HORRIBLE DONT ORDER HERE

I thought i bought some flowers for 50$. Turns out its in US dollars so i paid much more. The flowers dont look like the picture at all and were not worth the almost 100$ that i paid. Look for other florists, this business needs to close

I believe this company to be fake. I paid for same day delivery and three days later, nothing. I have tried calling customer support and no answer. I have also sent an email and got an auto response. This company owes me 100 dollars.
I will report to the FTC tomorrow.

Misleading Currency

I do appreciate that the company managed to deliver what I ordered at the appropriate time and my purchased was well received by the recipient. However, I was not impressed by their misleading prices in USD. I was unaware that the prices were in USD. My perceived $86 CAD purchase turned out to be over $110 CAD. The website does not have currency or currency options listed, nor does it have an option to show local currency (I will make a note here that if there is something on their website regarding currency, it is not readily viewable or accessable or visible. Most reputable website have currency in the top corner or their website or their website has country flags, or currency indications). I did a web search for local "Canadian" florists that deliver and it appeared like their website/company was Canadian. The link to their website had ".../Canada/..." in the link, which would suggest that the organization was aware that I was a Canadian customer and I should be viewing prices in Canadian dollars. I find that their website is very misleading with regards to currency.

You don't get what you ordered

They sell a bouquet on their website that they can't actually offer. Instead, they send what they consider to be equal value based on their policy. Even if it looks nothing like what you wanted.
I paid for a DELUXE version of the yellow Lily Topiary arrangement for my sister's birthday, but turns out pink and white in a white plastic vase. It has no resemblance to what was ordered. The balloon is nice but it's extra.
The card was hand written with child like calligraphy. The word birthday is split on two lines. No effort there.
Paid $16 for delivery to have the flowers left on the porch in freezing temperatures. There is damage to the roses. I wrote on the special instructions to place them in the unlocked garage access on the porch.
After contacting the company via email, they DO NOT address the card problem or the delivery on the porch and only repeat their policy about them being equal value. I am unable to speak to a person on the phone about these details (only once in the beginning they said to write an email). The emails repeat and say the same thing about the policy and that I get 15% off the price of the flowers($10). I paid 94$ for something I would have NEVER purchased! Refer to the pictures and compare what I got and what I ordered and you'll see what I mean.
It's too bad, they seemed like a good company.

Delivery sucks!

My boyfriend ordered me flowers for valentines day last week to make sure I would get them on time. It is now the 15th and I have still not received my flowers. They have terrible customer service and when you try to call there is no one available to answer. We will not be using this company again.

Just Avoid

Order flowers for Valentine's Day(2. 14. 22). I had a bad feeling from the very start as the site gives no tracking information whatsoever. By the time it was 6:40 pm on Vday, I called their phone line with my confirmation number and the system simply says, "Your current order is in good standing and you'll only receive a message if changes are made". So that was obviously zero help. As I was taking out the trash, my phone buzzes and I see a email notification saying my flowers have been delivered at 6:58 pm - except I'm literally standing on my sidewalk taking out the 4th barrel. No delivery truck of any type had been down my street. It was clearly a false confirmation email. I checked my neighbors porches and nothing to be found. I'm not sure these flowers ever existed in the first place. I've spent 1 hour and 25 minutes on hold so far today without any type of response. At this point, I have zero hope of any type of refund. I would recommend to avoid, avoid, avoid.

The worst company ever!

I'm all my time buying online products, this company indeed is my worst experience ever! This place makes you pay for an item and don't deliver the product can you believe this? I recommend you run as fast as you can to another flower online service! They are so disappointing if you want your loved one to be happy RUN ‍ from this site not give it a chance at all it must be one experience that's what I thought the reviews on this company is correct! There horrible and then there's no one in customer service to assist you only in sales to take your money RUN! I repeat RUN!

This is not what I expected for a Premium order of flower for the Cupid's Creation by Teleflora, that I paid $188.96 for. As you can see by the pics that I have included of the delivery, it looks nothing like or is closely similar to the order that was replaced. It looks like it was thrown together with leftover flowers or bought at a gas station. I'm highly upset and disappointed with the end result that was delivered and I will not be using your service again for my flower needs. As, you can see by the pictures attached it only has 4 big red roses, 2 big pink roses, 2 stems of pink spray roses and 2 little stems of white spray roses and greenery that thrown in all over the place. And again I paid for the premium order for $188.96 and this is what I get. To me this is a disgrace and a poor representation of a Teleflora design. Also, I would like to say that I will be leaving a very negative review of this order on your website and will not be recommending your site to anyone for future orders.

