Do not Order the Christmas theme Pepperment Posies arrangement being promoted if the delivery area is Niagara Falls Ontario. And if you are in other areas, check to see if they are even selling the arrangement they advertised
I ordered the deluxe size Pepperment Posies and was so disappointed as that was not the arrangement delivered, they delivered an entirely different arrangement.
When I complained to the florist I was told I should have read the 'disclaimer' that states " flowers, plants or container" may be substituted. In my case, the whole arrangement was substituted, the one delivered is not the one I ordered. It was not a christmas theme arrangement. It was simply 'red and white flowers in a red vase'.

When I complained and demanded they either send a complementary arrangement of the item I ordered, or refund me the full amount I paid, all they would offer was a 20% refund of my purchase price.
Save yourself disappointment and heartache. Do not order this arrangement unless the florist guarantees this is what they are selling. And not the one in my photo.
Ordered flowers on Sunday for a Monday birthday. Received a call at 3:00 pm that delivery couldn't be made and they needed a confirmation to deliver the next day due to the occasion. I called, couldn't get an agent, it was suggested to me to email questions about orders. I emailed and received a quick response that the request was received and that one delivery was made and drivers returned to their site the following day a confirmation would be sent. Late the following day my received and after checking messages I see my order was cancelled at 11:30am. So, I won't use them again, I understand everyone is busy now, but I am disappointed with this company.
I ordered a bouquet of gerbera daisies to be sent to my daughter for her birthday. What she got was one gerbera daisy with a few other flowers that looked as if someone had stopped at a grocery store, bought a $10 bouquet and stuck it in a vase. I complained and they said they are allowed to substitute and offered me a 20% credit. Would anyone pay $65 plus delivery fee for this?
Promised Thursday delivery and on FRIDAY got a notice of CANCELLATION and this was for a funeral! Left me with no flowers sent, looking like a fool, and their only help was "you will get a refund in about 4 days". DO NOT trust them to deliver on time! Or for that matter, to deliver at all!
This company is HORRIBLE. They do NOT deliver when they say they will. My boyfriend ordered flowers on 11/30/2021 to be delivered today, 12/02/2021 for my birthday. He received an email that the order was delivered. And it was NEVER delivered. He called customer service and they were nothing but rude and not helpful at all. The representative he spoke with who introduced herself as "B" and would not give him her actual name or anything to identify her employment to report to a manager or supervisor. She told him that this company didn't have any managers or supervisors. Coke to find out the order was sent to Mobile, Alabama when the confirmation clearly said Birmingham, Alabama. Please save yourself the money and headache of dealing with this highly unprofessional, sad excuse of a " business ".
I ordered flowers for my grandmother for her birthday. When I called her to ask her about them, she said they were the ugliest arrangement she had ever seen. She said it looked like someone who had never arranged a flower a day in their life attempted to put them together with left over flowers from other bouquets. She didn't want to even take a picture of them because she didn't want me to see what I wasted my money on. I will NEVER order from here again. Her house keeper rearranged them and threw out some of the filler and she said it helped some.
So very disappointed. Ordered a deluxe arrangement. Was charged approx $120 with delivery. The arrangement was skimpy and half dead. They lasted 2 days before they were completely done. I reached out and received no help. I have included your reply.
What I did receive looked like something inferior to the bundles at Walmart for $12.
I spent over $100.00 for a premium order and got nothing even close to the picture online!
The online arrangements that was delivered doesn't look fresh! It looks very scanty and not and Some of the flowers were already looking limp on the day of delivery. This is unacceptable
Worst experience ever.
I ordered a basket for my mom birthday, put specific instructions to deliver before 1:30. No delivery was made and at 3pm when I called, the girl told me they were still trying to find a florist to make my order and they cannot deliver it until tomorrow. I told her how disappointed and angry I was because my mom did not get her surprise and her birthday is today and not tomorrow, this girl kept making excuses after excuses, then she hang up the phone on me. I called back and a man answered, we went through the whole conversation again and I told him to make sure my order is cancelled and my refund is issued and he said yes it's cancelled and hang up.
These people are very unprofessional because 1:30 pm passed which was in the instructions to deliver by and nobody called me to say anything and if I didn't call at 3pm I would not know. Then when u call customer service they keep hanging up the phone.
I paid $220 for a funeral spray and requested roses be included. The spray was made up of the cheapest flowers and no roses. When I complained, they offered me a $10 refund and a ‘take it or leave it' response. Suggest you don't order your flowers through FlowerShopping.com
Posting for my mom. She ordered flowers for my aunt, selecting the premium option for $59 and paying $16.99 in shipping. She thought it was a local place because it says "family owned" on the website and they have posted 5 star reviews (also on the website). The arrangement my aunt received had about 1/3 of pictured flowers, was much smaller and crappier than the arrangement pictures. Posted below are the advertised arrangement versus what my aunt received. Definitely not worth the price paid.
I had ordered flowers for an elderly friend of mine who had lost her beloved pet. I had ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The day after my order late in the afternoon, when I hadn't heard anything about my delivery, I had called Flower shopping to find out about my delivery status. It was right before 4pm and I was told the driver had until 7pm to deliver the flowers but I would receive an email when they were delivered. A little after 5pm, I received an email saying my flowers were delivered. I waited awhile and never received a call from the recipient, so I called her. She all over outside and no flowers.
I called Flower shopping and they started to tell me there were issues with my delivery. My question was then why did I receive an email stating they were delivered when they weren't? I have no explanation. So, over a week ago I received an email stating that my order was cancelled, and a refund would be issued and the customer service rep I spoke to (Ricardo) told me I would receive an email when my order refund was initiated. After a week and no email, I called back and spoke to BeBe. She told me it could take a few weeks because of my banking institution, which I can tell you my bank puts through transactions refunds etc as soon as they receive them. I asked BeBe if a refund has been initiated, she said I can email customer service…. Well isn't that who you are? I asked to speak to her supervisor, and I was told because of covid there is not a supervisor there. Ok, how about an email or a phone number, no I need to email customer service. Bottom line, I'm still waiting on my refund. If I was smart and would have read all the negative reviews on the internet (see google, complaints board and trustpilot), I would have never ordered from a company who has such a bad reputation. Now I'm battling trying to get my $58.00 back. Seriously, this company needs to be shut down. Don't waste your time or money; it's not worth it. Beware of the reviews on their web site too. Funny how they show good reviews but everywhere else, not so much.
I upgraded my flowers for my wife and the picture shown which is said to be the cheapest option looks twice as good as what i recieved. I added a bear which was the biggest one for 35 bucks looks like someone won it in a claw machine. 130 bucks for something i could of paid 10 bucks for and a 5 dollar stuff animal with inflation prices. This place is a joke. I have never paid more than 70 from pro flowers and have never got something that looks this cheap. Not even roses and i spent 130 for 18 carnations i got robbed.
My order was delivered to my recipient completely different than what I ordered. It worse than the grocery store flowers. When I contacted them via email, they sent me a very rude email telling me that it's the substitute policy and that what I agreed. So they are not doing anything about it. They said the substitute policy mentions if they don't have supplies like in the picture of the order, they would substitute the equal or higher arrangement. Told them that their substitution is nowhere close to the equal or higher. I order the Deluxe Beautiful in Blue and they send me this.
Do not order anything from them. They steal your money. Customer service is very bad.
After several emails back and forth. They decided giving me 10% off was a good resolution

