Untrustworthy!

If you order an upgraded version of a bouquet, ask the recipient to send you a picture. I paid double the price for the deluxe version but the standard one was sent. The company refused to rectify this by sending the bouquet i ordered and only offered a refund. The recipient received a very inadequate bouquet which was embarrassing and inconvenient. I would not trust the company to ever order from them again.

Unable to deliver

Don't even bother using this website.

Ordered my fiance a premium bouquet of flowers and paid the extra $5.95 for the guaranteed before 12:00pm delivery. Got a call around 3:00pm that they wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers.

With the conversion from American to Canadian charge and refund on my visa, I'm sure I will have lost money for a service not even rendered.

False Advertising!

The picture of what was advertised for a new baby arrangement was vastly different than what was delivered. The color scheme was not even the same. The arrangement that I ordered was described as having "Dazzling white spray roses, happy yellow miniature gerberas, light blue delphinium, white waxflower and light blue organza ribbon" -- what was delivered were large white roses, gigantic yellow gerberas, and blue irises. NOTHING like I ordered. I also upgraded to a deluxe order -- the arrangement that was delivered was smaller than the "as shown" arrangement on the site. Please don't use this site to order flowers!

Garbage customer service

The phone number they give you for customer service us useless. They guaranteed to have the birthday gift I ordered delivered by 3:00pm. I paid extra for same day delivery as well as rush delivery. I placed the order at 10:13am and they called me after 5:00pm to let me know they A. Didn't have what I ordered in stock. B. Couldn't deliver it today. WTF?!?! Why couldn't this have been figured out hours before? Then when I try to call to get a hold of someone, during business hours, nobody is available and you can't even leave a message. Absolute trash company.

Horrible service. I ordered well in advance to make sure I would get the flowers delivered for an important day. I heard nothing about delivery updates in the days leading up to it, then on the day I needed them they said my order had been cancelled because they can't deliver to the area (Vancouver, BC). Hopefully I'll get a refund but I'm infuriated that I wasn't informed of the cancellation until the day I needed them delivered. Horrible company don't order from this website.

Pretty Bouquet BUT…

***After everything I read I expected nothing come from my complaint. However this morning I received a very genuine apology. They agreed the substitution was not acceptable or the size of the chocolates. They offered to resend or refund my money. I cannot find fault in that level of customer service. This company uses local florists to fulfill the order and the mistake appears to have been local. People make mistakes, companies make mistakes. This one owned it and did everything they could to make it better. They did not blame the local florist. Kudos *** I ordered a bouquet with a mug so there would be something tangible after the flowers died. I understand flowers substitutions, but if your out of mugs, supply s vase or something similar. I ordered a balloon. I ordered a medium box of chocolates. Over 100 dollars for order. No mug, no balloon, 30 dollars for a 5 dollar box of chocolate. I understand mark up, but this is price gouging. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Worse service ever

Worse service ever!

I paid $89 dollars and for you guys to deliver the flowers I order in time and you didn't. The flowers were supposed to be there before 12:00 pm that is why I paid $6.00 dollars more but no, instead the flowers arrived at 5:00 pm then the worse of it all is that you guys didn't even deliver the correct flowers. You guys sent something that looks so cheap that I could have done myself. I also paid for a balloon but you guys couldn't even do that. Very unhappy and disappointed with your service.

I normally shop at 1800 Flowers but decided to use this company but the presentation looked nice an I thought I'd be happy with my purchase. Things could not have been more the opposite. I placed an order for the Pink Blush Bouquet, Teddy Bear, Mylar Ballon with Print and a Personal Message. The Flowers did not come in the vase as advertised. The flowers were falling off, the Ballon was blank, the personal message was written in handwriting that was hardly legible and if thats not bad enough, we did not receive the teddy bear at all. To make matters worst the delivery person, just dropped the package off at the front door without notifying anyone. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a flowershop and would never recommend using this business.

I will never use this company again. I am so disappointed in how this order was handled. The delivery went to the wrong address. Unfortunately, the person who lives at the other address did not do the right thing and call the company to let them know. It has taken 5 days ( and counting) of calling and writing this company to get this rectified and they still have not called or gotten back to me through e-mail. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not follow through when something goes wrong.
I will never purchase from them again.

No customer service!

Horrible customer service! No information on delivery at all! Kept on customer service line for hours waiting! Called to order a 'new' set of flowers and instantly had someone (no surprise). They transferred me to customer service and the message said no service is available at this time (12 noon EST on Thursday and not a holiday). Let's see how long refund will take... NEVER USE this service!

Bad service / fraud

Do not order from these swindlers. They are a rip off. I ordered a $60+ order of flowers with a nice vase and my recipient received a grocery store bouquet in a cheap vase. In trying to call them and ask for a refund or the order to be corrected I was placed on hold then told no one was able to answer the call. UNBELIEVABLE!

Order canceled the day of delivery after their site accepted full order. Their excuse is due to covid they can't deliver to that area. Then why is your website accepting my money when I'm placing an order for there? Why is it 24 hours later when I'm expecting the delivery that I get an email that it's been canceled. Why is NO ONE ANSWERING YOIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LONES during your own set customer service hours?

Why do I have to not only miss a flower delivery on a special occasion and have to wait to get my money and all the while I've to go try and find another service and pay more for same day delivery because of your negligence. Very very disappointed. Was a returning customer. WAS. Never again

Never received my $50 order and called multiple times to see what the issue was and no one answered. I also emailed and received a email sent automatically and not from a real person. Never received a text message or email saying my order was delivered. Absolutely garbage company.

I ordered $80 greenery and received a succulent as a substitute. I think the customer should get to decide if they want a substitute and then pictures should have to be sent of what the substitute item will be. The item I received is no where close to and $80 plant. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

BEWARE

It's just awful, they ruined the holiday. Yesterday was my wife's birthday, I waited all day for delivery from them to surprise her. As a result, at 8 pm I received an email stating that they would not deliver my order. I made an order 4 days before the holiday. This is the worst experience! They offered compensation in the form of a free bouquet and didn't even deliver it, I'm waiting for a refund! BEWARE!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers in a vase and it was to be sent to Alberta. After ordering I saw all the horrible reviews and I was so scared. But my friend got them and they were soooooooo beautiful. I will use this service again

I'm glad most people seem happy with FS. I wasn't. My sibs and I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers, some chocolate and a balloon to be sent to our cousin ON HER BIRTHDAY because she had been so good to our mother when she was in the hospital. For some reason FS thought they had to call me before they delivered - I wasn't home and they didn't leave their phone number with my son who'd answered the phone for a call back so THEY CANCELLED THE DELIVERY! I won't ever use them again. It's a once-in-a-lifetime thank you that's gone. Thanks a lot FS. And you didn't care one bit - since it was my fault "for not calling back" you basically shrugged your shoulders and didn't care.
