I wish I read some of the reviews prior to placing an order. I ordered 3 weeks prior to delivery date to ensure they have the arrangement! It was delivered on time, but the arrangement delivered looked nothing like my order! I am giving 1 star, only for the customer service, as they have responded on a timely fashion. I will never use this place again and would not recommend it to anyone! The picture on the left is what I've ordered and the one on the right is what was delivered. It speaks for itself! (picture of flowers are couple days old).

Disappointing!
December 18, 2020

I placed an order for same-day delivery yesterday and this morning I had to call asking what happened with the flowers I ordered for a special occasion YESTERDAY. I was told there were no available orchids which I wasn't informed after I placed the order. So much for that "excellent service that we want and deserve" nonsense ad they have, uh?

DO NOT USE! SCAMERS. We ordered flowers for my mother in Montreal and we live in Ontario. The bouquet was $84 and we were charged in US dollars! We had directly to the florist in Montreal and were asked to order through FlowerShoping.com. NOWHERE did it say that we were paying in US dollars in Canada. Then they charged us TWICE $110 Canadian dollars. So they cost us $220 dollars for an $84 bouquet. Trying to get this resolved will take us hours on the phone if we succeed. Terrible. The first guy we talked to at FlowerShopping said he didn't know anything and gave us an email address to contact. SCAM! STAY AWAY.

Terrible!

Ordered a new baby boy bouquet featured on the website with a blue toy block as the vase and flowers of all blue and white. Instead, they delivered a plain glass vase with predominantly pink flowers & a clashing blue bow. When contacted, very rude & unapologetic & after multiple emails over weeks, finally issued only a partial refund.

The flower bouquets are not like the pictures shown on the website at all.
Some flowers are not fresh at all. The price deserves much better one. Could you see the differences? What a disappointment! It should be a gift, but now it's a shame...

Do not order flowers from this company. I ordered flowers that were supposed to look like a wrapped birthday present And my mother ended up getting this small bouquet full of cheap flowers. Their response was read the disclaimer that if flowers are not available they can substitute. I 100% understand this but they did not substitute different flowers into the design I chose They just did a regular bouquet. I don't believe they ever had any intention of delivering what I ordered.

The Worst flower shopping ever.
We ordered an arrangement and what was delivered looked nothing like what we ordered.
The arrangement looks terrible and flowers look like dying. The arrangement we ordered showed like 13 beautiful roses and the one we received had one rose. It was supposed to be a nice purple flower with a beautiful bow and we received a pinkest flower with the ugliest and cheapest bow. The arrangement was for a funeral and we felt so embarrassed for what my friend received. It looked so cheap and horrible and they were not able to refund the money. Their excuse was " we have found that our florist did not fill this to the full value of your order".

Never ever again.
To top it off the same day charge was one price then another charge was added as well.

The pictures look beautiful but that is not what you will get. And don't assume that you will get actual flowers if the florist for some odd reason runs out of flowers. We ordered beautiful baskets with a mix of gorgeous flowers and plants and all we got were big green plants that looked NOTHING like the pictures and didn't have a single flower. We tried to work with customer service but they offered us a discount and refused to make it right by delivering what we actually ordered. I don't even think they originally planned to fulfill the order because the delivery person supposedly marked it delivered "by mistake" when it wasn't and then lied about it. Don't waste you money or aggravation on this terrible company.

This site is an absolute joke. I paid extra for the "deluxe" version of a sunflower arrangement for my girlfriend's birthday and what she received was wilted, in a totally different vase and arrangement than what was showed online. I reached out to customer service because I assumed they would see my picture and immediately refund me. Nope - they said they looked at the picture and it looked great and not wilted. Offered me a $7 refund when my order was over $100. Also, they used a DoorDash driver to deliver it. Use ANYONE else.

Horrible Experience!

Horrible experience, the flowers we received were the worst possible quality with many of the flowers wilted -- the arrangement was also much smaller than advertised. The company does not stand by their satisfaction guaranteed commitment and dealing with their call centre is extremely painful. Very disappointing, stay away at all cost!

