Grant it I got busy and missed their call ( bogus) the next day the flowers were delivered but was not what I spent my money on. I am so disgusted I feel bad for all those folks that will make the same mistake as the many reviews here and add yet another bad review. This place needs to put out of business. They deserve -5 stars as far as I'm concerned.

I ordered the Cotton Candy- premium and what I received was not remotely close to what I got. Then when I sent them photos they offered me $5 off all future orders, like I would ever order from them again.

I would not recommend using this site charged my card got confirmation order has been placed with estimated delivery date. Delivery was never made called several times no representatives were available to take call per recording, sent several emails no response back. Very unsatisfactory and very dissatisfied and really sad our mother did not get her mothers day flowers! I do not recommend them and will never go to this site again they can just go away for all I care. I hope this will help others out there to beware horriable experience

Sent my mom a 3 pink flower arrangement. She received 5 yellow roses. I paid over 80$. They wouldn't refund or even discount it. I sent the order 3 days prior to delivery. Plenty of time to contact me and ask if I wanted to proceed with the order. Won't happen ever again.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week prior to the event. The flowers were never delivered. I never even got a notification. I had to email the company on Mother's Day in order to receive an email that said that they were unable to fulfill my order.

Both orders were ordered in yellow, only one was subbed with proper color. No replacement for the bee

I was supposed to receive flowers at 4:30 PM. I received an email confirming that they were delivered. The flowers did not come until 9:30 PM that night.
When I received the flowers they had looked nothing like what the photograph had advertised on the website. The flowers were torn, ripped, and some were even dead. I understand that Flowers can be replaced for what is available at that given shop, however the flowers are supposed and advertised to be of equal or more value. The bouquet looked nothing like the photograph or reflected the money that was spent on the bouquet of flowers. The extras that were added to the arrangement were not included either. The size, flowers, and vase we're not reflective of the photograph or the money spent on the arrangement.

Once I had called customer service a woman answered and I proceeded to tell her what had happened. She was very short and abrupt with me speaking to me in a harsh tone repeating herself as if I had no idea what she was saying. As a customer and recipient I do not know the process of putting in a complaint. She simply was rude and abrasive towards me. Her comments shocked me and actually brought me to tears. Once I worked up the nerve to call back the same woman answered the phone, put me on hold, and never picked the phone back up again. I am not one to write reviews or complain. However I am very upset with how this customer service representative treated me.
Overall review, dissatisfied and disappointed. Not worth the money spent.

Worst place to get flowers. Cant get a hold of anyone. Will not deliver on promises. Ordered flowers for a special event paid extra for same day deliver and they came 5 days later.

It's a complete scam. Fake company. Rude receptionists, they scoffed at my concerns about being in Canada and wondering why they were located in the states. Rudest people I've ever talked to. The one woman I spoke to sounded like she was outside with friends. It's a scam. I asked her why they couldn't tell me about their negative reviews and she demanded to know my reason of calling. If you are a successful company... you want to reassure your customers no?

I ordered flowers in the gift arrangement. It was supposed to be a nice decorative tea cup filled with flowers. They substituted the cup with a cheap 1 dollar glass vase without notifying me. Stay away from that company

I ordered flowers for same day it was supposed to be special then i get a call saying not today. Then there is no customer service available on Saturday. Very disappointing will not do this again.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality and size of flowers. The delivered flowers are So much different from the image shown in the advertisement. NOT recommend to buy.

Pathetic customer service! Literally took my money, confirmed my order, then called the day is should have been delivered to say that they couldn't find a florest to complete my request. Note, this is after they took the money out of my account. It took me 6 calls to get a hold of someone as well. Do not waste your time with this scam of a company.

Complete rip off. Absolutely zero customer service. Delivered rotten fruit and told me I got exactly what I ordered.

Dont waste your time or money because you wont get what you paid for, you get what they think is close to what you would like without verify, plus you'll never get everything you bought...

This company advertises an African Violets Basket. They had the nerve to ship kalanchoe, azalea and assorted green plants to value, as substitutions. How many African Violets in the African Violets Basket? NONE. ZERO. Like ordering a scarf & instead having a pair of mittens of equal or greater value delivered.

Flower shopping is so overpriced for what you get. And it is in USD when I ordered from Canada it never once said it was in US dollars so I placed the order thinking it was $50 but ended up being over $70... complete rip off. Also the flowers are WAY smaller than shown in the pictures. NEVER order from this site.
