My order was late so I called to inquire. I was hung up on! Emailed requesting a supervisor call back, which I never received. The delivery finally showed up the next day, incomplete missing the stuffed animal and still no callback. I will never use this company again! I want a refund for the missing items I paid for!
I just wanted to state I'm very disappointed with the delivery I got today. The price on your site was at $55 and I ended up paying $105 after fees and shipping. That was annoying but not the end of the world. The image I select and what my wife got were so different it really is false advertising. Most of the bouquet was leaves and no where near as full as the image. It's about a third of the size not even. The image shown on your site said it was the "normal" bouquet and I paid for the deluxe so I was expecting it to be even better. I'll be pasting this review on to the web but I wanted to give you a chance to see beforehand.
I placed a same day delivery order for a deluxe new baby arrangement. I paid over $113 only to get a call from customer service asking for a home address because the patient was discharged. I called the hospital and the patient to confirm they were still in the hospital. Calls to customer service advised no one to take my call. The flowers will be delivered a day old. Slow response to my emails- I'm looking forward to this company redeeming themselves!
These people are a scam, I ordered flowers and a small teddy bear for my girlfriend to be delivered on her birthday to her work, paid an extra 5.95 to get them there before noon and they never got delivered. Customer service was useless, couldn't speak to a human on the phone, sent an email and they lied over and over again and refused to give my money back, just 5 dollars off my next order, needless to say that's never gonna happen and I beg all of you to not waste your money and order from these scammers, you'll be in the same boat as me... pissed off and out a lot of money.
I ordered a plant for a house warming gift - it arrived totally different to what I had ordered.

Honestly should have read reviews before ordering. I paid $100 for some bull crap! I ordered my mom what was supposed to be a big beautiful purple rose bouquet with 5 balloons for her 60th birthday because my kids wanted their Grammy to receive something special by mail. My mom got her flowers and FaceTimed me I was so furious I cried. The flowers look like a grocery store bouquet and the vase had to be a $1 store vase clear glass. The vase I ordered was a purple cube vase. The flowers consisted of cheap mums. The flowers I ordered were majority roses from the image. The description said sensational purple bouquet but nothing about the bouquet was sensational! I also ordered 5 balloons... it came with one half deflated balloon. I mean it literally look like a 5 year old put this bouquet together! I don't think I've ever been so dissatisfied before. I don't recommend this company for anything! Ever! They are refunding me 20% of my order which is nothing! I'm livid. Listen to me when I say this if you scroll threw these reviews and see just a couple good ones, they got lucky there are more negative then positive reviews. Do not order unless you want to be disappointed! If I could have left 0 stars I *******% would have. Horrible service all around!
Do Not Order from this place. My husband spent over $100 dollars just for 3 roses and a couple of carnations and they were a day late.
It is extremely disappointing that their representative called me last week and said that I need to pay extra from what was listed on the website because the local florist was asking for more money. Despite having to pay extra, I specifically asked the representative if my order would be substituted or am I receiving what is displayed on the website to which he told me no other changes were being made to my order. What I received today is definitely not worth the extra money I paid in fact it's not even worth the original price. Just look at the pictures! Whoever you guys went through did a horrible job. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing business.

