I ordered some sympathy flowers for my parents last night and they arrived this morning and looked beautiful. Site was super easy to use!
Ordered an arrangement for a loved ones loss. It came with maybe 4 flowers and some filler and leaves. It looked nothing like the picture. This cost me 85$ and looked like they spent 10$ on flowers. Talked to customer service and they would only give 10% back. This place is horrible and would not recommend
I ordered flowers and had them sent. They where never delivered. I called 4 time and each time I got the runaround. Customer service is a joke. The whole establishment is a joke. Don't even waste your time with company. If I could give them zero out of 5 I would. Just horrible.
NOT ONLY DID THE PICTURE NOT EVEN CLOSELY MATCH WHAT WE PAID FOR WE UPGRADED TO THE DELUXE. WHICH CONSISTED OF TWO ROSES, TO CARNATIONS AND ONE LILLY… WE DIDN'T GET WHAT WE PAID FOR AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL THIS COMPANY BACK. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
More than 24 hours ago, I placed an order for flowers for my sister, who is ill. First of all, it said "Free delivery today" which was a lie. The delivery fee was more than a third of the total order.
Then I have just gotten an email cancelling the order because they are not delivering to that zip code because of COVID. OK -- WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER.
Their apology and their refund (and they better do the refund or they'll be hearing from my lawyer) are meaningless. Not only did they not fulfill the "contract" we had for them to deliver the arrangement, they waited until after business hours more than 24 hours after I placed the order to let me know. I feel certain that flower deliveries are being made to that zip code.
They claim to be "family run." Well, the Corleones were a family, too.
DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.
Sent a nice arrangement to my fiance's work which I do fairly regularly. They arrived to her place of business after she left for the day. That's not a problem because I ordered them the same day. She worked from home the following day. When she arrived to work the next day, the white roses were all dead. The flowers were taken care of properly by the other office staff members. My fiance discarded them and did not get a photo of the arrangement. This company refused to offer a refund or replacement (other than 10% which equates to a few dollars) since I did not provide a photo. Needless to say I certainly have no inclination to go out of my way to scam a florist. Will not do business in the future.
They advertise these beautiful floral arrangements but what your recipient actual receives is a poor arrangement that is nothing like what you picked out and paid top dollar for. Not even close... then they will only offer you a 10 to 15% discount as if that covers over the fraudulent transaction. I am furious that I even stumbled onto this website and We NEVER order from them again! They should be shut down because they take advantage of us, the consumer! You should be ashamed of yourself!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's 25th birthday on January 6,2022. They were to be delivered to her work. I was to receive a delivery confirmation, which I never did. Her birthday came & gone with no flowers, email or call from this company. I attempted to email, call, website customer request. No response. Finally, after many emails, I get a sorry, the order was canceled due to not having a driver in that are. It's a golf resort smack in the main part of Windsor. Horrible excuse. They did not call, email or text me notification of the cancelation. They had no issues taking my money on the 6th and informing me it would take days to receive the refund. This delivery was extremely important. If they would have notified me asap I could have made other arrangements. My daughter is alone in CO, all her family is spread out. She has had an extremely rough year, and this little gesture could have put a smile on her face. I would never recommend this company. The lack/NO customer service is the worst I have ever endured. Sorry, this late in the game is not sufficient enough!
Placed an order for over $60 worth of flowers for my daughters Birthday. Also paid extra for speed delivery. Got an email SEVERAL HOURS LATER saying no delivery was possible in that area due to Covid... Really? What?... If that were the case then WHY DID THE ORDER GO THRU? Now I have over $60 pulled from my bank and I am not sure if I will get it back. The WORST part is there was no time to find another florist to deliver SAME DAY for her B-Day. I did manage to find a TRUSTWORTHY florist on another site and placed an order with them. Sadly though the flowers had to be delivered AFTER her Birthday. SCAM-SCAMMERS-SCAM CITY- SCAM ARTISTS!
We ordered 2 nice sprays from this company for 2 different funerals. We got an email confirming both orders. But 1 and half hours after the first funeral, we got a message saying they were unable to find a local provider for the delivery, missed the funeral and asking if they could deliver something somewhere else instead. We cancelled the order and asked for a refund. We asked about the 2nd order but they didn't respond, so we called them. They said they'd need more money to fulfill the order. We declined and asked for a 2nd refund.