They have misleading service about flower delivery schedule and communication with customers. I ordered some flowers for someone. It was delayed to the following day, but most of all they still did not deliver the following day yet sent me an email that it was delivered after talking to the recipient. After back and forth with the worst customer service and a lot of hassle, never got delivered. I asked for a refund and again after back and forth they made pay for delivery attempts and lied saying that recipient declined flowers ( which was not true). Avoid at all

Very disappointed

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law's birthday. She loves purple and there was many purple options on your site. I had a limit I wanted to stay with in. The arrangement I chose was a little bit over that but it was so pretty, so full and elegant and so purple. I know that some substitutions have to be made, I get that, but I am highly disappointed in what she ended up getting. I don't even know where to begin. For the money I spent I expected something resembling what I had ordered. The only similarity is there are SOME purple flowers in her arrangement. Her flowers look droopy and sad. Her vase isn't even purple. She was surprised and happy I sent her flowers so there is that. I will not be using them again.

Birthday Flowers

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. Picked out a nice arrangement on their web site called (Pretty Please). I also did read that they could substitute other flowers or vase of like price. I got the picture of the arrangement ( mostly greenery hardly any flowers.) The 19.99 box of chocolates that I ordered to go with the arrangement, was a cellophane bag. Very cheap looking. I call this false advertising. Very disappointed.

So unhappy

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a Premium $90.00 arrangement and the recipient received an arrangement with exactly nine (9) flowers. The picture on the right was what the lowest priced arrangement. It was to look like (they claimed the one received was a deluxe, keep in mind that the deluxe should be more flowers than the one pictured). They offered to to give me the difference between the Deluxe arrangement and the Premium, as you can see the one received was not near a deluxe nor would even come close to the one that was shown as the basic one. I asked to talk to or have a manager call me, Ricardo (who was great) said he could request it but assured me no one would be calling. Ricardo should go to work somewhere else, his skills are beyond this place.

It was November when I ordered 'Be Happy' bouquet for my girlfriend. She was moving into a new place and needed cheering up so I ordered her flowers that had smiley face vase. They ended up sending a 'Spring is on it's way' vase! Instead of being cute and thoughtful it was dumb and laughable. I reached out to customer service and they said they didn't have the smiley face vase in stock and it was their policy to find a 'suitable replacement'. This is complete $#*! and not suitable in the slightest bit. Nor did they inform me of the substitution or ask for my thoughts at all! They still have not issued me a refund but I told them I'd just be happy if they sent the correct vase I ordered. They haven't done $#*! and are not ignoring me, hence my push to writing reviews to garner their attention & rectify as well as inform others of this really poorly run company that doesn't care about their customers.

Do NOT use FlowerShopping.Com --- Ever!

I ordered flowers to be delivered same day - paid almost $100. Could not be same day delivered because it was snowing in Ohio - I get that. Got a message next day that they were delivered, but my sister says they were not delivered. You can NEVER get through on the phone to these people, even during their "so called" business hours. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. WARNING, WILL ROBINSON, DO NOT USE.

I ordered a charming basket with violets, ribbons and Butterfly decor for 77 Dollars She received a metal pot holder; one violet, one cactus, no decor.
I filed a complaint, sending them a picture of what was sent and received an offer of $5.00. When I declined, they wanted another picture of what was sent because they could not find the picture I sent. I was not about to upset my granddaughter further by asking her to do that so I told them to leave me alone. They finally sent a 10% refund. This company is farce. Not local to Seattle but based in California. I suspect that most of the items pictured on their website are phony and they send a poor facsimile of what
is posted.
Just beware.

Not what I PAID for

Ordered flowers for Same Day delivery. Order did not arrive same day and was NOT what I PAID for. I do not recommend. Special charge for same day and 20.00 difference in arrangement is appalling. Scammed for sure. Recipient is house bound and there was no communication (as offered) for delivery until very late.