False advertising. We paid over $100 for my mother to recieve Valentine's flowers. What we recieved was nothing like the photo. Almost no roses used, basic vase, height was short. I get substitutions but this is so disappointing. I could get better flowers at a local grocery store. DO NOT buy from them. Where are the roses I paid for?
I bought flowers from them because they said they would be delivered same day. I purchased them and then heard absolutely nothing from them. I sent an email to "customer service" and was rudely told to refer to my confirmation email, which they never sent. I was also informed they won't be delivered until the next day. Glad I paid with Amazon for the protection. Not impressed and won't order from them again. They ruined what should should have been a meaningful gift for someone who lost a loved one.
There are no words to explain the guy who picked up the phone. I am in customer service myself, and NEVER have I ever spoken to someone like this for a job I get paid to do. He was talking over me the entire time, raising his voice at me, and then finally hung up. I literally had to ask him if I was going to be able to get a single word in and he gave me the floor for all of 2 seconds before he cut me off again and then hung up the phone, when I spent 15 minutes on hold. I'm appalled that this person has a job. Seriously. On the Canadian side of things the complaints are the same as mine. I will never order from this place ever again, which is a huge shame, because the arrangement was perfect. Your customer service rep needs to be retrained, monitored, or fired.
I googled a local florist and this company falsely directed me to their site titled "Adrian #1 Florist - Family Owned". This is not a local florist. I ordered before I realized it wasn't the local company searched for. I ordered Fireworks birthday - a colorful arrangement in a blue vase with a blue fireworks balloon. They sent something that was mostly filler greens, half the blooms as to what was pictured, and sent in a clear vase, with a pink butterfly balloon. It looked like the just grabbed a few grocery store flowers and shoved them in a vase! When I registered complaint, they did nothing to accommodate my dissatisfaction, citing only that the arrangement was consistent with their substitution policy. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Worst flower company ever! Sent an arrangement to a friend - asked for it to be delivered in the morning and it arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon and the worst arrangement I have ever seen. I could have gone to Safeway and gotten a better one. The flowers where old and broken, I paid over $100.00 and there were on 6 roses and a few day lilies - send pictures complaining and they felt that I got my monies worth. It didn't even look like the picture. HORRIBLE - they gave me a credit of 20% when I asked for a full refund. Horrible company and very deceiving.
I am so disappointed with the flowers I received. I ordered Teleflora's Blossoming Romance "as shown" which FlowerShopping defined to mean that the "flowers will be arranged approximately as shown on our website". The photo I ordered contained 6 lilies and 7 roses but I received 3 lilies and 3 roses and my bouquet seemed to be missing purple flowers as well. The flower shop who delivered the order said this company had specified my order needed 3 lilies and 3 roses. The deceptive marketing techniques used on their website are very distasteful. I would recommend that anyone thinking about ordering from this site should instead contact a local florist or else they should expect to receive something unlike what they intended to order. I have attached photos of what I intended to order from FlowerShopping.com, their policy on "as shown", and what I received for reference.
Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for her brithday from provinces away. 2 minutes prior to the order money was withdrawn from my account. Was told 20 minutes later I needed to contact their customer service. Was on hold for 10 minutes and they said my order had been red flagged. Terrible rude customer service agent Douglas placed me on hold for another 10 minutes and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do and had to cancel the order. Didnt know ordered flowers would be such a hassle and too complicated like rocket science.
Will never deal with this fake scammy company again.
BEWARE - THIS IS A SCAM - We ordered a purple orchid for a friend and got yellow roses instead. After reading the reviews on Better Business Bureau - you will see we were not alone if being totally scammed by these people - who are not florists - but a website that uses others to do the job - or - rather any job they want to do - because their substitution policy allows them to change whatever they want with no accountability. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED.
This florist advertises as local but actually subcontracts to local florists. I ordered birthday flowers for a family member with same day delivery. Delivery did not happen during business hours, I advised I did not want delayed delivery. At 10:00PM we received a delivery confirmation and the flowers had not been delivered. Shortly after that a florist by a different name called the recipients house to arrange a next day delivery. I was provided that name and number by the recipient. I contacted that florist to advise them not to call the recipient and not to deliver the next day. This resulted in an onslaught of text messages from this 3rd party florist and then they left the flowers outside the recipient door at 12:30AM, where they froze overnight. Turned a gift to a disaster. I communicated all this to Flowershopping.con and they refused to credit the purchase. I ordered the precious in purple bouquet for my best friends birthday because that is her favorite color. The only thing that was purple was the vase. When I questioned them about it and sent them a picture they said that they didn't have purple flowers so they replaced them with pink. What's the point of having a purple bouquet if they only put the color of flower in that they want? I asked for a partial refund and they refused. I'll never order from the again! Very disappointed!

Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.