Horrible customer service, they lied to me and said my sisters flowers would be delivered on her 50th birthday and they never showed up. I called them and emailed them on the day for delivery. They promised me that they would be there. 9pm and still no flowers and they are closed. They couldn't tell me the florist that was delivering them or any other information other than they will be delivered. They charged me $17 for delivery and no delivery was made
I ordered the Times Square Flair-Deluxe arrangement for my niece's milestone birthday. Arrived looking nothing like photo shown online. There was supposed to be streamers, little silver balls and a silver vase with all white flowers. Finished product looked like a child shoved flowers in a vase with no adornments. To charge $120 for such an embarrassing gift is a huge rip off and very unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered flowers for a birthday in a timely manner. They took my money and few days before the flowers were to be delivered. I received an email on the day they were to be delivered they can't fulfill my order because they can't deliver in this area. They should have saidthat when I ordered the flowers instead of waiting to say that the day they were to be delivered. Unbelievable!

I ordered flowers to be delivered by 1pm today. Called me at 1130 to say they wouldn't make it in time but for sure by 5. Fine. Then at 230 call to cancel the order, no options. At that point too late to order from anyone else. Staff couldn't care less. Find local companies and support them. This is not who you want to use for your special moments.
After paying for one dozen red roses, the delivery was missed. After notifying them, delivery was delayed 2 more days! The flowers received, were, 5 red roses and 4 red carnations and some green leaves. They have a substitution policy, but this was way less than the value of a dozen red roses. STAY AWAY!
This past Saturday, I ordered a very expensive delivery and paid extra to have it delivered that day. This is an online flower delivery service and does not allow phone calls so everything is automated. I received an email telling me the flowers and candy were delivered, but the recipient never received them. She walked around her house several times that day and the next and nothing. I can't get anyone on the phone and all you can do is send in a complaint and wait. Time is of the essence here since she is leaving town. I paid for delivery 2 days ago so far and have heard nothing back.
I have attached a copy of my delivery confirmation and order number. As you can see, there is a phone number to call and check on orders. However, when you call it, they say there is no one to take your call and hang up on you. I can only assume I have been scammed.

I was embarrassed of the flower arrangement I spent so much money on with flowershopping.com. The flowers were wilted and the banner I paid extra for was missing altogether. The passing of a dear friend of 40 years received wilted flowers at his funeral where all the surrounding flowers were fresh and brilliant.
Please take caution when choosing this website.

Last week I lost a very dear family member. I am in Florida and the funeral was 1000 miles away in NY. Having never ordered flowers via the internet, I was a bit nervous about the entire procedure. They tout themselves as being Family owned. Maybe the Manson family but certainly nothing like any family I know. I tried multiple times to reach them I did not realize that this 'local' florist was actually in California. When I finally got a person on the phone I was told the flowers were on the truck. I never received the delivery confirmation I was promised. I called the funeral home to see if they had arrived. They were only identifiable by the card. They looked nothing like the photo I had based my order on. They were described as puney and had been placed on the floor. Pat deserved better than this. She was a bright star in this world. When I told them what happened they demanded that I send them a photo two times. How could I supply a photo if I was 1000 miles away. They chose to go on the word of the florist, who obviously just cranks these orders out, knowing full well the purchaser will never see them. They offered me 10 percent off my bill. That would be ten dollars for the humiliation I suffered. This situation would be much better served if they made a donation in Pat Meehan's name to any dog rescue or shelter. She deserved better than what she got from these people.
I ordered a costly arrangement from FLOWERSHOPPING.COM for the passing of a dear friend's mother, The Serenity Garden Deluxe, with a porcelain statue of Jesus in the center. What was made is a generic white bouquet in a plain glass vase. Worse yet, is in the midst of funeral arrangements, she was told to come pick it up herself because they don't deliver to her town. This is over 16 mile drive each way. Why would CLEMENT'S Flower Shop in Asheville NC accept this order for a product they knew they could NOT PROVIDE let alone WOULD NOT deliver (and still charge delivery fees)…especially within the heartbreaking mist of a family's loss? Spoke to John who stated he made exactly what was delivered and the lady was so happy to pick it up; he then laughed when I said I would dispute the charge and hung up. Poor business attitude, another floral scammer, in my book. Absolutely appalling.
The floral photos you see on the FlowerShopping.com website in California to help you place your order is not what always gets delivered. They send your order to a local florist say in New York/New Jersey where there is no quality control by the local florist. I wonder if the local florist is even looking at the deluxe Radient Reflections photo I ordered - no way! My family took a photo of the delivered floral arrangement and it didn't even come near what the arrangement should look like. In complaining to FlowerShopping.com, they cover their hides by stating "Covid-19 substitution & delivery policy" HA! What a farce. Just be aware - you pay good money ($72.71 to be exact) and expect to get what you pay for - and that's not always the case with this floral company.
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.

Answer: Not for me. What's worse is they didn't tell me they would fail to deliver when promised until it was too late and my special occasion was ruined. Use this place at your own risk.
