I ordered flowers to go to a friend just out of the hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Every day, for THREE DAYS I got an email with excuses that they couldn't deliver that day, but
Would deliver the NEXT day. For three days in a row. They took my $79.00 which included the
Delivery fee. Fort Collins is a city of 343,000 people with loads of flower shops and delivery
Companies, there is NO EXCUSE. It is now 2 1/2 weeks later AND STILL NO REFUND. I have called
The Attorney Generals office and the FTC, and have sent four emails and three phone calls to this
Company and just automated messages saying they will review my case and get back to me. They don't answer their phones live either. I ended up calling a local flower shop in Fort Collins who delivered two hours later with no problems. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I ordered what looked like 2 dozen red and pink roses. The description was:
Bright, bejeweled and fabulous... this blushing bouquet is a stylish gift for any birthday! Red roses for love - and pink ones for devoted friendship - are swathed in pink chiffon, and studded with sparkling faux jewels.
Red and pink roses are arranged in a Teleflora red glass cube vase wrapped with pink chiffon and adorned with pink and red faux jewels.
I also ordered a 5 ballon bouquet and paid for delivery to be on a specific day for a birthday.
What was delivered was 6 red roses and 8 carnations in a cheap glass vase with 2 ballons and delivered a day late.
This was their response letting me know that what I received was equivalent in quality.
We appreciate the picture you have sent of the arrangement and apologize that you are unhappy with the delivered item. We've reviewed the picture and our florist followed the substitution policy and recipe promptly, as it states on the website. Our substitution policy is listed on our website & your order confirmation and states, "If the exact flowers, plants or container you have selected are not available we will create a beautiful arrangement with the freshest available flowers or plants. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value." Our florist followed this policy promptly, using more flowers than the recipe calls for and also using full size carnations instead of the mini flowers, the flowers appear healthy so there is nothing we are able to do on this arrangement.
We noticed the florist sent 2 mylar balloons and due to this we will be able to refund you for 2 latex balloons. The value of 2 latex equals to the value of 1 mylar. Please allow a few business days for this refund to apply.

Will never use them again. Mainly because what I ordered and what was sent looked nothing alike. Top it off, after contacting them twice and sending photos, I never heard a word. For the money I spent, it was a sad bouquet purchase. Customer service is really bad.
The arrangement I sent to my son and daughter-in-law for the birth of their first child was terrible. They didn't send what I ordered, the flowers were wilted and they only offered 20% back. Would never order from them again.
The "family owned business" is a scam! They deliver flowers that look nothing like the photos on the internet! DONT FALL FOR THE SCAM! I have photos of what i ordered and what i received. They should be embarrassed.
While flowershopping.com does have a disclaimer that they reserve the right substitute flowers under certain circumstances there is NO way that carnations, or any other flower, could be a substitute for an exotic tropical arrangement with bird of paradise! Like I ordered! And when I complained they only gave me $20 back on a $90. Order. Will NEVER use them again. Buyer Beware.
Did not get what I ordered - was charged for early deliver and tiny arrangement didn't arive until 4:00 pm. The mylar Happy Birthday balloon was bigger than the arrangement. I got carnations instead of posies. Will never use this site again. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
I ordered an arrangement for delivery on Feb. 28th. I paid for same day delivery. It is now March 2 and still not delivered and no communication as to the status of my order. Cancelled the order today and am waiting a full refund! Never use this company!
Ordered birthday flowers for my niece. Photo #1 shows what was on their website called Poetry In Purple Bouquet by Teleflora. Photo #2 is what was sent. The flowers look old and wilted. Cont as credit their customer service response was they use replacement items if ordered items were unavailable. Terrible will never use again.
Flower shopping has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They have you pay extra fees for same day delivery and do not follow through. They don't contact you or anything. They will not give you a cancellation receipt or your money back. I have been waiting two weeks for my money back. I will not recommend anyone shop with them. I would rather get flowers from the trash than them! If I could give them zero stars I would!
Ordering process was easy, and although I paid for rush delivery the Oder didn't show up on time…. I was offered a credit towards my next purchase and the rush order charges were deducted from my order. The customer response time was satisfactory. After sever emails I was sent an image of the delivery. Thank you for your follow-through, earned a 5 star in my books!
I ordered a week in a half ago and they charged my card and my mother never got her flowers. They emailed me saying it was delivered but wasnt! Ive been calling constantly to tey to get someone on the phone and there is no human contact just stupid machines! It is sooo inefficient and im feeling they have done this many times and may even be a scam! I just cant get any info from them at all! My mothers bday was yesterday and i had to call her to adk if she got anything! Nothing and calling this morning nothing! Dont go to this site! I may have been scammed out of $122! Terrible service!
I sent flowers to a friend for a death/sympathy. I received an email saying they were delivered. She has a Ring and they weren't delivered. I submitted a complaint and I never heard back. Don't trust this company. I don't think they ate legit.
Horrible! I orderd the Possibly Pink Arrangement (IMAGE RIGHT)and what was delivered looking nothing like the arrangement - cheap and wilted flowers, differernt shape and color vase- no arrangment- no lilies at all (IMAGE LEFT). I complained and they tried to offer me a 15% refund and tell me that the flowers were "close" to what the picture showed. This place is a fraud - Bait and Switch operation. DO NOT ORDER flowers from this site. I have already reported them the Better Business Bureau and you can see all of their complaints. They need to be shut down.
I ordered flowers for delivery on 2/11/22 they never arrived. I have sent an email also called many times to this company. They do not return any of them. Do Not order from this Company!
No communication until after the funeral that they were unable to fill the order. Do not trust this company. We were absolutely mortified. My husband had no floral representation of our family because of this awful company.
I understand the need for substitutions. However, what was delivered looked like a mismatched untrimmed bush. I sent photos to complain and they said the flowers are fresh and healthy. No offer tondeliver something acceptable. I am so embarrassed my friend received this. Pictures below. The first photo is what I ordered, the other two are what was delivered.
I ordered flowers for my father's birthday. Had the agent check to make sure arrangement was available and would be delivered same day. I was assured it would be. I received message at 3:30pm that day that it was not available and could not be delivered. I was told to email or call. I did. Went into the circle of doom. Finally next day received a call that was very apologetic and that they would deliver same day. Got email next day that they could not deliver. They ruined my father's birthday and they still charged my account. They now say they will credit account but have not seen it yet. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Paid over $100 on a full beautiful arrangement for Valentine's day definitely didn't receive the quality or quantity of what I order and the flowers are dead the next day the set I ordered was full and beautiful this set has no where near the amount of flowers and it's mainly greenery and dead droopy and when I contacted them they only offered 15% back everything aside they also didn't deliver the stuffed animal I added on this place is a total scam
I was going to buy flowers for someone who lives two hours away, I googled their city and flower delivery and it took me to flowershopping and it even said Oshawa in the google search title.
After filling out their address (and never mine) it said it would be $60 and I was like whatever and when I choose to pay with Amazon Pay I was charged $80 CAD to my card because apparently it was USD? Ridiculous. And I paid $5 rush fee and it got to MY HOUSE not their house 2 hours away SEVEN HOURS late.
I basically spent $80 for a $40 thing of flowers to get delivered to my own house even though it was set to a different address (but Amazon Pay automatically changed it to my address) and they will not refund me or anything.

Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.

Answer: Not for me. What's worse is they didn't tell me they would fail to deliver when promised until it was too late and my special occasion was ruined. Use this place at your own risk.