They did not have the container shown in the picture. So the cactus were thrown in a basket and the stone and gravel left out
On a Friday morning, I put in a flower delivery paying for same day delivery and "rush" to be delivered before 4pm. I get a message after 5pm that day saying they had failed to deliver the flowers. So, I set up for it to be delivered tomorrow morning. Saturday at 12:30pm I get a confirmation email that my flowers had been delivered. However after messaging the recipient, I realize they have not been delivered. I call customer service asking about it, and I get met with a sarcastic, "Sometimes they send a delivered email when it's still on the truck". Okay, they sent me that "delivered" email over an hour ago and it's still not delivered? For paying an extra same day and rush price, I would think I wouldn't have these issues.
I would leave a negative star review if I could. I bought a very expensive flower arrangement that was to have a yellow round happy face mug. Instead they sent a white mug with black ink on it that ran all over the place when it got wet. This is a flower arrangement with water mind you and a mug that is meant to hold liquids!
Recipient was very disappointed. I can send pictures to anyone interested.
I ordered flowers from them the first time. They had that they could have flowers delivered to my daughter small town for her 40th birthday. The order was placed on Friday for an additional fee was to be delivered Saturday.
They were not delivered and I thought ok they will be delivered Monday which is the day of my daughters birthday. Called to check on order Monday, they lost the order and the only solution offered was cancel order.

My grandchild was born and I sent the deluxe package of flowers
with 3 baloons. I got a small version of flowers which didn't look like the picture and 1 deflated baloon with a big hole in it. Don't ever order from the place.
I placed an order with this company which guaranteed delivery on my girlfriends birthday before 12pm, I even paid for rush delivery.
On the day of my girlfriends birthday not only did the order not show up, but no notice or phone call to explain. After staying they would reimburse me fully for their failure, they reimbursed an amount equal to $15 short of what I paid. Save your stress time and money, these people are crooks.
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.