Ordered a beautiful fall bouquet and received horrible looking flowers which was their "substitution" Stay away from these people, they are very dishonest! The arrangement that was sent was sub par and nothing like what I ordered. When I complained I was told I agreed to substitutions as in their online info. Substitution yes, bait and switch NO!

Worst experience ever! Save your money and go with anyone but these people. They hide behind their wording and aren't held accountable to anything. Absolutely nothing is guaranteed, don't bother paying the extra $5.95 for express before 12pm delivery, it means nothing. Dealing with customer service, was absolutely horrendous, when you catch them in multiple lies they get defensive, will come at you, raise their voices. Unprofessional, rude, unreliable, dishonest. Save your money

I ordered "Paradise Found" in the larger size for $100.00. It was for my son's birthday. He sent me a picture right away and I saw there were no Birds of Paradise as shown in the example of what I ordered. I was very upset. They used Gladiolus for the Birds of Paradise. It's like paying for roses and getting carnations! A good flower shop would have called me. No. They greedily accepted the order. Then they offered a measly 10% refund and reminded me that they had the right to substitute! I would never use them again. It was unfair and dishonest to call an arrangement "Paradise Found" and not use the Bird of Paradise as shown in their example arrangement..

I have been ordering flowers every year for the last 3 years. I havent had a problem until today. Its my grandmother birthday i havent seen her in 4years i ordered the WAVES of Blue Premium $100 value. I ended spending $147 because i paid for rhe product to arrive before 12. I called at 1:15pm and was told they will not arrive before 12... Well cleaely but they will be there before 3pm. About 10min later i received an email stating they were delivered at 10:15am, representative that assisted me clarified they were delivered. When the flowers arrived my grandmother received green plants/vines (not a bouquet of flowers). Once again i called and was told they were investigating it and will reach back out to me. About 3:30pm i received an email stating the flowers wer healthy and there is nothing they can do for me. I am extremely disappointed, disturbed, as well as unhappy with the wrong information that i had been receiving as well as the horrible flowers ny grandmother received! These are the flowers my grandmother received!

I called FlowerShopping.com yesterday (Tues 9/15) to order 2 dozen long-stem red roses and a box of chocolates for my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary and explained that my wife is only working in the office until 12:30 and so I need the flowers delivered before 12:30 today (Wed 9/16 our anniversary) - I was assured by the person I was speaking to that if I paid an extra RAPID DELIVERY fee that it would be no problem. Spent $201 total. Today I called my wife's office at 12:30 just when she was leaving and unfortunately the flowers had never arrived. I called FlowerShopping customer service and the agent that took the phone kept behaving like a robot telling me three times that their website says that the delivery time is not guaranteed. I never used a website and was never told that. She called the florist and it turns out they got behind because there was a funeral and then there was traffic but no one had the courtesy to call me and let me know - I had to make the calls in the middle of a very busy clinic and I am beyond disheartened and disappointed. Such unprofessionalism and dishonesty. I have requested a complete refund and will cancel the transaction with my bank.

I placed an order early this morning and got a call at 3:40pm that they couldn't fulfill the order! My sister just had surgery and she was waiting all day because I told her there was a surprise coming. The lady who called was very rude and wanted to charge me more money for something else to be delivered tomorrow. She kept saying that they could substitute something similar tomorrow but it will be more but they can knock 10 dollars off the extra charge for the inconvenience, as if that makes up for my sister waiting all day, AND I would still be paying more. I told the lady to substitute something else of equal value to be delivered tomorrow and I asked for a discount on it for the inconvenience to my sister. She said no discount but they would sub something else. So I was just getting something I didn't order now, on the day I didn't ask for it to be delivered with no discount. Then I got an email an hour later saying that they still need $15 more dollars to go ahead with the order tomorrow. No, I cancelled at that point. I am in awe of how this company handles business. I already called my bank and will be making a claim if my money is not returned in the timeframe they quoted.

3 times ive tried to used this company because if how convenient they are. Huge mistake all 3 times they have not delivered on the correct day and they always have an excuse. Now my poor mother doesnt get flowers on her birthday because they are incapable of delivering when they promise. This company is a joke dont waste money. They also do not give refunds if they don't deliver the flowers.
