I had placed an order for a deluxe arrangement that was mostly white, green and pink. The arrangement arrived on the right day, but hours after I received confirmation of delivery. I had thought that this had to do with delivery to the wrong address, but this company assured me that after checking with the florist no delivery error was made. When the flowers were finally delivered to my mother in law they were in a terrible condition. They looked nothing like the picture (much smaller, not the same colour scheme), they arrived in an ugly box that was soaked, the cellophane around the bouquet was ripped and the note card was STAPLED to the flowers. After going back and forth with their customer service which by the way operates on Pacific Standard Time only all I was offered was a small discount. I had sent them pictures of this bad arrangement and disgusting way that the flowers had been delivered in and still that was all that was offered. They keep defending their terrible suppliers who fail to wear masks when delivering flowers instead of holding them to a higher standard. I spent over $100 on the arrangement that I ordered, it was a birthday gift for my mother in law that we could not visit because of Covid and the entire experience was ruined by this company and their supplier. Never again!
This company grossly misrepresents the flowers they offer. And could care less to make it right. Not only does the product not meet the standards of what was pictures, I paid for an upgraded "deluxe" version. Buyer beware, shop local and avoid this scam, plastic vase worth $5 and flowers you could buy for $15 at your local supermarket.
I have never been so disappointed with a company. I ordered flowers for my mother who had just lost her father. I ordered them on a Monday morning at 9am. I was told they would be delivered that day. At 530 I received an email of delivery but no flowers had arrived. Called the next day and was told they would get right on it and contact flower shop to get delivery out that day. Still no flowers. I called Wednesday and now I want a refund. I was told that I would have to pay a spoilage fee. I could not believe what I was hearing. A spoilage fee for what. Nothing was ever delivered and if they had been made on Monday they were already 2 days old. I refused and said I wanted the flowers delivered by noon. They assured me the flowers were on the delivery truck. This is 930 am. End of day noooo flowers. Thurs called again and insisted on my money back and let them know that I filled a fraud claim with my bank. Got money back next day. Unbelievable never again. Buyer beware. No sympathy for suffering sad people.
I ordered a Sympathy arrangement online, I chose "White Garden' based on the 'As Shown' size being 13W x 15H and I ordered up to the 'Premium' size which should have been 'larger & fuller' because I wanted to send something nice. I paid $97.61.
They delivered a very small arrangement (5W x 8H) in a white cereal bowl. See attached picture. It was so embarrassing! I requested a refund and all they have offered to do is give me a credit for the difference of the "As Shown' and the 'Premium' which is about $10.00.
What they delivered did not even equal the 'As Shown'. I would rather have sent nothing that to be so embarrassed by what they sent. I am going to contact AM/EX and dispute the charges.
They not only didn't deliver on the day I request with no email warning, I called their customer service and the automated machine just told me I'd get an email when it's delivered. That doesn't help me. They did say what shipping carrier they were going through, and when I tried to get to a representative they simply said none were available and to call back or email the website. Zero help, and zero information on my delivery. Will not be using again.
DESERVES NO STARS! Not sure about the other reviews but This place is ridiculous. 100% trash! They are unbelievably rude and unapologetic. I paid 60 bucks on a Monday for same day delivery. Flowers were not delivered. They said they will Tuesday. On Tuesday flowers were STILL not delivered. No email Monday or Tuesday letting us know anything. They said they will possibly deliver Wednesday. Rep wouldn't give name. I couldn't speak with management and call was not escalated. The compensation offered was insulting. This place is terrible. The flowers were a gift and never made it. Dont waste your money or time.
Planned ahead for a Christmas eve delivery 14 days in advance, they couldn't find the address as they got the city wrong, said they would deliver 4 days later, didn't happen, when they did arrive 5 days later they were wilting and dying. Besides the inconveniences I had a CSR raising her voice and talking over me.
Send flowers to my sister to brighten her birthday however the flowers were delivered 5.19pm way too late to have a greater experience, the quality of the flowers seem okay.
We are so disappointed that the order was the opposite of what we asked and when we called and emailed flower shopping, we had no contact from the company and no attempt to make things right. I sent 120.00 for a table arrangement that did not meet my request. Ferne
I complained of getting many fewer flowers than what was pictured for even the standard level when I paid more to upgrade to a higher level. I was told that florist substitution policies were followed and since the flowers were not wilted or dying, there is nothing FlowerShopping.com can do. I am disappointed in my order and by what the recipient likely now thinks of me based on the skimpy arrangement delivered as a thank you.
Ordered flowers online. They called me the morning the flowers were to be delivered to inform me that not only would the flowers be 5 days late, but to demand more money.
I ordered a gift to be delivered during COVID to my sister. They did not deliver what I ordered and not only that, they cancelled the order late in the day giving me no way to send anything additional. Why take an address and say you will deliver only to cancel the day of delivery. I will never use them again. This is not normally like me, but when you have to rely on outside delivery and companies to help wish a birthday, I expect you to do what you stated when I hit PAY.
I ordered the deluxe Christmas edition centerpiece for my brother and his family as I do every year, as I can't be there with them. I ordered with sufficient time for the order to be processed and delivered well before Christmas for their Christmas dining table. I received no notice of, when I contacted them their ‘excuse' was ‘it was never transmitted to the florist'. This was a first. I am still so very sad that a lovely tradition died for me.
Not a local business - conglomerate out of California sending orders to local businesses. Who knows how much they are paying them and their staff - probably nothing. Had the most unpleasant experience. Truly a scam and a fraud. Tried to cancel my order was told I might not get my refund because of how they work with the local vendors. DO NOT BUY From these people. Also they make you wait around for flower despite clear instructions to leave it outside. Their entire supply chain is disconnected.
Ordered an arrangement for my sister for Christmas. Arrangement arrived and looked awful. Call customer service and the said it was satisfactory. First picture is what arrived, second is what should have arrive. Difference of night and day.

Bought the perfectly pastel arrangement (63.00) instead I got the flowers in the pic. When I complained they offered me a 25% discount only. I could have purchased those carnations for 10.00.
Nowhere on FlowerShopping.com website does it say prices are quoted in US dollars. When reviewing my American Express bill later, I noticed the full charge was an extra $122 Canadian! This was a shock. Especially during a Christmas of a pandemic year. I am requesting a follow up to this email, and a refund of at least part of the four US$97.91 pointsetta orders I made from them resulting in an extra $122.68 Canadian (could have bought a fifth pointsetta had I known it was in US$!). Ordered on a Monday for "timely " delivery to daughter on Mon-Tue for free delivery. By Tuesday, did not happen; called rep on Wed. - said local florist would need to check. Called again Thu and talked with defensive rep. I'm writing this on Sat, still with no word about delivery or plan. Would never use them again.
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.
