrived it ONLY HAD GREEN PLANTS THERE WERE NO FLOWERS AT ALL (most definately not "brimming with blooming flowers". I contacted customer service and their response was "we have the right to substitute out flowers if needed". I would have been fine if they substitued out flowers but to not include ANY flowers is unethical. I will never use them again. Spent $80 for something she could have digged up from her back yard. Buyer beware (as other reviews have said)
Until after 8pm. I got the deluxe bouquet and I was extremely shocked how small it is. With all the add- on fees it's not worth it. Get a Costco membership and for quarter or the price you can get a bouquet 5x the size.
Don't waste your money or time on this company. I was very disappointed in the quality and experience with customer service. I requested a deluxe bouquet and received nothing of what I had ordered. Not the flowers or the vase or the balloon that was never delivered. When I called customer service to voice my concern I was given a response that I should have checked the box stating what I wanted in the arrangement which is ridiculous as I'm not a florist Do yourself a favor and go to another company
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.
