I spent over $100 for a Blue Hydrangea in an urn and they sent a Pink Hydrangea in a cheap metal container. This was for my daughter's birthday. When I contacted customer service they said they had the right to substitute and did not offer to make it right or a partial credit. They also try to make it seem like they are a local florist - they are not! The plant delivered was worth less than half of the price that I paid. Save yourself the misery and buy from a local florist.
I will NEVER use this flower service again. I am very disappointed in the service provided by flowershopping.com. We ordered flowers for a friend whose mother had died, paid the bonus for Saturday delivery and our flowers were NOT DELIVERED, nor was the recipient notified or ourselves. We discovered a few days later that the flowers we paid for were not received by our grieving friend. Upon contacting Flower Shopping, Customer Service agreed that a replacement bouquet was to be sent to our friend that same day. We received an email indicating that the flowers had been delivered by the company but for a second time, they had NOT DELIVERED the flowers to our friend who was home all day, or called her to confirm delivery. Having just spoken with Customer service again, they are refusing to refund my money until they investigate their supplier. They do not know how long the investigation will take and I must wait for a refund for their mistakes. The service representative was not very helpful and displayed a very confrontational attitude. She does not even know when a supervisor would be in to help with refunding the money or sorting out why our flowers were not delivered. I attempted to clarify the delivery and return policy as nowhere on the website indicates that they will not return your money, how long an investigation will take, etc. to no avail. Do NOT make the same mistake I did - No Flowers Twice and NO Refund. After checking with my credit card company we determined that our bill of $84 dollars had been actually been charged $112. I'm now working with my credit-card company to dispute the charges for goods not received with the fraud department.
Ordered flower yesterday, right now, it is 9:30 pm (in Quebec) and the flowers were never delivered. They told me they did it but the recipient never received them. Client service down at 4:00 pm PST? What is that for a company? Will never work with them anymore! Will ask for CC refund first things tomorrow morning once the amount is posted. Thank you for ruining the dream of my kid who wanted to please his girlfriend for their anniversary.
I am very disappointed that I placed an order first thing this morning and chose rush delivery (promised to be there by 1pm) and it's 9:10pm EST and my flowers have still not been delivered. I spoke to an agent at 6:11pm who told me my rush delivery fee will be reimbursed, and the flowers are on the truck for delivery. This is very unprofessional and to be quiet honest, I am very upset at the service.
I honestly cannot believe anyone would deliver a flower arrangement the way they did. I have no problem with substitutions, but not only were all of the flowers vastly cheaper than the originals, they were fewer in number even though I updgraded to a more expensive version of the arrangement. When the flowers arrived, they were droopy and overbloomed. They needed to be thrown away the following day and the arrangement was so bad, I was deeply embarassed that they were sent at all. Avoid at all costs! It's not worth spending your money here!
I wanted to sent flower to my aunt for her birthday and the flowers never showed, but they did charged my credit card. This was Friday, I called Saturday and Sunday and nobody answered and finally Monday I was able to speak with someone, unfortunately the person that answer the phone was super rude and unprofessional. I asked for her name and she said her name was Hope. She didn't transfer me to a supervisor and she said that my refund could take days. And all she gave me was an email address to send a complaint.

Called by delivery person twice and gave explicit instructions. He never showed. Called multiple times but cannot contact company. Finally, I get an email that flowers were delivered but they weren't delivered here so someone will enjoy the birthday flowers but it won't be my wife. Because the company cannot be contacted directly and because the driver was inept and never called a third time to say he couldn't find me(he was 2 blocks away), I will never do business with them again and I suggest you don't either.
I paid extra to ensure delivery and the delivery never happened. I emailed the company for an explanation, and never got a response. I tried calling at 8am the next day. The voice recorder stated no reps were available.
When I finally got to speak to a rep, Bea, she was unapologetic and didn't seem to care about the non delivery.
I asked for a refund, obviously, and she didn't care. She said for me to expect my refund with 10 days.

