#1 - 7/16/2021, Made the original order, to be delivered to another address. #2, - 7/23/21 - received email confirmation that order was delivered. #3, - 7/23/21 - Contacted Person at address to verify order received. No Such Delivery. #4, - 7/23/21 contacted Flowershopping. Com to find out delivery was not made (as confirmed) #5 - 7/26/21 Contacted Store again (they were closed for the weekend) To Reorder Flowers to be delivered to my address (so I know they arrived) #6 - 7/27/21 received email that they can't fulfill the order, and wanting to know how I wish to proceed. This was a funeral arrangement that now I have to go and purchase on my own, because I now have to make it happen for tomorrows funeral. TYVM for your unprofessionalism. They may have good reviews from others... Mine was a disaster

I have a dispute filed with credit card company. They billed me and NEVER delivered flowers even AFTER they told me delivery was not made on day requested but would go out the next day (TOO LATE for event)
The only time you can get a human to talk to is when placing order. Beyond that, there is NO customer service and you cannot even get delivery confirmation assuming they even delivered it. It is a foreign owned company.
I am extremely disgusted with what happened.
When I had placed the order the lady helping me had told me that my order would go out with no problems by 6pm. I paid extra for the shipping to make it happen.
Hours later I get a call saying it would be reschedule for the following today. When I had called to ask about why this was happening a very rude young lady told me the original lady helping me had no authority to do so in a very rude tone. She has no empathy for our situation and as to why the flowers needed to go out today. FYI when I placed the order of there was a maybe I would have passed ordering with your company, I would had made sure that whatever company I ordered from would have been able to confirm they could do so. Not only was the representative rude she then hung up on me when I had asked for a supervisor. I have no idea if she refunded my card or not.
Lastly, these flowers were for a person who had lost their son. Hence the importance on sane day delivery. I will never use a company who hires people that are this disgustingly rude, and have no empathy for what people are going through. I hope you understand that how horrible of a experience this was. Needless to say she never got any flowers today. I was told too far after the order was placed so her day could not be made.
Bought a nice bouquet and paid for early delivery. Flowers hadn't arrived and I was told they'd refund my early fee and they'd arrive later and before taking any other action they'd call or email. Long story short they cancelled the order, never notified me and I had to scramble for grocery store flowers. Highly disappointed. Avoid.
This company is horrible! My first time I ordered flowers from this company was for a funeral and they said we received them and we never did! For a funeral! Do you understand how embarrassed and devasted we were when our flowers did not show up for our loved one who passed? Called them a million times to be hung up on and never received our money back. Literally talked us in circles.
Tried a second time to give them another chance for my best friends birthday and the same thing happened.
I must have been calling them for over 3 hours now and no one is available. If I try to put in a new order they pick up though, weird how that works.
Don't believe them when they say same day delivery, it's a load of crap! Worst customer service. No one answers.

If you want your order to be delivered don't use this company. I ordered flowers on Tuesday they said they would absolutely deliver them. Never happened! Next day after an apology email and promises no delivery again. Then the third day no delivery again. I cancelled asked for refund now they said it will be few days. My daughter never got her flowers to our disappointment!
On June 24, I ordered an arrangement picked from there large catalogue of floral arrangements
Shorter, mainly purple and shirt square vase.
I had a huge selection but wanted purple and this arrangement.
The arrangement received was nothing like the picture! Complete opposite in fact.
In the fine print it says if the florist doesn't have the exact supplies the witll alternate with similar higher value items.
That's great but should still be similar shape snd colour etc!
Why don't they just put on their sure, order flowers, we pick the colours, arrangement, vase, shape etc

I will not waste my money again. The quality of flowers were ok, but nothing that I wanted. Colours thst I don't like etc
I did send an email to company and they said the florists did a similar arrangement of what they had on hand lol
Buyer beware
I ordered the DELUXE sunflower arrangement because they are my mother's favourite flowers and no sunflowers were included! It was mostly daisies.
How they classified it as deluxe, I don't know because the actual arrangement looked smaller than the photos on the website!
In addition, nowhere on the website does it state the prices are in U.S. funds so the total was much higher with the exchange rate!
Needless to say, I won't be ordering any more flowers from this website.
Failed delivery of special items for parents' 64th anniversary - and alleged delivery and proof. Not received. Not delivered. Not happy. Go elsewhere to get your special occasion deliveries done professionally.
I will never purchase a product from this company again. They safeguard themselves on product availability saying they will substitute if necessary with equal or greater value. Then when the product is delivered with less value they throw the safeguard in your face and give you 20% off. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Buyer beware. They do not deliver as promised. They will substitute flowers other than what you ordered. I ordered flowers for a customer and they sent some garbage ugly looking mums vs roses. The initial Rep agreed they looked ugly. I was embarrassed to say the least. They offered me a 25% refund. Try telling that to my customer. As you can see I am totally disgusted with this company. I offered to settle my grievance for 30% which they declined. They have no business sense what so ever, The difference between 25nd 30 parent is a few dollars. They would rather have an irate customer vs satisfy amicably. Read their fine print which is buried in the website. They do not guarantee customer satisfaction. Do not do business with this low life company. Go to 1800 flowers- you will be happy you did and you will save yourself a lot of aggravation.
Do not ordered from these people. They do not send anywhere near what they should attached is what my sister received and what was ordered. Customer service is terrible and they would not send any flowers to my sister just those plants.
I chose a flower arrangement (Wave of blue deluxe) with hydrogenas and white Callas at cost of $85,46 excluding S&H.
The flower arrangement delivered had lilies instead of Callas.
The arrangment with lilies would cost at least 30-40% less than the cost of my selection.
Upon contacting the customer service, I was told that it is their right to substitute the flowers. As stated in my invoice "We will only substitute items of equal or higher value.". Which definetly was not the case and they did not return the over paide amount.
Worst experience with the call center in my life due to that I am very ill and I was trying to make my grandfather's 80th birthday a special day and they have ruined it by not delivering his flowers at all and discriminating me on the phone for speaking loud due to my illness!
Don't promise a delivery time that you can't ensure. Nothing aggravates me more than saying you're going to miss your deadline my order is already in progress and can't be changed. If you make a promise stick to it or you aren't worth anything we're retail is concerned and I will not use you again
It's dosen't matter at all what flower arrangement you initially choose from their website you'll NEVER receive it. In the end like myself, they'll just contact you last minute substituting out your precious order with the cheapest crap knowing full well that there's no time for you to find another replacement.
Also, eventhough they subcontract to local Canadian flourists you'll be happy to know you'll be charged in US FUNDS.

Today 5/20 was my baby girl's 30th, I ordered and paid in good faith for delivery to a well known location where she works in Greenville, SC. They emailed me at 2pm on date of delivery that the provider was unable to deliver and when I pressed they said they couldn't deliver until Sat. 5/22. Her aunt used Amazon and it was delivered within 24 hours. Do not do business with these people and check out their BBB rating!
Flowers were three days late and looked like I could have arranged it myself. So disappointed. Scam!
Beware of their "substitution policy". I ordered a very nice plant basket; however, they delivered a very cheap-looking basket, which did not resemble what I had ordered. Don't even bother with their useless "customer service". I would give this company zero stars, if possible.
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.

Answer: Not for me. What's worse is they didn't tell me they would fail to deliver when promised until it was too late and my special occasion was ruined. Use this place at your own risk.