I order two flowers arrangements as a gift for my Wife Birthday and this was a huge mistake. I make an especific date for the delivery and also pay a rush fee for get in before noon. A few minutes after i try to add another name on the card and surprise pop The costumer service hours are on pacific time, so means 3 hour behind time frame. I wrote an email and no answer. The day before the delivery date, I received a call from the local flower shop driver that they used locally, asking for access to my community to deliver the Flowers. I said to the lady that Flowers are for tomorrow, not for today. After a rude response from her, I give her a photo of the email confirmation with the date of delivery.
I turned suspicious about the delivery performance for the next day and, unfortunately, I was right.
The delivery date, after 3 desperate phone calls to the costumer service, finally by 5 pm, a person delivery a diying flowers arrangements, with a wrong ballon and a lot of misspelling words in the card.
I will not buy anything again here and also do not recommended to any one to do so. I felt so upset all day long, because of the lies and excuses that the people from the company told me and something that should be a happy experience ends up on a Flower Nightmare.
I ordered the flowers on a Wednesday for a Saturday delivery and paid. After several attempts on Saturday to contact the company regarding the delivery I was prompted to send an email, beware that their customer service is not available on weekends! I finally received an automatic replay to my email after 10 PM apologizing telling me they would not be able to deliver the flowers and to call customer service, who is not available and added that they don't deliver on Sunday. This was a birthday gift for my daughter in law who lives miles downstate from me, with the late night notice I am not able to even attempt to send another gift! To add salt to the wound I have to wait and call back on Monday to cancel the order!
Terrible experience! Orderd plant was different from what was delivered. Please see pic. Delivered plant and vase both were ugly and customer service isn't sending the correct plant to recipient neither refunding my money. Bad service!
Terrible service! I ordered flowers for mom's birthday. They asked to pay extra fee for delivery; in the end, two days passed from the appointed day. They called me and said we had problems. Can order again. I don't advise the enemy to contact here.
I was supposed to have flowers sent to a church for a funeral On Wednesday at 10am. I made this order on Monday and paid extra for early delivery. They called on Tuesday and said they would not be able to ship on Wednesday because they do not start delivery till after 8am. They stated they would be able to deliver on Tuesday instead to ensure that the flowers were at the funeral on time the next day. They called me a few hours later to tell me they wont be able to deliver same day because their driver is now full. Now my brother will not have anything from me at his funeral because this company did not deliver AS PROMISED. Their customer service is rude, impatient, and unprofessional as they did not compensate or make the effort to make things right. They have a 2.3 rating on GOOGLE and now I see why. IF YOU OUT OF STATE AND WANT YOUR FLOWERS SHIPPED ON TIME WITHOUT ANY ISSUES DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNHELPFUL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!
Fourth of July arrangement, I ordered flowers for my daughter through this website. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, however there were some substitutions. There was supposed to be a cup that had a flag on it. Also there was to be a child's pinwheel that also was imprinted with a flag, did not get that either. Customer service was very pleasant and returned a portion of cost per the substitution's. They really didn't have to. Arrangements was bigger than I had purchased, and just beautifully done. Maybe if I had ordered it sooner it would have helped Not their fault. Thank you, flower shopping.com!
I ordered flowers for my mom's 91st birthday. They were delivered the very next day but they weren't what I ordered or paid for. I thought I was dealing with a local florist in Ft Meyers but I guess I wasn't. They offered a discount but when I ask about their online service guarantee they went off on a stem count. This is the absolute worse company I have dealt with and the quality of their work ranks right up there with garbage. I won't ever make the mistake and use them again.
I had bought the Sugar Maples boquet for my wife to surprise her. The florist then called my wife to complain about the distance she had to drive and repeatedly made it obvious she did not want to deliver these flowers. Upon receiving the flowers they were the wrong boquet all together. As she handed the flowers to my wife she complained about the distance of the drive again and gave attitude. We took the flowers and called the company to make a complaint. The company said there was no shortage on flowers so there should be no reason to have not gotten our boquet correctly. The colors were not the same not even the same kind of flowers. They than said they would only give a 10% reimbursement, which still has not been reimbursed. A few flowers were already dead within the first 24 hours as well.
Was very disappointed. Was nothing what I ordered or payed for. I truly was shocked! I could of went in my yard and cut the flowers I had planted, and put a lovely basket together. Was nothing even close too what I ordered.

I chose the pink arrangement for my friend's birthday. I chose pink because she likes pink and she doesn't like arrangements with different colors. It says pink bouquet. Then you can see the second arrangement was the one delivered. It was an embarrassment. The customer service desk called it substitutions... I can understand you substitute one type of flowers but the vase, the amount of flowers, the kind of flowers and the color of the flowers? They are a fraud.
We ordered online some flowers for my mother in Toronto and later fund out that the flowers were not the same on the picture when we ordered and the size was very small and wasn't worth more than $20 and also the prices were in American dollars then the driver could not find the place so for $91 it was absolutely Unreasonable. Never buy from them again.
I was shocked when I received my mastercard statement as the funds taken from my account was almost $34 more than the total of my bill.
I ordered flowers on-line from FlowerShopping.com and believed it was a regional supplier in Canada. Nowhere did I see the location of the service or a warning that this was an international company charging US funds. Especially there was no notice on their payment page.
While the flowers were beautiful, the expected bill of $76.70 became $108.70 - an increased cost of $32! That certainly is significantly pricier than local services and too much for the product. It was because of the exchange rate.
I would not have ordered from this company had it been clear it was not a local company or even Canadian charging US funds. I have recommended to the company to make it very clear on their website that they are an international company and payment is in US funds. The payment page should particularly state it is in US funds. I feel deceived.
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.

Answer: Not for me. What's worse is they didn't tell me they would fail to deliver when promised until it was too late and my special occasion was ruined. Use this place at your own risk.
